The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem is as follows: a method for integrally packaging a side wall and a door of an automobile sequentially comprises the following steps:
a. placing the rear door into a rear door frame of the side wall of the automobile, and then screwing screws into threaded holes of upper and lower hinges for connecting the rear door and the B column to fix the rear door;
b. placing the front door into a front door frame of the side wall of the automobile, and then screwing screws into threaded holes of upper and lower hinges for connecting the front door with the A column to fix the front door;
c. respectively wrapping the automobile side wall and the automobile door at a plurality of binding positions of the automobile side wall upper edge beam and the binding positions of the B column and the rear triangular window frame by using EPE pearl cotton small gaskets;
d. binding the mat material by using a self-locking nylon binding belt;
e. and hanging a lifting hook of the hoisting equipment at the binding position of the upper boundary beam to carry out integral hoisting transfer of the automobile side wall and the automobile door.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
(1) according to the invention, the vehicle door and the vehicle side wall are pre-fixed in a mode of screwing screws into the hinges before packaging, so that the vehicle side wall and the vehicle door are not required to be held by manpower in the later packaging process, and the labor cost is greatly saved;
(2) according to the integrated packaging method for the automobile side wall and the automobile door, due to the fact that the hinge is fixed between the automobile side wall and the automobile door, the fixing and protecting effects can be achieved only by adopting a small-range key position for bundling, the cost of raw materials is saved, later-period disassembly is facilitated, and meanwhile glue is prevented from remaining on the surface of the appearance of an automobile;
(3) the lifting device is adopted in the carrying process, and the lifting hook is hooked at the position where the upper edge beam is bound by the cushion material, so that the whole transfer process is smoother, the surface quality of an automobile is not damaged, and the material conveying efficiency can be improved.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and specific embodiments for the understanding of those skilled in the art.
A method for integrally packaging a side wall and a door of an automobile sequentially comprises the following steps:
a. placing the rear door into a rear door frame of the side wall of the automobile, and then screwing screws into threaded holes of upper and lower hinges (not shown in the figure) for connecting the rear door and the B column 1 to fix the rear door;
b. placing the front door into a front door frame of the side wall of the automobile, and then screwing screws into threaded holes of an upper hinge 3 and a lower hinge 3 which are used for connecting the front door with the A column 2 to fix the front door, as shown in figure 1;
c. respectively wrapping the automobile side wall and the automobile door at a plurality of binding positions 5 of an upper side beam 4 of the automobile side wall and binding positions 5 of window frames of the B column 1 and the rear triangular window 6 by using EPE pearl cotton small piece mats;
d. binding the mat material by using a self-locking nylon binding belt;
e. and hanging a lifting hook of the hoisting equipment at a binding position 5 of the upper boundary beam 4 to carry out integrated hoisting transfer of the automobile side wall and the automobile door.
The method for integrally packaging the automobile side wall and the automobile door adopts the mode of screwing the screw into the threaded hole of the hinge for pre-fixing, thereby saving the labor cost for holding the automobile side wall and the automobile door by manpower in the bundling process, realizing the fixing and protecting functions only by adopting the wrapping and bundling of small pieces of cushion materials at the position of the key due to the fixing function of the hinge, saving raw materials and facilitating the detachment of a wrapping object at the later stage. After the integral hoisting and transferring of the automobile side wall and the automobile door are completed, the screw is required to be taken out of the threaded hole, and the automobile door can be detached from the automobile side wall, so that the later-stage process is performed.
In order to prevent the car door from being damaged, EPE pearl cotton sheets are padded between the opening and closing positions of the front and rear car doors and the lower side beams of the side walls of the car. Because the automobile side wall material is thin, in order to prevent the surface quality damage of the automobile side wall in the hoisting and transferring process, the hoisting equipment adopts double lifting hooks and is respectively hooked at the binding positions 5 of the upper edge beam 4 at the front side and the rear side of the B column 1.
