Background
The existing stamping devices for some artworks are used for stamping patterns by arranging stamping patterns on a stamping plate and pressing the stamping plate on the artworks through a propelling device such as hydraulic pressure and the like; in the existing equipment, the stamping of the stamping plate is directly stamped, and the stamping plate above the stamping plate is directly stamped on the plate body without a buffer space when the stamping plate is pressed downwards; the texture of some artware is thin or soft, for example, some artware plates such as cardboard, plastic plate and metal plate, etc., and the stamping mode easily causes various conditions such as deformation of the plate surface, fragmentation of the plate surface, fuzzy and unclear stamping patterns, etc. when the plate is pressed by a strong force, the stamping effect is poor, the stamping efficiency is low, the cost is wasted, etc.

(2) the device is also provided with a jacking groove and a jacking block arranged in the jacking groove, a corresponding spring groove for installing a jacking spring is arranged on the stamping fixed seat, an ejector rod arranged below the jacking block penetrates through the jacking groove and the spring groove, and a limit block is arranged to install the jacking spring at the same time, the jacking block and the ejector rod are integrally supported by the jacking spring, when a workpiece is placed, the workpiece is firstly placed on the jacking block, the jacking block is firstly pressed into the jacking groove when the stamping plate is pressed down, the jacking groove is correspondingly pressed into the spring groove, and then the whole stamping groove body is pressed tightly, so that the workpiece is stuck in the whole stamping work through two layers of pressure relief gaps during stamping, the stamping effect is improved, and the jacking rod of the device can be upwards jacked up through the jacking spring after stamping, and some soft plates can not be easily taken out of the stamping groove after stamping, therefore, the stamped workpiece is correspondingly jacked up through the jacking action of the jacking spring, the workpiece can be conveniently taken out, even if the sticking force is large, the force of the jacking spring cannot jack the workpiece, the ejector rod can be manually operated to jack the jacking block upwards to take out the workpiece, and the workpiece is very convenient.

The size of the jacking block 12 is matched with that of the jacking groove 11, the jacking block 12 integrally fills the jacking groove 11, and two sides of the jacking block 12 are provided with inclined slope structures which are inclined upwards; and the shape of the jacking groove 11 is correspondingly arranged.
The upper end of the coining fixed seat 2 is also provided with a fixed groove 15; the stamping groove body 3 is arranged in the fixing groove 15; and the stamping groove body 3 is provided with a station groove.
The slow pressing gap between the imprinting fixed seat 2 and the imprinting fixed seat 2 is set to be 10-30 cm; and the pressure relief gap between the jacking block 12 and the jacking groove 11 is set to be 5-15 cm.
The limiting slide rods 5 arranged at the lower end of the imprinting fixing seat 2 and the ejector rods 13 arranged on the lower end face of the ejector block 12 are four, and the four limiting slide rods 5 and the four ejector rods 13 are arranged in a square array.
The spring groove 10 is a square groove, and after the jacking block 12 and the stamping groove body 3 are pressed downwards, the jacking spring 14 is hidden in the spring groove 10.
The mounting structure of the impression groove body in the device is not fixedly mounted, but the impression groove body is set to be a buffer type structure which can be gradually pressed downwards by arranging a limiting sliding rod at the bottom of the impression groove body and arranging a pressing spring on a base, when the device is used, a workpiece to be imprinted is placed in a station groove of the impression groove body, when the upper propelling device propels the impression plate downwards to imprint, the workpiece is pressed downwards after the impression plate contacts the workpiece, the impression groove body is pressed downwards simultaneously, the workpiece is gradually pressed by the impression plate in the gradual pressing process, and finally, a pattern is imprinted on the workpiece; under the action of a pressing spring arranged below, after the stamping plate is reset upwards, the pressing spring can push the stamping groove body above to reset simultaneously; therefore, the device can realize the purpose of buffer type imprinting in the imprinting process, the problems of workpiece pressure deformation and pattern blurring in the imprinting process caused by the soft texture of some plates are reduced, the imprinting definition can be greatly improved, the integrity of an imprinting pattern is ensured, and the imprinting effect is improved so as to improve the imprinting working efficiency.
The device is also provided with a jacking groove and a jacking block arranged in the jacking groove, a corresponding spring groove for installing a jacking spring is arranged on the stamping fixed seat, an ejector rod arranged below the jacking block penetrates through the jacking groove and the spring groove, and a limit block is arranged to install the jacking spring at the same time, the jacking block and the ejector rod are integrally supported by the jacking spring, when a workpiece is placed, the workpiece is firstly placed on the jacking block, the jacking block is firstly pressed into the jacking groove when the stamping plate is pressed down, the jacking groove is correspondingly pressed into the spring groove, and then the whole stamping groove body is pressed tightly, so that the workpiece is stuck in the whole stamping work through two layers of pressure relief gaps during stamping, the stamping effect is improved, and the jacking rod of the device can be upwards jacked up through the jacking spring after stamping, and some soft plates can not be easily taken out of the stamping groove after stamping, therefore, the stamped workpiece is correspondingly jacked up through the jacking action of the jacking spring, the workpiece can be conveniently taken out, even if the sticking force is large, the force of the jacking spring cannot jack the workpiece, the ejector rod can be manually operated to jack the jacking block upwards to take out the workpiece, and the workpiece is very convenient.
