Background
When the existing printing device is used for imprinting and printing, rolling printing can be usually realized through a printing roller or pressing type printing can be directly carried out through arranging a printing plate; for products with plate-shaped structures such as process plates, press type printing plates are usually adopted to quickly realize printing work; in the existing printing device, the propelling device is directly pressed on the process plate during printing, and usually no buffer space is provided; however, some craft shifts have soft and thin texture, for example, some structures such as paper boards or plastic boards have large pressing force during printing, so that the craft boards below the printing boards are easy to crack and deform or too hard, and the printed patterns are unclear and fuzzy due to pressing jerkiness and other reasons, so that the printing effect is poor and the working efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a process plate printing device aiming at the defects in the prior art, and the technical scheme is as follows:
a printing device for a process plate comprises a lower fixed seat, a middle fixed seat, an upper fixed seat and an impression propelling device which are arranged in sequence from bottom to top; the upper fixed seat is provided with a printing fixed seat; the upper end surface of the printing fixed seat is provided with a printing station groove; the upper fixing seat and the middle fixing seat are respectively provided with a limiting hole which corresponds to each other in position and penetrates through the two fixing seats; the bottom surface of the printing fixing seat is provided with a limiting rod corresponding to the position of the limiting hole; the limiting rod is inserted into the lower part of the middle fixing seat from the limiting holes of the upper fixing seat and the middle fixing seat from top to bottom in sequence; a limit block is also arranged at the upper end of the rod body of the limit rod between the upper fixed seat and the middle fixed seat; a spring piece is also arranged between the limiting block and the middle fixing seat below the limiting block, and the spring piece wraps the rod body of the limiting rod; the limiting rod and the printing fixing seat at the upper end of the limiting rod are supported under the action of the middle fixing seat and the spring part; and a pressure relief gap is arranged between the printing fixing seat and the upper fixing seat.
A propelling rod of the embossing propelling device above the printing fixed seat is arranged downwards, a printing plate is further arranged at the end part of the propelling rod, a dye channel is further arranged in the printing plate, and the dye channel is communicated to a printing surface on the lower end surface of the printing plate; two sides of the impressing propulsion device are respectively provided with a dye cylinder, a dye tube is arranged on the dye cylinder, and the dye tube is communicated with a dye channel in the impressing plate; the dyeing pipe is provided with an electromagnetic valve; the lower fixing seat is also provided with an induction button, the induction button corresponds to the position of the upper limiting rod, and the lower fixing seat can be pressed on the induction button after the limiting rod is pressed down; and the induction button is connected with the electromagnetic valve on the dye tube through a controller, and the induction button can control the opening of the electromagnetic valve.
Preferably, the upper fixing seat is provided with a fixing groove; the printing fixing seat is arranged in the fixing groove; and the printing fixed seat is provided with a printing station groove.
Preferably, the pressure relief gap between the upper fixing seat and the printing fixing seat is set to be 10-30 cm.
Preferably, the limiting rods are provided with four limiting rods, the four limiting rods are arranged in a square array, and the positions of the limiting holes are correspondingly arranged according to the positions of the limiting rods.
Preferably, the interfaces between the dye channels and the printing plate surface of the printing plate are in a horn mouth structure which is arranged in a square array and is arranged at equal intervals.
Has the advantages that: the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the mounting structure of the printing fixing seat in the device is not fixedly mounted, but the bottom of the printing fixing seat is provided with a limiting rod and a base is provided with a compression spring, so that the printing groove body is of a buffer type and can be gradually compressed downwards; under the action of a pressing spring arranged below, after the printing plate is reset upwards, the pressing spring can push the printing fixing seat above to reset simultaneously; therefore, the device can realize the purpose of buffer type printing when printing is stamped, reduce the problems of direct pressing deformation of workpieces and fuzzy patterns when printing caused by fragile or thin textures of some plates, greatly improve the definition of printing, ensure the integrity of stamped patterns, increase the printing effect and improve the working efficiency of printing;
(2) the lower fixed seat in the device is also provided with an induction button corresponding to the position of the limiting rod, and the induction button is connected with an electromagnetic valve on the dye tube through a controller; when the printing plate presses the printing fixing seat downwards, the limiting rod can be gradually pressed on the induction button when being pressed downwards, the induction button releases an induction signal to the controller after being pressed, the controller can control the electromagnetic valve to be opened, and at the moment, the dye in the dye cylinder can gradually flow out of the dye channel on the printing plate and correspondingly flow onto the printing plate surface of the printing plate; the printed pattern can be printed after the printed plate is pressed on the workpiece, when the printed plate moves upwards, the limiting rod and the printed fixing seat move upwards and reset in the same way under the action of the pressing spring, the lower end part of the limiting rod moves upwards and is not pressed on the sensing button any more, and after the sensing button loses a signal, the controller controls the electromagnetic valve to be closed, so that the dye tube is closed; the conveying and closing of the dye in the dye cylinder are realized through the contact matching of the limiting rod and the induction button and the controller in the device, the conveying of the dye can be realized in time in printing, the conveying of the dye is closed in time after the dye printing is finished, the whole device is reasonable in structure, the waste of the dye can be reduced, the perfect matching of the whole device is realized, and the working efficiency is improved.

The present invention will be further illustrated with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific examples, which are carried out on the premise of the technical solution of the present invention, and it should be understood that these examples are only for illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, a printing device for a process plate comprises a lower fixed seat 1, a middle fixed seat 2, an upper fixed seat 3 and an impression propelling device 4 which are arranged in sequence from bottom to top; the upper fixed seat 3 is provided with a printing fixed seat 5; the upper end surface of the printing fixed seat 5 is provided with a printing station groove 6; the upper fixing seat 3 and the middle fixing seat 2 are respectively provided with a limiting hole 7 which is corresponding in position and penetrates through the two fixing seats; the bottom surface of the printing fixed seat 5 is provided with a limiting rod 8 corresponding to the position of the limiting hole 7; the limiting rod 8 is inserted into the lower part of the middle fixing seat 2 from the limiting holes 7 of the upper fixing seat 3 and the middle fixing seat 2 from top to bottom in sequence; a limit block 9 is also arranged at the upper end of the rod body of the limit rod 8 between the upper fixed seat 3 and the middle fixed seat 2; a spring piece 10 is further arranged between the limiting block 9 and the lower middle fixing seat 2, and the spring piece 10 wraps the rod body of the limiting rod 8; the limiting rod 8 and the printing fixing seat 5 at the upper end of the limiting rod 8 are supported under the action of the middle fixing seat 2 and the spring part 10; and a pressure relief gap is arranged between the printing fixing seat 5 and the upper fixing seat 3.
A propelling rod of the impressing propelling device 4 above the printing fixed seat 5 is arranged downwards, a printing plate 11 is further arranged at the end part of the propelling rod, a dye channel 12 is further arranged in the printing plate 11, and the dye channel 12 is communicated to a printing surface on the lower end surface of the printing plate 11; two sides of the embossing propulsion device 4 are respectively provided with a dye cylinder 41, a dye tube 13 is arranged on the dye cylinder 41, and the dye tube 13 is communicated with a dye channel 12 in the embossing plate 11; the dye tube 13 is provided with an electromagnetic valve 14; the lower fixing seat 1 is also provided with an induction button 15, the induction button 15 corresponds to the position of the upper limiting rod 8, and the limiting rod 8 can be pressed on the induction button 15 after being pressed down; and the induction button 15 is connected with the electromagnetic valve 14 on the dyeing pipe 13 through a controller 16, and the induction button 15 can control the opening of the electromagnetic valve 14.
The upper fixed seat 3 is provided with a fixed groove 17; the printing fixed seat 5 is arranged in the fixed groove 17; the printing fixed seat 5 is provided with a printing station groove 6; the pressure relief gap between the upper fixed seat 3 and the printing fixed seat 5 is set to be 10-30 cm; the limiting rods 8 are provided with four limiting rods 8, the four limiting rods 8 are arranged in a square array, and the positions of the limiting holes 7 are correspondingly arranged according to the positions of the limiting rods 8; the interface of the printing plate surface of the dye channel 12 and the printing plate 11 is a horn mouth structure which is arranged in a square array and is arranged at equal intervals.

The lower fixed seat in the device is also provided with an induction button corresponding to the position of the limiting rod, and the induction button is connected with an electromagnetic valve on the dye tube through a controller; when the printing plate presses the printing fixing seat downwards, the limiting rod can be gradually pressed on the induction button when being pressed downwards, the induction button releases an induction signal to the controller after being pressed, the controller can control the electromagnetic valve to be opened, and at the moment, the dye in the dye cylinder can gradually flow out of the dye channel on the printing plate and correspondingly flow onto the printing plate surface of the printing plate; the printed pattern can be printed after the printed plate is pressed on the workpiece, when the printed plate moves upwards, the limiting rod and the printed fixing seat move upwards and reset in the same way under the action of the pressing spring, the lower end part of the limiting rod moves upwards and is not pressed on the sensing button any more, and after the sensing button loses a signal, the controller controls the electromagnetic valve to be closed, so that the dye tube is closed; the conveying and closing of the dye in the dye cylinder are realized through the contact matching of the limiting rod and the induction button and the controller in the device, the conveying of the dye can be realized in time in printing, the conveying of the dye is closed in time after the dye printing is finished, the whole device is reasonable in structure, the waste of the dye can be reduced, the perfect matching of the whole device is realized, and the working efficiency is improved.
