Background
Dies are tools used to shape articles, which means that a blank is formed into a part of a particular shape and size under the action of an external force, and different dies are formed of different parts. The method is widely applied to blanking, die forging, cold heading, extrusion, powder metallurgy part pressing, pressure casting and the forming processing of compression molding or injection molding of products such as engineering plastics, rubber, ceramics and the like. The mould is frequently used in the production process of automobiles, some residual fine iron scraps are easy to wear and tear after the use process, the subsequent use of the mould is influenced, and meanwhile, the dirt such as residual oil stain, rust, sulfide, gas, plastic carbon deposition and the like on the mould also influences the service life of the mould, so that the mould is not beneficial to normal production and influences the product quality produced, and importantly, because the mould structure is complex, the residual pollutants are not easy to clean.

Preferably, the end part of the cleaning spray head is obliquely arranged, and the cleaning spray head faces the mold.
Preferably, a water storage tank is arranged between the die assembly components on the machine table, a water outlet is formed in one side of the machine table and communicated with the water storage tank, and a sealing plug is installed on the outer side of the water outlet.

The exhaust port 53 is formed in one side plate 52, the exhaust assembly 9 is communicated with the outer side of the exhaust port 53, the exhaust assembly 9 comprises an electromagnetic valve 91 and an exhaust pipe 92, the exhaust pipe 92 is communicated with the exhaust port 53, the electromagnetic valve 91 is installed in the exhaust pipe 92, the exhaust assembly 9 is matched with the fan 83 for use, when the heating assembly 8 works, the electromagnetic valve 91 is in relation to prevent hot air in the cover body from overflowing, after drying is finished, the electromagnetic valve 91 is opened, and heat is exhausted from the exhaust pipe 92.
A water storage tank 10 is arranged between the die assembly components 2 on the machine table 1, a water outlet 11 is arranged on one side of the machine table 1, the water outlet 11 is communicated with the water storage tank 10, a sealing plug 12 is arranged on the outer side of the water outlet 11, and the water storage tank 10 is used for storing water, temporarily storing the die washing liquid with waste materials and discharging the die washing liquid through the water outlet 11.
