Detailed Description
The application is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present application provides a lingual training and caring device, which includes a tooth socket 1 fixed to teeth of a mandible, the tooth socket being capable of being fixed to the teeth of the mandible in a state of being engaged with the teeth of the mandible, the tooth socket being U-shaped as a whole. It is noted that in this specification, the U-shaped groove bottom of the tooth cover is a front part, and the opening of the tooth cover is a rear part. The inner side of the tooth sleeve is fixedly provided with a supporting seat 11 contacted with the lower jaw, the supporting seat and the inner side of the tooth sleeve are in smooth transition to form a supporting structure with an open rear part and an open upper part, and the supporting seat is contacted with the lower jaw below the tongue.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, a lower support plate 2 capable of being lifted up and down is arranged above the support seat, and the lower support plate rotates up and down along the front-back direction of the tooth sleeve, in this embodiment, a manner of hinged connection with the inner side of the front part of the tooth sleeve is adopted, that is, a lower support plate rotating shaft 22 is arranged in front of the lower support plate and is connected with the inner side of the tooth sleeve in a rotating manner.
As further shown in fig. 2 to 4, a left movable plate 4 and a right movable plate 3 which can respectively rotate relatively are hinged above the lower support plate, and the left movable plate and the right movable plate form support surfaces which are contacted with the left side and the right side of the lower part of the tongue. That is, when the supporting seat contacts with the lower jaw below the tongue, the left and right movable plates above the lower supporting plate contact with the lower surface of the tongue, so that the lower supporting plate is formed to drive the tongue to move up and down, and the left and right supporting plates can drive the tongue to move left and right when rotating while supporting the tongue. In order to realize the movement in the up-down and left-right directions, air bags for jacking the plates are respectively arranged below the lower support plate, the left movable plate and the right movable plate, a main air bag 21 is arranged below the lower support plate, the main air bag is positioned between the lower support plate and the support seat, a left air bag 41 and a right air bag 31 are respectively arranged below the left movable plate and the right movable plate, the left air bag and the right air bag are positioned between the left support plate and the right support plate and the lower support plate, and all the air bags are respectively connected with the air filling device through air pipes.
The air-entraining device adopted in this embodiment is a one-way air-feeding rubber ball 6, and is a one-way air-feeding rubber ball 6, the rubber ball adopts a commonly-used pressurized rubber ball in the medical field, such as a pressurized rubber ball adopted by a mercury sphygmomanometer, a rubber ball air inlet valve 61 is arranged in front of the rubber ball, the air-feeding and discharging valves 62 are respectively arranged on the connecting pipe of the air bag and the rubber ball, when the air-feeding and discharging valves are opened, the rubber ball is internally pressed into air, when the air-feeding and discharging valves reach a preset value, the air-feeding and discharging valves can be kept by closing the air-feeding and discharging valves, the air-feeding and discharging valves are respectively arranged on the connecting pipe of the air bag and the rubber ball, and the air-discharging valves are respectively arranged on the connecting pipe and are used for displaying the pressure of the air-feeding air of each air bag, so that the offset is determined, and the movement distance of the side is convenient to quantitatively control. Because the air pressure is in direct proportion to the supporting force of the lingual muscle, the exercise force of the lingual muscle can be controlled by controlling the air pressure.
As shown in figure 1, the air bags are subjected to centralized air supply through the air collecting pipe 7, and the rubber balls are connected with the air collecting cavity, so that the air bags in each group can be subjected to centralized air supply without arranging the rubber balls, and the pressurization can be realized by only operating the air inlet and outlet valves on the corresponding air paths.
In order to enhance the exercise effect, for the muscle exercise of the root of the tongue, the front of the lower supporting plate is provided with a lower supporting plate rotating shaft 22, the inner side of the lower supporting plate rotating shaft and the tooth sleeve are rotatably arranged, the other end of the lower supporting plate is a free end, and when the air bag below is inflated and deflated, the rear end free end of the lower supporting plate can be driven to carry out supporting massage. The left movable plate and the right movable plate are respectively and rotatably connected with the middle part of the lower supporting plate through a rotating shaft, and when the air bag below is inflated and deflated, the left movable plate and the right movable plate are deflected, so that the tongue is pushed to move, and the tongue muscle is exercised to move left and right.
In order to adapt to the shape of the lower part of the tongue, the wearing comfort is improved, and the rear parts of the lower support plate, the left movable plate and the right movable plate are respectively provided with an arc-shaped part, so that the device can conform to the ergonomic design when placed.
The application is used in the following way that the supporting seat, the lower supporting plate, the left movable plate and the right movable plate are plugged into the lower part of the tongue of a user, the tooth sleeve is matched and fixed with the teeth of the lower jaw, at the moment, the rubber ball is operated to inflate the left auxiliary air bag or the right auxiliary air bag, the left movable plate or the right movable plate moves, the tongue stress of a patient is offset left and right, the rubber ball is operated to supply air to the main air bag, the lower supporting plate drives the lower supporting plate to change in height, the passive movement is realized, the pressurizing pressure can be seen through the barometer, the gradual pressurization is facilitated, the record is facilitated, and the tongue of the user moves according to the pressure actually required to realize the exercise.
