As can be seen, heating the aluminum box 311 can achieve thermal conduction between the thermally conductive shell 220 or the heated ceramic 210 and the solid extract 234 and tobacco particles 235; the non-woven fabric 232 is mainly used for realizing the flow of the suction air and the smoke, providing a smoother suction experience, and simultaneously filtering impurities in the smoke, thereby providing a more comfortable suction experience; and the sealed aluminum foil 233 mainly prevents deterioration of the solid extract 234 or the tobacco particles 235 inside the heated aluminum case 231 when not in use, thereby avoiding adverse effects of deterioration on the suction experience.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the heating ceramic member 210 may be installed inside the heat conductive shell layer to heat the ring-shaped heating body 230.
The ceramic heating element 210 may be a ceramic heating knife or a ceramic heating pin, and is preferably disposed at the bottom of the heat conductive shell 220.
In the heating process, the heat generated by heating the ceramic member 210 is directly transferred to the inside of the annular heating body 230 and is diffused to the periphery, so that the solid extract 234 and the tobacco particles 235 in the inside of the annular heating body 230 are heated.
Because the heating ceramic element 210 is located at the bottom of the heat conducting shell, when the solid extract 234 or the tobacco particles 235 have small residual quantity, the heating ceramic element 210 at the bottom can fully heat the solid extract 234 or the tobacco particles 235, so that the waste of materials is reduced.
On the basis of the above embodiment, since the heating ceramic member 210 is heated from the inside of the ring-shaped heating body 230, the inside temperature of the ring-shaped heating body 230 is higher than the outside temperature, and in order to uniformly heat the inside and outside thereof, in another embodiment, the heat conductive shell layer 220 is made of a magnetically conductive non-porous metal material.
The thermally conductive shell 220 may be a magnetically permeable non-porous metallic material such as carbon steel, iron, or the like.
During the use of the smoking set, the electromagnetic heating switch and the electric heating switch can be simultaneously turned on, and the heat conduction shell 220 and the electromagnetic heating body 314 are both positioned in the changed magnetic field provided by the magnetic induction coil 322, so that heat can be generated due to the electromagnetic induction effect. The heat conducting shell layer 220 heats from the outside of the annular heating body 230, and the heating ceramic member 210 heats from the inside of the annular heating body 230, and the two are matched, so that the inside and the outside of the annular heating body 230 are heated uniformly.
It should be noted that electromagnetic heating has the advantages of quick start-up and high thermal efficiency, so that the adoption of the heat conductive shell layer 220 made of the magnetically permeable non-porous metal material can also reduce the preheating time of the annular heating body 230, thereby realizing efficient heating.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the heating ceramic member 210 may be installed at the outer side of the heat conductive shell 220.
The heating ceramic member 210 may be a heating ceramic tube, and is sleeved outside the heat conductive housing 220. Of course, a heating resistance wire may be wound outside the heat conductive housing 220.
In the heating process, on one hand, the heating ceramic member 210 heats the annular heating body 230 from the outer periphery of the heat conductive shell 220; on the other hand, heat is conducted from the metal main support 312 to the ring-shaped heating body 230 through the inner peripheral portion of the heat conductive shell layer 220.
It should be noted that, since the outer peripheral portion of the heat conductive shell layer 220 is far from the metal main support 312, the heat receiving from the metal main support 312 is less, and the mounting of the heating ceramic member 210 on the outer peripheral portion of the heat conductive shell layer 220 just compensates for the above-mentioned disadvantage, so that the inner and outer sides of the annular heating body 230 are heated uniformly, thereby providing a better suction experience for the user.
Based on the above embodiments, in order to increase the heat conducting effect of the heat conducting shell layer 220, in another embodiment, the heat conducting shell layer 220 is formed by a composite structure of a non-porous metal material with high heat conductivity and a gradient porous metal material.
The outer side of the heat conductive shell 220 is made of a high heat conductivity non-porous metal material, such as copper, copper alloy, etc., so as to more rapidly spread heat around the annular heat conductor 230, thereby heating the internal solid extract 234 and the tobacco particles 235.
Inside the thermally conductive shell 220 is a gradient porous metal material, such as a gradient porous copper material. Wherein, the solid extract 234 and the tobacco particles 235 penetrate into the porous structure in the heating process, so that the contact specific surface area of the solid extract 234 and the tobacco particles 235 and the heat conducting shell layer 220 is greatly increased, which is beneficial to the generation of smoke and provides better smoking experience for consumers.
Based on any of the above embodiments, in order to further enhance the heat insulation effect of the smoking set, the air duct 325 may be added to the shell of the heating chamber 320.
The shell structure of the heating chamber 320 may be provided from outside to inside with an outer shell 321, a heat insulating layer 323 and an inner wall 324, wherein the inner wall encloses a space for heating the cigarettes.
An air passage 325 through which air flows may be provided between the heat insulating layer 323 and the inner wall 324, one end of the air passage 325 is communicated with the outside air, the other end of the air passage 325 is communicated with the flue gas inside the heating cavity 320, and the air flowing direction in the air passage 325 is opposite to the generating direction of the flue gas inside the heating cavity 320. For example, the inlet of the air duct 325 may be located on the outer shell 321 through to the flue gas within the heating chamber 320.
During pumping, ambient cryogenic air enters the heating chamber 320 through the air duct 325, and further cooling of the insulation 323 and inner wall 324 is achieved during flow. In addition, because the gas has poor heat transfer effect, the air passage 325 can further block the diffusion of internal heat to the outside, and improve the heat insulation effect of the smoking set, thereby reducing the temperature of the outer wall of the smoking set.
It should be noted that, because the air flue 325 is communicated with the interior of the heating chamber 320, the external low-temperature air enters the interior of the heating chamber 320 through the air flue 325 and is mixed with the internal high-temperature flue gas, so that the temperature of the flue gas is reduced, the nozzle ironing caused by the overhigh temperature of the flue gas is avoided, and the smoothness of the suction experience is improved.
In this embodiment, a suction nozzle 330 for facilitating suction may be provided at an upper portion of the heating chamber 320. The suction nozzle 330 is actually equivalent to the extension of each part of the shell layer of the heating cavity 320, namely, the outer shell layer 321, the heat insulation layer 323, the inner wall 324 and the air channel 325 of the heating cavity are respectively connected, and finally, the heating cavity is gradually reduced to be in a suction nozzle shape, so that the user can conveniently suck the smoke.
To facilitate cleaning and maintenance of the internal components of the heating chamber 300, the suction nozzle 330 may be removably secured within the heating chamber 320. For example, the suction nozzle 330 and the main heating chamber 320 are connected by a second permanent magnet 520. Of course, other fixing methods such as clamping or threading can be adopted.
To further reduce the harmful substances in the smoke, a filter rod 600 for filtering the smoke may be placed at the end of the suction nozzle 330.
In view of the diverse needs of consumer smoking experience, a pop bead or a flavor line may be provided in the above described filter tip 600, it should be noted that the pop bead and flavor line may be provided with a variety of flavors to provide a rich choice for the consumer.
On the basis of the above embodiment, considering that the need for sucking cigarettes 100 of different specifications can be satisfied by replacing the metal composite frame 310, in another embodiment, the metal composite frame 310 is detachably connected to the heating chamber 320.
In order to replace the metal composite sleeve 310, the metal composite sleeve 310 and the heating cavity 320 may be connected by a first permanent magnet 510, for example, a permanent magnet is disposed at the bottom of the metal composite sleeve 310, and a corresponding permanent magnet is disposed on a slot 550 at the bottom of the heating cavity 320, so that the metal composite sleeve 310 may be fixed. Of course, other fixing methods, such as fastening, threading, etc., may be used.
In order to realize the suction of cigarettes 100 with different specifications, the inner diameter size of the metal main support 312 can be adjusted according to the size of the cigarettes 100, and then the metal composite sleeve 310 with different specifications is arranged to realize the insertion of cigarettes 100 with different circumferential specifications.
In addition, after the metal main support 312 is sized, the sizes of the heating ceramic sleeve 311, the electromagnetic heating body 314, and the ring heater 200 in the metal composite sleeve 310 may be adjusted accordingly, if necessary.
In this embodiment, by configuring the metal composite frames 310 with different specifications, not only the smoking of the cigarettes 100 with different specifications by the consumer can be well realized, but also the cost performance of the smoking set is further increased. In addition, the detachable connection between the metal composite rack 310 and the heating chamber 320 greatly facilitates cleaning and maintenance operations for the inside of the metal composite rack 310.
Based on the above embodiment, considering that there are more electronic components for control inside the electric rod assembly 400, in another embodiment, the heating tip 300 is detachably mounted on the electric rod assembly 400 to prevent damage to the electronic components in the electric rod assembly 400 during maintenance operation of the heating tip 300.
The electric stick assembly 400 further includes an electric stick housing for mounting the chipset 410, the chip control switching part 420, and the power supply part 430.
To reduce the long-term use cost of the smoking set, the power supply 430 is preferably a lithium battery 431 for the convenience of the user. The battery cavity 432 into which the lithium battery 431 is placed is arranged in the electric rod shell, the bottom end of the battery cavity 432 is provided with the electric rod rear cover 433 for preventing the lithium battery 431 from falling off, and the electric rod rear cover 433 can be connected with the electric rod shell in a clamping manner.
In order to achieve the best battery capacity matching required by the heating heads 300 with different powers, the lithium battery 431 can be detachably connected in the battery cavity 432, specifically, the lithium battery 431 can be fixed in a slot manner, and other fixing manners are also possible.
The chip sets 410 are connected in parallel, and during operation of the smoking article, there should be and only one chip set 410 connected to the circuit and providing the corresponding power to the heating tip 300; the chip control switching part 420 has one end connected to each chipset 410 and the other end connected to the power supply part 430, for selecting which chipset 410 is connected to the circuit; the chip control switching unit 420 is provided with chip control switching keys, which are the same as the chip sets 410 in number and in one-to-one correspondence, and can communicate the corresponding chip sets 410 with the power supply unit 430. The power supply part 430 and the chip control switching part 420 can be replaced to realize the accurate control of the power of the heating head 300, further realize the control of the heating temperature and well realize the suction of the heating cigarettes 100 with different specifications.
The electric rod assembly 400 further comprises a magnetic induction controller 440 connected in parallel with the chip, wherein one end of the magnetic induction controller 440 is connected with the power supply part 430, and the other end of the magnetic induction controller is connected with the magnetic induction coil 322, and is used for electromagnetic induction heating of the electromagnetic heating body by regulating and controlling the magnetic induction intensity.
In this embodiment, the heating head 300 can be detachably mounted on the electric rod assembly 400 through the screw threads 540, so as to avoid damage to the electronic components in the electric rod assembly 400 caused by improper operation during maintenance of the heating head 300, and further protect the sensitivity and life of the electronic components in the electric rod assembly 400. Meanwhile, as the electric rod assembly 400 is separated from the heating head 300, the damage of the power supply in the electric rod assembly 400 to the human body due to the abnormality is cut off, and the safety of the smoking set in the maintenance process is improved. Of course, other fixing methods such as clamping, magnetic attraction and the like can also be adopted.
In the present specification, each embodiment is described in a progressive manner, and each embodiment is mainly described in a different point from other embodiments, and identical and similar parts between the embodiments are all enough to refer to each other. When any of the above embodiments do not conflict, the various embodiments may be combined in an effort to achieve a more optimal solution.
The low-temperature heating smoking set provided by the invention is described in detail above. The principles and embodiments of the present invention have been described herein with reference to specific examples, the description of which is intended only to facilitate an understanding of the method of the present invention and its core ideas. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the present invention may be modified and practiced without departing from the spirit of the invention, and that these modifications and adaptations are intended to be within the scope of the appended claims

Claims (8)

1. The low-temperature heating smoking set is characterized by comprising a heating head (300), wherein a metal composite sleeve frame (310) for arranging cigarettes (100) is arranged in the heating head (300), an electromagnetic heating body (314) for heating the cigarettes (100) by utilizing an electromagnetic induction principle is arranged inside the metal composite sleeve frame (310), and a ceramic heating sleeve (311) for heating the cigarettes (100) and an annular heater (200) for heating solid extractum (234) and tobacco particles (235) are arranged outside the metal composite sleeve frame (310), so that a sucking function is realized;
the annular heater (200) comprises a heat conduction shell (220) which is in contact heat conduction with a metal main support (312) of the metal composite sleeve frame (310), an annular heating body (230) filled with solid extractum (234) and tobacco particles (235) is arranged in the heat conduction shell (220), and a heating ceramic piece (210) for heating the annular heating body (230) is arranged on the heat conduction shell (220);
the annular heating body (230) comprises a heating aluminum box (231) which is in contact heat conduction with the heat conduction shell (220), the heating aluminum box (231) is internally provided with the solid extract (234) and the tobacco particles (235), a non-woven fabric (232) which is used for realizing air and smoke flow is arranged at the opening of the heating aluminum box (231), and a sealed aluminum foil (233) which is used for preventing the solid extract (234) and the tobacco particles (235) from deteriorating is arranged above the non-woven fabric (232);
the metal main support (312) is detachably connected with the heating ceramic sleeve (311) through a positioning nut (313).
2. The low-temperature heating smoking set according to claim 1, wherein the heating ceramic (210) is disposed inside the heat conductive housing (220) so as to heat the annular heating body (230) from inside.
3. The low temperature heating smoking article of claim 2, wherein the thermally conductive housing (220) is a magnetically permeable non-porous metallic material.
4. The low-temperature heating smoking set according to claim 1, wherein the heating ceramic member (210) is disposed outside the heat conductive housing (220) so as to heat the annular heating body (230) from the outside.
5. The low temperature heating smoking article of claim 4, wherein said thermally conductive housing (220) is a multi-layered composite structure having an outer layer and an inner layer, said outer layer being of a highly thermally conductive non-porous metallic material, said inner layer being of a gradient porous metallic material to increase the specific heating surface area.
6. The low-temperature heating smoking set according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein an air passage (325) through which air flows is provided in the heating cavity (320) of the heating head (300), one end of the air passage (325) is communicated with the outside air, the other end of the air passage (325) is communicated with the flue gas in the heating cavity (320), and the air flowing direction in the air passage (325) is opposite to the direction of generating the flue gas in the heating cavity (320).
7. The low temperature heating smoking article of claim 6, wherein said metal composite sleeve (310) is removably connected in said heating cavity (320).
8. The low temperature heating smoking set of claim 7, wherein said heating tip (300) is removably mounted to the electrical wand assembly (400).
