Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of mobile communications technologies, and in particular, to a network search method, a terminal device, and a computer-readable storage medium.
Background
In practical application, operator networks deployed in different countries and regions are different; however, to save the cost of network deployment, many operators only deploy Long Term Evolution (LTE) networks, such as the JIO operators in india.
At present, terminal equipment still uses the existing network searching technology in an area where only an LTE network is deployed, that is, a full-band network is searched; that is, when the terminal performs network search, it needs to search not only the LTE network but also networks corresponding to 3G and 2G.
However, using such a conventional network search method in a region where only an LTE network is deployed will undoubtedly prolong the network search time; in addition, in an area where networks corresponding to 3G and 2G are preferentially searched, the terminal device may search for networks corresponding to 3G and 2G all the time, so that the terminal device may not normally access the networks, and the customer complaint amount is increased.

Detailed Description
So that the manner in which the features and aspects of the embodiments of the present invention can be understood in detail, a more particular description of the embodiments of the invention, briefly summarized above, may be had by reference to the embodiments, some of which are illustrated in the appended drawings.
In practical application, the terminal equipment searches the current network after being started or restarted; generally, the terminal device performs full-band search on the current network, including the LTE network and the networks corresponding to 2G and 3G, to complete network registration.
With the continuous expansion of the application range of the LTE network and the saving of the cost of network deployment, many operators do not build 2G and 3G networks, but only deploy the LTE network; under the condition, the terminal equipment still uses the original network searching method, and the time of network searching cannot be increased, so that the efficiency of network searching is reduced; even, the terminal device may search for networks corresponding to 3G and 2G all the time, so that the terminal device may not normally access the networks, and the customer complaint amount may increase.
In order to solve the problem of network search abnormality caused by incomplete network deployment, the embodiment of the invention provides a network search method, wherein the searched PLMN identification is compared with the PLMN identification which is locally stored and is only deployed with the LTE network, and whether the operator corresponding to the currently searched PLMN identification is the operator which is only deployed with the LTE network is judged; if the judgment result is yes, the terminal device does not search the networks corresponding to the 2G and the 3G, but only searches and registers the LTE network, so that the timeliness of network search is improved, and meanwhile, the withdrawal probability caused by network search abnormality and the complaint amount of customers are reduced.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a network search method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the network search method includes the following steps:
step 101, obtaining a Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) identifier and reading a local PLMN file.
Here, step 101 obtains a public land mobile network PLMN identity, and reading the local PLMN file may be implemented by a terminal device; here, the terminal device refers to a communication terminal device having a capability of connecting a mobile communication network and a wireless network, including but not limited to: mobile phones, smart televisions, tablet computers, Ultra-mobile Personal computers (UMPC), netbooks, Personal Digital Assistants (PDA), and the like.
Furthermore, after the terminal device is started or restarted, or enters another region B from the region a, that is, the terminal device is separated from the network coverage of the operator in the region a and enters the network coverage of the operator B; at this time, the terminal device in the off-line state waits on a Broadcast Channel (BCH) and can receive the Broadcast message sent by each base station; the terminal device can obtain a Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) identifier of a current accessible Network by analyzing the broadcast message. Here, the PLMN identity is a network established and operated by the government or its approved operator for the purpose of providing a land mobile communication service to the public. The PLMN identity is composed of a Mobile Country Code (MCC) and a Mobile Network Code (MNC); the MCC is composed of 3 digits and can uniquely identify the country to which the mobile client belongs, for example, 460 in China, 316 in the United states and 525 in Singapore; in addition, the MNC consists of 2 digits and is used to identify the mobile network to which the mobile client belongs. For example, the China Mobile GSM, TD-SCDMA, LTE are 00/02/07 respectively, the China Unicom GSM is 01, and the China telecom CDMA is 030.
Further, the local PLMN file is a file preset in the terminal device; here, the local PLMN file is used to store PLMN identifiers corresponding to operators that only deploy LTE networks. That is to say, the PLMN identifier corresponding to the operator in which only the LTE network is deployed is pre-stored in the local PLMN file. Here, the PLMN identifier corresponding to the operator that deploys only the LTE network in the local PLMN file may be acquired from a preset server through network connection; the preset server can store all PLMN identifications corresponding to LTE network operators which are only deployed all over the world. Therefore, terminal equipment in the global scope can automatically connect the server only under the condition of connecting with the network, obtain the PLMN identification of the operator only deploying the LTE network, and store the PLMN identification in the local file of the terminal equipment.
And 102, if the PLMN identification is matched with the local PLMN file, only searching the LTE network corresponding to the PLMN identification according to the PLMN identification to register and access the LTE network.
Here, if the PLMN identifier matches the local PLMN file, only searching for the LTE network corresponding to the PLMN identifier to register and access the LTE network according to the PLMN identifier in step 102 may be implemented by the terminal device.
Specifically, when the obtained PLMN identifier of the accessible network is successfully matched with the local PLMN file, it may be determined that the operator corresponding to the current PLMN identifier is an operator that only deploys the LTE network. The terminal device attempts to register with the LTE network corresponding to the PLMN identifier.
The network searching method provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the steps of firstly obtaining a Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) mark and reading a local PLMN file; the local PLMN file is used for storing a PLMN identification which is only used for deploying a Long Term Evolution (LTE) network; if the PLMN identification is matched with the local PLMN file, only searching an LTE network corresponding to the PLMN identification according to the PLMN identification to register and access the LTE network; in this way, by matching the PLMN identifier with the identifier of only the LTE-deployed network stored in the terminal device, it can be known whether the current operator only deploys the LTE network, and if the determination result is yes, the terminal device only searches for the LTE network corresponding to the PLMN; therefore, only the LTE network is searched in the area where only the LTE network is deployed, the timeliness of network search can be improved, and meanwhile, the quitting rate caused by abnormal network search and the complaint amount of customers are reduced.
Based on the foregoing embodiments, an embodiment of the present invention provides a network search method, as shown in fig. 2, where the network search method includes the following steps:
step 201, the terminal device obtains PLMN list information from a preset server.
Here, the preset server is an electronic device capable of providing a network search service for the terminal device, and may be distributed in various regions around the world to provide a service for all terminal devices around the world; the preset server can maintain a PLMN list, and the PLMN list is used for recording PLMN identifications corresponding to operators only deploying LTE networks in various regions of the world. In practical applications, the PLMN list in the preset server may be dynamically configured, that is, PLMN identifiers may be added to or deleted from the PLMN list.
Further, the terminal device can automatically establish connection with the preset server through WIFI or a data network, and obtain PLMN list information from the preset server.
It should be noted that the terminal device may obtain the PLMN list information from a preset server according to a preset time interval;
or when the change of the current geographical position state is detected, acquiring the PLMN list information from a preset server.
Here, the preset time interval may be a fixed time period, or may be obtained according to a preset time algorithm, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited herein. In addition, the change of the geographic position state can be determined by a Global Positioning System (GPS) chip carried by the terminal device, and details are not repeated here.
In other embodiments of the present invention, step 201 may further include the following steps:
2011, the terminal device obtains an update data packet from a preset server;
step 2012, if the update data packet includes a PLMN list, the terminal device obtains the PLMN list information.
In practical application, the data configured in the preset server is dynamically changed; therefore, the terminal device needs to periodically obtain updated data, i.e., an update packet, from the preset server. Further, when the terminal device determines that the update packet includes the PLMN list, it may be considered that the PLMN list maintained in the preset server is updated, and the terminal device may obtain PLMN list information in the PLMN list, so that a PLMN identifier corresponding to an operator that only deploys the LTE network and is stored in the terminal device is consistent with information in the PLMN list of the preset server.
Step 202, the terminal device analyzes the PLMN list information, and loads the analyzed PLMN list information into the local PLMN file.
Here, the terminal device needs to analyze the obtained PLMN list information to obtain a PLMN identifier corresponding to each operator that deploys only an LTE network, and store and load the PLMN identifier into a local PLMN file.
Step 203, obtaining the public land mobile network PLMN identity, and reading the local PLMN file.
Wherein the local PLMN file is used for storing a PLMN identification only deploying a Long Term Evolution (LTE) network.
And 204, when the PLMN identification is the same as any PLMN identification in the local PLMN file, the terminal equipment initiates network registration on the LTE network frequency point corresponding to the PLMN identification.
Specifically, the terminal device matches the currently acquired PLMN identifiers with PLMN identifiers corresponding to all operators only deploying LTE networks, which are stored in the local PLMN file, one by one; and when the PLMN identification is the same as any PLMN identification in the local PLMN file, the terminal equipment initiates network registration aiming at the frequency point corresponding to the LTE network.
It should be noted that, for the explanation of the same steps or related concepts in the present embodiment as in the other embodiments, reference may be made to the description in the other embodiments, and details are not described herein again.

The present application embodiment provides a network search method, as shown in fig. 3, the network search method includes the following steps:
step 301, the application service layer of the terminal device obtains the update data packet in the server.
Here, the application service layer can be connected with the server through a wireless network to acquire data in the server; wherein the wireless network comprises a WiFi or data network.
It should be noted that the terminal device may acquire data in the server at any time in the case of network connection.
Step 302, the application service layer of the terminal device stores the update data packet into an update database of the terminal device.
Here, the update database may be a romupdate.db database; db database is used for storing the update data of the application service layer.
Step 303, the application service layer determines whether the updated database includes a PLMN list.
In practical application, the server side can maintain a PLMN list; specifically, the server may write a PLMN identifier corresponding to an operator that deploys only the LTE network into an "only LTE eplmn. When the PLMN list in the server changes, the server may compress and pack the PLMN list into an update packet, and send the update packet to the terminal device.
And step 304, the application service layer reads and analyzes the PLMN list to obtain PLMN list information.
Specifically, the application service layer can analyze a PLMN identifier corresponding to an operator that deploys only the LTE network from the PLMN list to obtain PLMN list information.
And 305, the application service layer sends the PLMN list information to the Modem layer through a data transmission channel, and writes the PLMN list information into a local PLMN file in the Modem layer.
And step 306, starting the Modem layer to acquire the current PLMN identification.
Here, the Modem layer may be activated when the terminal device enters the network after being powered on or restarted and disconnected.
Step 307, the Modem layer judges whether the acquired current PLMN identification matches with the local PLMN file.
And 308, if the judgment result is matching, registering the LTE network corresponding to the PLMN identification by the Modem layer.
It should be noted that steps 301 to 305 are the local PLMN file updating process, and steps 306 to 308 are the specific process of performing network search. Wherein, steps 301 to 305 are the basis of steps 306 to 308; steps 301-305 can be executed under the condition that the terminal equipment is networked; and the steps 306-308 are executed when the terminal equipment is started or restarted or enters the network after offline. The execution sequence of steps 301 to 305 and steps 306 to 308 is not sequential, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited herein.

step 401, obtaining an update data packet of the server.
And step 402, storing the updating data packet to RomUpdate.
And step 403, sending the broadcast message with the successful update.
Step 404, when the application service layer detects that the romupdate.db is updated or monitors the broadcast message of successful update, judging whether the romupdate.db includes an onlylteplmn.xml file. If yes, go to step 405; if not, go to step 409.
Step 405, parsing the onlylteplmn.xml file to obtain configuration data.
Step 406, converting the data format of the MCC and MNC corresponding to the PLMN identifier in the only lteplmn.
Step 407, storing the converted MCC and MNC into an array to obtain PLMN list information.
And step 408, writing the PLMN list information into a local PLMN file of a Modem layer.
And step 409, prompting the completion of the updating of the local PLMN file.
And step 410, starting the Modem layer to acquire the current PLMN identification.
