The cable 4 passes through the rectangular opening 6112 of the vertical portion 611 to be welded with the conductive sheet 215 of the connection portion 214 of the printed circuit board 21, and the first portion 231 of the insulating cover 5 and the second portion 232 extending from the first portion 231 are filled in the accommodating space 18 to fix the joint of the printed circuit board 21 and the cable 4.
The plug connector assembly 100 of the present invention is assembled through the above-described steps. When the plug connector assembly 100 needs to be unlocked from the mating connector (not shown), an operator only needs to pull the operating member 62 backwards, the operating member 62 drives the actuating member 61 to rotate relative to the pivot shaft 63, the actuating piece 1622 rotates downwards around the pivot shaft 63 as a center, and when a downward force is applied to the pressing portion 152 of the locking device 15, the locking portion 153 at the front end of the pressing portion 152 moves downwards synchronously, so that the plug connector assembly 100 is conveniently unlocked from the mating connector (not shown). When the plug connector assembly 100 is completely disconnected from the mating connector (not shown), the pulling force applied to the operating member 62 is removed, and the central actuating piece 1622 rotates upward around the pivot 63 and removes the pressure on the pressing portion 152 of the locking device 15, so that the locking device 15 returns to its original state.
The actuating piece 1622 of the actuating member 61 of the plug connector assembly 100 of the present invention is located on the top side of the insulating body 1, the pull tape 621 of the actuating member 62 is located on the bottom side of the insulating body 1, and pulling the pull tape 621 located on the bottom side of the insulating body 1 can drive the actuating piece 1622 located on the top side of the insulating body 1 to unlock the latch of the plug connector assembly 100 and the mating connector. Intersecting with the prior art, the pull belt 621 provided by the invention has a small stroke, and the pull belt 621 and the pull ring 622 are convenient to use. And the cable 4 of the present invention can effectively terminate the actuating stroke of the actuating member 61.
Referring to fig. 8 to 12, in another embodiment of the plug connector assembly 100 of the present invention, two sides of the rear end of the first portion 231 respectively extend outward to form a stop 2311. The width of the first portion 231 where the stopper 2311 is located in the left-right direction is greater than the width of the other portions of the first portion 231. A stepped portion 2312 is formed between each stopper 2311 and the first portion 231, and the stepped portion 2312 has a front side surface extending obliquely, and the top end of the front side surface is inclined forward relative to the bottom end of the front side surface. In the present embodiment, since two circuit board modules 2 stacked on each other in the up-down direction are provided, the first portion 231 of the insulating cover 5 is also correspondingly provided as two top and bottom portions, the top portion of the first portion 231 covers the joint between one circuit board module 2 and the cable 4, the bottom portion of the first portion 231 covers the joint between the other circuit board module 2 and the cable, the stopper 2311 is also correspondingly provided as two top and bottom portions, the step 2312 is also correspondingly provided as two top and bottom portions, the front side surface of the step 2312 is also correspondingly provided as two top and bottom portions, and the inclination angles of the top and bottom portions of the front side surface are kept consistent, spaced from each other and coplanar.
In the present embodiment of the plug connector assembly 100 of the invention, the width of the rectangular opening 6112 along the left-right direction is smaller than the width of the first portion 231 where the stop 2311 is located, and when the operator pulls the operating member 62 backward, the bottom end of the vertical portion 611 of the actuating member 61 rotates upward around the pivot shaft 63 under the driving of the connecting portion 613 so that the vertical portion 611 is stopped at the front side of the stop 2311 in a state that the front end is inclined forward. Since the front side surface of the stopper 2311 stops the vertical portion 611 of the actuator 61, the stroke of the vertical portion 611 is limited when the operator pulls the operating member 62, and thus the actuator 61 is prevented from being deformed due to an over-operation.
It is intended that all of the above embodiments not be limited to the specific embodiments described above, and that all equivalent variations to those skilled in the art can be made by reading the specification without departing from the scope of the invention.
