The reactor is important power equipment and plays roles in limiting switching on inrush current, limiting short-circuit current, filtering, smoothing, lightning protection, wave blocking and the like in a power system. The series reactor has wide application in a power system, and the dry iron core reactor is one of the series reactors. For example, chinese patent with grant publication number CN203503428U and grant publication date 2014.03.26 discloses an epoxy cast dry iron core reactor with rectangular iron core, which includes upper and lower yokes, an iron core column and a coil wound around the outer periphery of the iron core column, the upper and lower yokes being clamped on the iron core column by tie rods. The upper iron yoke and the lower iron yoke are connected with the iron core column through the clamping force of the pull rod, but the clamping force of the pull rod can only limit the upper iron yoke and the lower iron yoke to move along the direction perpendicular to the connecting end face, the friction force generated by the clamping force on the connecting end face of the upper iron yoke and the lower iron yoke and the iron core column is insufficient, the upper iron yoke and the lower iron yoke are easy to rotate relative to the iron core column in the assembly process, and the upper iron yoke and the lower iron yoke cannot be aligned with the iron core column, so that the problems of weak short circuit bearing capacity and high running noise of the dry iron core reactor are caused.

the dry-type iron core reactor comprises an iron core column and a coil wound on the periphery of the iron core column, wherein an upper iron yoke and a lower iron yoke are correspondingly arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the iron core column, and at least one of the upper end and the lower end of the iron core column is fixedly connected with the corresponding iron yoke through a fixed connection structure.
The fixed connection structure comprises a fixed plate which fixedly connects the upper end of the iron core column with the upper iron yoke. The fixed plate structure is simple, is convenient for connect.
The upper end of the iron core column is provided with a core column hole, the upper iron yoke is provided with an iron yoke hole, the fixing plate is provided with a fixing hole corresponding to the core column hole and the iron yoke hole, and the fixing connection structure further comprises a fastener which is matched with the fixing hole to fixedly connect the upper end of the iron core column with the upper iron yoke. The iron core column is fixedly connected with the upper iron yoke through the fastener, so that the iron core column is convenient to fix, and can be detached for later maintenance and repair.
The three-phase iron core column of the defined reactor is arranged in the front-back direction, the fixing plates are arranged in pairs and are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the iron core column, the core column holes are core column perforation holes, the iron yoke holes are iron yoke perforation holes, fixing holes corresponding to the core column perforation holes and the iron yoke perforation holes are formed in the two fixing plates, and the fixing connection structure further comprises a penetrating fastener matched with the fixing holes to fixedly connect the upper end of the iron core column with the upper iron yoke. Through the cooperation of the penetrating fastener and the fixed plate, the iron core column and the upper iron yoke can not rotate relatively, the short circuit bearing capacity is improved, and the noise is reduced.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in this embodiment, taking the fixed connection of the uppermost iron core cake 1 and the upper iron yoke 3 as an example, the uppermost iron core cake 1 is provided with a core column perforation, the upper iron yoke 3 is provided with an iron yoke perforation, the arrangement direction of the three-phase iron core column of the reactor is defined as the front-back direction, the fixed connection structure comprises fixing plates 9 arranged in pairs, two fixing plates 9 are respectively positioned at the left and right sides of the iron core column, fixing holes corresponding to the core column perforation and the iron yoke perforation are arranged on the fixing plates 9, the fixed connection structure further comprises a through screw 8 which is matched with the fixing holes to fixedly connect the uppermost iron core cake 1 with the upper iron yoke 3, the through screw 8 forms a through fastener, and the through screw can be fastened at two ends, thereby improving the fixing firmness.
