技术领域
本发明涉及一种导线,具体涉及一种抗压能力好的防水导线。
背景技术
普通绕组线只能绕制常规的变压器、电抗器和电机线圈,它是通过绕包的方式将绝缘纸、薄膜、编织带等直接包覆于导体表面,导体和绝缘层之间未建立牢固的粘结力,所以,普通的绕组线在结构上比较松散,绝缘耐受电压能力比较低,特别是在潮湿环境下绝缘不能抵抗湿度影响会使绝缘性能迅速下降。电机线圈长期运行及在一些特殊环境下使用时对线圈的防水性能、高耐受电压能力要求较高,提高产品的机械性能和电气性能,选用轻质优质材料,研发一种复合绝缘、防水导线就成为当前应解决的主要问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种抗压能力好的防水导线。
本发明的技术方案是:一种抗压能力好的防水导线,包括金属线、金属线四周由六根保护线环绕、金属线和保护线之间的孔隙中填充有自粘丝、保护线外侧包裹有一层云母绕包层、云母绕包层外侧包裹有聚酰亚胺薄膜绕包层、聚酰亚胺薄膜绕包层外侧包裹有复合绝缘涂层、复合绝缘涂层外侧包裹有一层用于印刷的无纺布层。
进一步地,所述的保护线为橡胶材质。
进一步地,所述的聚酰亚胺薄膜绕包层的厚度为0.1-0.2毫米。
进一步地,所述的复合绝缘涂层为绝缘漆和树脂混合制成。
进一步地,所述的金属线的材质为铜。
有益效果
本发明的一种抗压能力好的防水导线,结构简单,金属线四周围绕六根有弹性的橡胶材质制成的保护线,保护线外侧包裹有一层云母绕包层,提高了导线的防水性能,最外侧设置有无纺布层,便于印刷标志。

如图1所示,一种抗压能力好的防水导线,包括金属线5、金属线5四周由六根保护线1环绕、金属线5和保护线1之间的孔隙中填充有自粘丝6、保护线1外侧包裹有一层云母绕包层2、云母绕包层2外侧包裹有聚酰亚胺薄膜绕包层3、聚酰亚胺薄膜绕包层3外侧包裹有复合绝缘涂层4、复合绝缘涂层4外侧包裹有一层用于印刷的无纺布层;所述的保护线1为橡胶材质;所述的聚酰亚胺薄膜绕包层3的厚度为0.1-0.2毫米;所述的复合绝缘涂层4为绝缘漆和树脂混合制成;所述的金属线5的材质为铜。
