An agricultural product detection system, characterized by: the device comprises a water vapor generating device (1), a water vapor liquefying and collecting device (2), an agricultural product stirring and sampling device (3), a liquid temporary storage dropping device (4) to be detected and a distilled water temporary storage dropping device (5); the water vapor generating device (1) is connected with the water vapor liquefaction collecting device (2) through a water vapor guide pipe (7); the distilled water discharging port of the water vapor liquefaction collecting device (2) is connected with a double-way pipe (21), one discharging pipe port of the double-way pipe (21) is connected with the distilled water temporary storage dropping device (5) through a distilled water discharging pipe (9), the other discharging pipe port of the double-way pipe (21) is positioned right above the agricultural product stirring sampling device (3), and the agricultural product stirring sampling device (3) is connected with the liquid temporary storage dropping device (4) through a liquid discharging pipe (8) to be detected;
the water vapor generating device (1) comprises a microwave heating container (11) and a water cup (12) arranged in the microwave heating container (11); a clear water inlet pipe (13) is communicated and arranged at the upper part of the water cup (12), a clear water discharge pipe (16) is communicated and arranged at the bottom of the water cup (12), the clear water inlet pipe (13) and the clear water discharge pipe (16) both penetrate through the side wall of the microwave heating container (11) and extend to the outside of the microwave heating container, a first valve (14) is arranged on the clear water inlet pipe (13), a second valve (17) is arranged on the clear water discharge pipe (16), and a clear water pouring funnel (15) is arranged at the pipe orifice of the clear water inlet pipe (13);
the water vapor liquefaction and collection device (2) comprises a cooling box (23) and a distilled water collection cover (22), the side box wall of the cooling box (23) is of a double-layer structure, an interlayer of the double-layer structure is filled with crushed ice blocks (213), a cooling cavity of the cooling box (23) is communicated with the inner top of a water cup (12) through a water vapor guide pipe (7), and a cooling acceleration structure (212) is arranged in the cooling cavity of the cooling box (23); the distilled water collecting cover (22) is connected with the lower edge of the inner box wall of the cooling box (23), a double-way pipe (21) is arranged at a narrowing opening of the distilled water collecting cover (22), the double-way pipe (21) comprises a vertical pipe (211) and a horizontal pipe (210), a third valve (2111) is arranged on the vertical pipe (211), and a sponge (2112) is arranged in the vertical pipe (211);
the inner side box wall of the cooling box (23) and the cooling acceleration structure (212) are made of iron materials, and the outer side box wall of the cooling box (23) is made of heat-insulating materials;
the cooling acceleration structure (212) comprises a main connecting pipe (2121) and a plurality of connecting blades (2122) which are of an integral structure, the connecting blades (2122) are distributed outside the main connecting pipe (2121) in a circumferential array manner, and the blade ends of the connecting blades (2122) are fixedly connected with the inner side box wall of the cooling box (23);
the connecting blade (2122) comprises a plurality of connecting plates (2122a) and a plurality of auxiliary connecting pipes (2122b) which are integrally formed, and the connecting plates (2122a) and the auxiliary connecting pipes (2122b) are regularly and alternately arranged.

An agricultural product detection system according to claim 1, wherein: agricultural product stirring sampling device (3) are including setting up agitator tank (31) under vertical pipe (211) delivery port and setting up drive rabbling mechanism (32) in agitator tank (31), agitator tank (31) inside is provided with isolation frame (311) and division board (312), keep apart frame (311) and set up the last face at division board (312) with one heart, rotatory stirring portion (322) of drive rabbling mechanism (32) are located isolation frame (311), driving motor (321) of drive rabbling mechanism (32) are located the space between the interior bottom of the case of division board (312) and agitator tank (31).

An agricultural product detection system according to claim 3, wherein: the liquid temporarily storing and dripping device (4) comprises a temporarily storing box (41), a diversion dropper (42), an elastic pulling mechanism (43) and a pressure balance pipe (44), wherein the temporarily storing box (41) of the liquid temporarily storing and dripping device (4) is communicated with the stirring box (31) through a liquid discharging pipe (8) to be detected, and a fourth valve (81) is arranged on the liquid discharging pipe (8) to be detected; the diversion dropper (42) is arranged at the bottom of the temporary storage box (41) in a conduction way; the elastic pulling mechanism (43) comprises a sliding rod (431), a baffle (432), a hand-pulling plate (433) and a spring (434), wherein the sliding rod (431) penetrates through the top of the temporary storage box (41) and is arranged in a sliding fit manner with the sliding rod, the baffle (432) is arranged at the rod end of the sliding rod (431) located in the temporary storage box (41), the hand-pulling plate (433) is arranged at the rod end of the sliding rod (431) located outside the temporary storage box (41), the spring (434) is sleeved on the rod part of the sliding rod (431) located between the hand-pulling plate (433) and the temporary storage box (41), and the spring (434) rebounds to pull the baffle (432) to block a conduction port of the flow guide dropper (42) and the temporary storage box (41); the pressure balance pipe (44) is arranged at the top of the temporary storage tank (41), and the interior of the temporary storage tank (41) is communicated with the outside through the pressure balance pipe (44).

step five: putting two pesticide residue rapid measuring cards (10) into a constant temperature box (6) for pre-reaction for ten minutes, and adjusting the temperature in the constant temperature box (6) to 37 ℃;
step six: after the pre-reaction is finished, folding the pesticide residue quick test card (10) in half, and keeping the temperature in a constant temperature box (6) for three minutes to ensure that the red tablets and the white tablets are overlapped and react;
