Abstract
The invention discloses a telescopic and multidirectional-adjustable PED (foot-operated cushion) support of an airline passenger seat, which comprises a fixed base, a support base, a first connecting rod mechanism, an outer cover and side clamping plates, wherein the first connecting rod mechanism comprises a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod and a third connecting rod which are sequentially hinged, the connecting rod mechanism is used for realizing the extension and the contraction of the support base, the first connecting rod is further hinged with the fixed base through a hinge, the fixed base is fixed on a backrest of the airline passenger seat, the third connecting rod is connected with the support base through a universal bearing, the side clamping plates which are telescopic relative to the support base to adjust the width of the support are arranged on two sides of the support base, and the outer cover is hinged with the lower end of the support base and can be opened and closed relative to the. The extensible and multidirectional-adjustable PED bracket of the airline passenger seat can support PEDs of various sizes and can be extended, retracted, and adjusted in multiple directions of left and right angles and up and down angles.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of an airline passenger seat, in particular to an airline passenger seat and a PED (Personal Electronic Device) support which can be adjusted in a telescopic and multidirectional mode.
Background
At present, the known airline passenger seats are rarely provided with PED supports, and even if the airline passenger seats are provided with PED supports, the PED supports have very simple structure, and only limited size adjustment and up-down angle adjustment of the PED supports can be realized.
Most of PED supports of the conventional aviation passenger seats are integrally arranged on functional parts of a backrest structure through a clamping groove, such as a small table board at the rear part of a backrest or a book and newspaper box. However, such PED stands have limitations on the size and angle of adjustment of the PED, and can only be adjusted up and down within a small range. The limited size results in poor applicability of PED scaffolds; the limited adjustment angle affects the comfort of the passenger viewing the PED, and the passenger may easily get tired if viewing the PED at an uncomfortable angle for a long time.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide an airline passenger seat and a telescopic and multidirectional-adjustable PED bracket thereof, which aim to support PEDs of different sizes and can be stretched, contracted, and adjusted in multiple directions of left and right angles and up and down angles.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a telescopic and multi-directional adjustable PED support for an airline passenger seat, comprising a fixed base, a support base, a first link mechanism, an outer cover, and side card plates, wherein,
first link mechanism is including articulated first connecting rod, second connecting rod and third connecting rod in proper order, and link mechanism is used for realizing the extension and the shrink of support base, and first connecting rod still passes through the hinge with fixed baseplate and articulates mutually, and fixed baseplate is fixed in on the back of aviation passenger's seat, and the third connecting rod passes through universal bearing and links to each other with the support base, and the side cardboard in order to adjust the support width is installed for it is scalable for the both sides of support base, and the enclosing cover is articulated with the lower extreme of support base and can open and shut in order to open or close the support base for it.
Preferably, the top end of the bracket base is also provided with an elastic positioning bead for fixing the closed outer cover.
Preferably, the third connecting rod can be completely collected in the second connecting rod; the second connecting rod can be completely collected in the first connecting rod.
Preferably, the bottom end of the outer cover is provided with a flanging structure for serving as a bottom support of the PED.
Preferably, a second link mechanism for realizing the extension and retraction of the side clamping plates is arranged on the bracket base, the second link mechanism comprises two fourth links and a fifth link, wherein,
the center of the fourth connecting rod is hinged with the central boss of the bracket base, two ends of the fourth connecting rod are respectively hinged with the fifth connecting rod and the side clamping plate, and the fourth connecting rod and the side clamping plate are connected in a tensioning mode through elastic pieces.
Preferably, the support base is provided with a boss which is matched with a sliding groove formed in the side clamping plate to form a guide and limit structure, so that the side clamping plate is limited to move within a certain distance range in the horizontal direction.
Preferably, the elastic member is a tension spring.
Preferably, the base cover plate covers the outer side of the bracket base and is used for covering the second link mechanism.
Preferably, the outer cover is rotatable 180 ° relative to the stand base.

first link mechanism is including articulated first connecting rod 6 in proper order, second connecting rod 7 and third connecting rod 8 (hinge 11 through a constant moment between the link structure is articulated), link mechanism is used for realizing extension and the shrink of support base 1, first connecting rod 6 still passes through hinge 11 with fixed baseplate 5 and articulates mutually, fixed baseplate 5 is fixed in on the back 15 of air passenger seat (through the fix with screw), third connecting rod 8 passes through universal bearing 9 and links to each other with support base 1, support base 1's both sides are installed and are installed rather than scalable side cardboard 3 with adjustment support width, enclosing cover 2 is articulated with support base 1's lower extreme and can open and shut for it in order to open or close support base 1. The cover 2 is rotatable 180 deg. relative to the stand base 1.

Further, referring to fig. 7, the bracket base 1 is provided with a boss which is matched with a sliding groove formed in the side clamping plate 3 to jointly form a guiding and limiting structure, so that the side clamping plate 3 is limited to move within a certain distance range in the horizontal direction. Because the side cardboard 3 can stretch out and draw back by the horizontal direction to make PED support can place the PED of different width sizes.

The telescopic PED bracket capable of being adjusted in multiple directions can be adjusted in a multi-angle and stepless manner from top to bottom and from left to right while the distance between the PED and a passenger is shortened, so that the convenience and the comfort of the use of the PED bracket are greatly improved. In addition, the PED bracket has the advantages of simple structure, easy realization and reliable work.
The invention further provides an airline passenger seat.
