Abstract
The invention relates to a gas stove plug valve, which comprises a valve body, wherein a valve chamber is arranged in the valve body, a valve core is arranged in the valve chamber, and a valve rod is arranged in the valve core; the valve chamber is provided with a chamber door, a door plate is arranged outside the chamber door, a rod seat is arranged outside the door plate, and a switch rod is arranged on the rod seat; the switch rod is provided with a spring for driving the switch rod to outwards reset and keeping the switch rod disconnected with the valve rod; a first micro switch used for being electrically connected with the igniter is arranged above the switch rod, and is triggered by a first trigger arranged at the top of the door plate; a second micro switch which is used for being electrically connected with the control board is arranged below the switch rod, and the second micro switch is triggered by a second trigger arranged on the switch rod. The invention can realize the working linkage of the auxiliary electric appliance and the gas stove.

Background
The common gas stove can not be linked with auxiliary electrical appliances such as a range hood and the like, and is inconvenient to use.

The invention discloses a gas stove plug valve which can be electrically connected with an accessory electrical appliance such as a smoke exhaust ventilator and the like, and can realize the working linkage between the accessory electrical appliance and the gas stove when being applied to the gas stove.

a plug valve of gas stove comprises a valve body, wherein a valve chamber is arranged in the valve body, a valve core is arranged in the valve chamber, and a valve rod is arranged in the valve core; the valve chamber is provided with a chamber door communicated with the outside, a door plate for closing the chamber door is arranged outside the chamber door, a rod seat is arranged outside the door plate, and the door plate and the rod seat are both fixed on the valve body; the switch rod is arranged on the rod seat, is connected with the valve rod to drive the valve rod to rotate, can move inwards and outwards and is rotatably arranged in a rod hole formed in the rod seat, the outer end of the switch rod is exposed out of the rod seat so as to be convenient for manual operation, and the inner end of the switch rod enters the valve chamber through the rod hole correspondingly formed in the door plate to be opposite to the valve rod so as to be in butt joint with the valve rod and move outwards to be separated from the valve rod; the switch rod is provided with a spring for driving the switch rod to outwards reset and keeping the switch rod disconnected with the valve rod; a first micro switch used for being electrically connected with the igniter is arranged above the switch rod, and the first micro switch action reed is outwards fixedly arranged at the top of the door plate; the switch rod is provided with a first trigger which can move along with the inside and outside of the rod and move inwards to trigger the first micro switch.
A second micro switch used for being electrically connected with the control board is arranged below the switch rod, and the second micro switch action reed is upwards and fixedly arranged at the bottom of the door plate; the switch rod is provided with a second trigger which can move along with the rod in and out and rotate, moves inwards to trigger the second micro switch and rotates to continuously act on the second micro switch so as to keep the second micro switch in an on state.
The switch lever is also provided with a stop ring for positioning the switch lever so that the first trigger can be separated from the first micro switch and the second trigger can continuously act on the second micro switch.
Further, the stop ring, the first trigger and the second trigger are sequentially arranged on the switch rod from outside to inside, and the spring is arranged between the door plate and the second trigger.
Further, the first trigger is in a rod shape, the bottom of the first trigger is movably sleeved on the switch rod through a rod hole, and the top of the first trigger is movably sleeved on a guide rod arranged on the rod seat and used for guiding the first trigger to the first micro switch through the rod hole.
Further, the second trigger is a torus, the inner ring of the second trigger is sleeved and fixed on the switch rod, an arc touch belt is arranged on the inner end surface of the second trigger, and a contact capable of being extruded/separated from the second micro switch along with the rotation of the second trigger is arranged at the lower end part of the arc touch belt.
Further, the stop ring is sleeved and fixed on the switch rod through a central hole of the stop ring, and the outer wall of the stop ring is provided with clamping wings.
The inner end surface of the rod seat is provided with a groove for accommodating the stop ring, and the wall of the groove is provided with an avoidance opening for accommodating the clamping wing.
The stop ring can slide in the avoidance opening when moving along with the switch rod in and out, and can avoid the avoidance opening and be clamped on the groove bank of the groove after rotating along with the switch rod.
The invention is provided with the micro switch which is used for being electrically connected with the control panel, and the working state of the auxiliary electrical appliance can be controlled by the working state of the micro switch after the control panel is electrically connected with the auxiliary electrical appliance, thereby realizing the working linkage with the gas stove.

Detailed Description
The invention is described below with reference to the drawings and specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1-8:
the plug valve for the gas stove comprises a valve body 1, wherein a valve chamber 101 is arranged in the valve body 1, a valve core 2 is arranged in the valve chamber 101, and a valve rod 3 is arranged in the valve core 2; the valve chamber 101 is provided with a chamber door communicated with the outside, a door plate 4 for closing the chamber door is arranged outside the chamber door, a rod seat 5 is arranged on the outer side of the door plate 4, and the door plate 4 and the rod seat 5 are both fixed on the valve body 1.
The rod seat 5 is provided with a switch rod 6 which is used for being connected with the valve rod 3 to drive the valve rod 3 to rotate, the switch rod 6 can move inside and outside and can be rotatably arranged in a rod hole arranged on the rod seat 5, the outer end of the switch rod 6 is exposed out of the rod seat 5 so as to be convenient for manual operation, and the inner end of the switch rod enters the valve chamber 101 through the rod hole correspondingly arranged on the door plate 4 to be opposite to the valve rod 3 so as to be in butt joint with the valve rod 3 and move outwards to be separated from the valve rod 3.
The switch lever 6 is provided with a spring 7 for driving the switch lever 6 to reset outwards and keeping the switch lever 6 disconnected from the valve rod 3; a first micro switch 8 for electrically connecting with the igniter is arranged above the switch rod 6, and an action reed of the first micro switch 8 is outwards fixedly arranged at the top of the door plate 4; the switch lever 6 is provided with a first trigger 10 which can move with the inside and outside of the lever and move inwards to trigger the first micro switch 8.
A second micro switch 9 used for being electrically connected with the control board is arranged below the switch rod 6, and an action reed of the second micro switch 9 is upwards fixedly arranged at the bottom of the door plate 4; the switch lever 6 is provided with a second trigger 11 which moves in and out and rotates with the lever, moves inward to trigger the second micro switch 9, rotates to continuously act on the second micro switch 9 to keep the second micro switch 9 in an on state.
The switch lever 6 is further provided with a stop ring 12 for positioning the switch lever 6 such that the first trigger 10 is disengaged from the first microswitch 8 and the second trigger 11 is continuously applied to the position of the second microswitch 9.
The stop ring 12, the first trigger 10 and the second trigger 11 are sequentially arranged on the switch rod 6 from outside to inside, and the spring 7 is arranged between the door plate 4 and the second trigger 11.
The first trigger 10 is rod-shaped, the bottom of the first trigger is movably sleeved on the switch rod 6 through a rod hole, and the top of the first trigger is movably sleeved on a guide rod 13 arranged on the rod seat 5 and used for guiding the first trigger to the first micro switch 8 through the rod hole.
The second trigger 11 is a torus, the inner ring of which is sleeved and fixed on the switch rod 6, the inner end surface of which is provided with an arc touch belt 1101, and the lower end part of the arc touch belt 1101 is provided with a contact 11011 which can be extruded/separated from the second micro switch 9 along with the rotation of the second trigger 11.
The stop ring 12 is sleeved and fixed on the switch rod 6 through a central hole thereof, and the outer wall of the stop ring is provided with a clamping wing 1201.
The inner end surface of the rod seat 5 is provided with a groove 501 for accommodating the stop ring 12, and the groove wall of the groove 501 is provided with an avoiding opening 5011 for accommodating the clamping wing 1201.
The stop ring 12 can slide in the avoiding opening 5011 when moving inside and outside the switch lever 6, and can avoid the avoiding opening 5011 and be clamped on the groove bank of the groove 501 after rotating along with the switch lever 6.
The first micro-switch 8 is electrically connected with the igniter of the gas stove, and the second micro-switch 9 is electrically connected with the smoke exhaust ventilator (or other kitchen accessory appliances) through the control panel.
When the gas stove ignites, the switch rod 6 is manually pressed inwards until the inner end of the switch rod 6 is in butt joint with the valve rod 3 into a whole, the first trigger 10 touches the action reed of the first micro switch 8, the first micro switch 8 is switched on, and the igniter starts to ignite. At this time, the stop ring 12 is disengaged from the groove 501 on the inner side of the rod seat 5 and is in a rotatable state. The switch rod 6 is rotated, the switch rod 6 drives the valve rod 3 to rotate so as to open the valve to release gas, and the igniter ignites the gas; the switch rod 6 drives the second trigger 11 to rotate until a contact 11011 on the second trigger 11 touches a motion reed of the second micro switch 9, the second micro switch 9 is switched on, a signal is sent to the control board, and the control board controls the range hood to start working; the switch rod 6 drives the stop ring 12 to rotate, and the clamping wings 1201 on the stop ring 12 are staggered from the avoiding openings 5011 on the walls of the grooves 501.
After ignition is finished, the switch rod 6 is released, the switch rod 6 is locally reset under the action of the tension of the spring 7, and the clamping wings 1201 on the stop ring 12 are clamped on the groove bank of the groove 501, so that the second trigger 11 continuously extrudes the action reed of the second micro switch 9, the second micro switch 9 is kept in the on state, and the range hood maintains the working state.
The second micro switch 9 can be cut off when the gas is closed in the reverse operation to stop the range hood, so that the working state of the range hood is linked with the working state of the gas furnace.
Claims (3)

A plug valve of a gas stove comprises a valve body (1), wherein a valve chamber (101) is arranged in the valve body (1), a valve core (2) is arranged in the valve chamber (101), and a valve rod (3) is arranged in the valve core (2); the valve chamber (101) is provided with a chamber door communicated with the outside, a door plate (4) for closing the chamber door is arranged outside the chamber door, a rod seat (5) is arranged outside the door plate (4), and the door plate (4) and the rod seat (5) are both fixed on the valve body (1); the rod seat (5) is provided with a switch rod (6) which is used for being connected with the valve rod (3) to drive the valve rod (3) to rotate, the switch rod (6) can move inside and outside and is rotatably arranged in a rod hole arranged on the rod seat (5), the outer end of the switch rod is exposed out of the rod seat (5) so as to be convenient for manual operation, and the inner end of the switch rod enters the valve chamber (101) through a rod hole correspondingly arranged on the door plate (4) to be opposite to the valve rod (3) so as to move inwards to be in butt joint with the valve rod (3) and move outwards to be separated from the valve rod (3); the switch rod (6) is provided with a spring (7) for driving the switch rod (6) to outwards reset and keeping the switch rod (6) disconnected with the valve rod (3); a first micro switch (8) used for being electrically connected with the igniter is arranged above the switch rod (6), and an action reed of the first micro switch (8) is fixedly arranged at the top of the door plate (4) outwards; the switch rod (6) is provided with a first trigger (10) which can move inwards and outwards along with the rod to trigger the first micro switch (8); the method is characterized in that:
a second micro switch (9) used for being electrically connected with the control board is arranged below the switch rod (6), and an action reed of the second micro switch (9) is upwards and fixedly arranged at the bottom of the door plate (4); the switch rod (6) is provided with a second trigger (11) which can move along with the rod in and out and rotate and move inwards to trigger the second micro switch (9) and rotate to continuously act on the second micro switch (9) so as to keep the second micro switch (9) in an on state;
the switch rod (6) is also provided with a stop ring (12) for positioning the switch rod (6) so that the first trigger (10) can be separated from the first micro switch (8) and the second trigger (11) can continuously act on the position of the second micro switch (9);
the stop ring (12), the first trigger (10) and the second trigger (11) are sequentially arranged on the switch rod (6) from outside to inside, and the spring (7) is arranged between the door plate (4) and the second trigger (11);
