The low-temperature smoking set is internally provided with a travel switch 205 for detecting the limit position of the moving end of the reciprocating mechanism, the travel switch 205 realizes position detection by detecting a fixed seat 202 protruding out of a screw rod, two groups of corresponding heating bodies 200 are correspondingly arranged in a stretching position and a retracting position in the heating cavity 100, the travel switch 205 is in feedback connection with a driving unit of the reciprocating mechanism, when any one forming switch detects a position signal of the fixed seat 202, namely, a feedback signal is fed to a driving motor to control stopping rotation, and after the heating bodies 200 stretch out of the heating cavity in place, an elastic electrode 203 is synchronously connected with a conductive plate 204 to connect a circuit of the heating bodies 200; when the heating body 200 completely exits the heating cavity and moves to the lower limit position, the fixing seat pulls the pull rod to control the revolving door 300 to open.
The feedback control of the travel sensor and the motor is a common automatic control technique, and the feedback control circuit of the travel switch and the driving motor is not described herein.
The specific operation of the low-temperature smoking set of the present embodiment will be described in detail with reference to fig. 6 and 7.
1) After the smoking set receives the revolving door opening command, the driving motor 400 rotates reversely to drive the screw rod 404 and the fixed seat 202 to move downwards, and the fixed seat 202 moves downwards and pulls the pull rod 305 to rotate the turntable 303 in the direction of increasing torsion of the torsion spring, so that the revolving door 300 is opened. When the fixing base 202 moves down to touch the travel switch 205 located at the bottom dead center, the driving motor 400 stops rotating, and at this time, the heating chamber 100 is opened.
2) The cigarette is placed in the heating chamber 100 of the base 101 and a heating command is given to the smoking article.
3) The driving motor 400 rotates forward, and the following actions occur in the process of upward movement of the screw rod 404: the fixed seat 202 upwards releases the pull rod 305, the turntable 303 rotates under the action of the torsion spring, so that the revolving door 300 is closed, and the cigarettes are clamped by the revolving door 300 because the cigarettes are inserted into the heating cavity; the screw rod 404 continues to move upwards, and the heating body 200 is inserted into the cigarette in a rotating way; until the elastic electrode 203 contacts the conductive plate 204, the circuit of the heating body 200 is switched on; meanwhile, when the fixed seat 202 moves to the travel switch 205 touching the top dead center, the driving motor 400 stops rotating.
4) The heating body 200 starts the heating process and the cigarettes are baked.
5) After the smoking of the cigarettes is completed, a cigarette changing instruction is given to the smoking set, the driving motor 400 is reversed, and the following actions occur in the downward movement process of the screw rod 404: a travel switch 205 for the fixed seat 202 to leave the top dead center; the elastic electrode 203 is separated from the conductive plate 204, and the circuit of the heating body 200 is disconnected; the heating element 200 is separated from the cigarette while rotating; the fixing base 202 pulls the pull rod 305 downwards, the pull rod 305 enables the turntable 303 to rotate through the connected lever 306, and the revolving door 300 loosens cigarettes; when the fixed seat 202 moves to the travel switch 205 touching the bottom dead center, the driving motor stops rotating.
6) The cigarette is removed from the heating chamber 100 of the base 101 and a turnstile closing command is given to the smoking article.
7) The driving motor 400 rotates forward, the screw rod 404 moves upwards for a certain distance to enable the fixing seat 202 to loosen the pull rod 305, the revolving door 300 is closed, the heating cavity 100 is closed, and dust is prevented from entering. The motion distance of the section does not need to be precisely controlled, and the motion time of the driving motor is controlled by the pcb control board.

The heating device comprises a heating body (200), a rotating door (300) and a driving device, wherein the driving device is used for driving the heating body (200) to move and the rotating door (300) to switch together, the driving device comprises a reciprocating mechanism which reciprocates in a linear motion along the moving direction of the heating body, the reciprocating mechanism is provided with a moving end which is directly connected with the heating body (200) so as to drive the heating body to reciprocate to enter and exit a heating cavity (100), and the moving end is matched with a switch control mechanism of the rotating door while moving: when the cigarette is inserted into the heating cavity (100), the control revolving door opens the heating cavity (100) and tightly holds the cigarette inserted into the heating cavity (100), and the moving end drives the heating body to enter the heating cavity (100) and be inserted into the cigarette; when the movable end drives the heating body to withdraw from the heating cavity (100), the movable end controls the rotary door to open so as to loosen cigarettes, and controls the rotary door to close the heating cavity (100) after the cigarettes are pulled out of the heating cavity (100); the rotary door (300) is provided with a large end and a small end, the rotary door is rotatably assembled on a limiting disc (301) at the periphery of the heating cavity (100) through a rotary shaft between the large end and the small end, the small end of the rotary door (300) is connected with a rotary disc (303) rotatably sleeved at the periphery of the heating cavity (100), and the rotary disc (303) drives the rotary door (300) to synchronously swing to open or close the heating cavity while rotating; the rotation of the rotary table (303) is stirred by a lever (306) connected with the rotary table, the lever (306) is hinged inside the low-temperature smoking set, one end of the lever is connected with the rotary table (303), the other end of the lever is connected with a pull rod (305), and the moving end of the reciprocating mechanism pulls the pull rod (305) to drive the rotary table (303) to rotate; an upper poking tooth (3031) in assembled connection with the small end of the revolving door and a lower poking tooth (3032) in assembled connection with the lever (306) are arranged on the turntable (303); the moving end of the reciprocating mechanism makes reciprocating rectilinear motion along the moving direction of the heating body and rotates at the same time; the reciprocating mechanism comprises a nut (405) fixed inside the low-temperature smoking set, a screw rod (404) penetrating through the nut (405) and in threaded connection with the nut, and a driving unit for driving the screw rod (404) to rotate, wherein the screw rod (404) is directly connected with the heating element (200) as a moving end, the driving unit is in transmission connection with the screw rod (404) through a transmission piece, and the screw rod (404) is axially and slidably assembled with the transmission piece at the same time, so that the screw rod can axially reciprocate linearly; the transmission part is a wheel-shaped transmission part, the screw rod (404) is provided with a section of polish rod assembled with the wheel-shaped transmission part, and the polish rod is assembled with the wheel-shaped transmission part in a sliding sleeve through a key structure or a non-circular section; the screw rod (404) is provided with a fixed seat (202) for installing the heating element (200), and the fixed seat (202) protrudes out of the screw rod (404) in the circumferential direction of the screw rod and is matched with the pull rod when rotating and reciprocating along with the screw rod (404); the pull rod (305) is provided with a hook body which is positioned below the fixed seat (202) and protrudes out of the moving route of the fixed seat (202), and the reciprocating mechanism is hooked with the pull rod (305) through downward movement of the fixed seat (202) to control the revolving door (300) to be opened.

The low temperature smoking set of claim 1, wherein at least two sets of revolving doors (300) are arranged on the limiting plate (301) in a circumferential array, and small ends of all the revolving doors (300) are connected with the turntable (303) together to drive all the revolving doors (300) to synchronously act.

The low-temperature smoking set as claimed in claim 2, wherein the rotary table (303) is provided with a torsion spring (304) for returning, and the rotary door (300) keeps the heating chamber (100) in a closed state or provides clamping force to cigarettes inserted into the heating chamber (100) under the action of the torsion spring.

According to the low-temperature smoking set of claim 3, the fixing base (202) is provided with an elastic electrode (203) electrically connected with the heating body (200), a conductive plate (204) is fixedly arranged below the heating cavity (100), the conductive plate (204) is provided with a conductive area connected with the smoking set control unit through a circuit, and the elastic electrode (203) is electrically contacted with the conductive area of the conductive plate (204) after the heating body (200) is movably inserted into the heating cavity (100) in place.

The low-temperature smoking set of claim 5, wherein a travel switch (205) for detecting the upper and lower limit positions of the moving end of the reciprocating mechanism is further arranged in the low-temperature smoking set, and the travel switch (205) is in feedback connection with the driving unit of the reciprocating mechanism.
