Specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, which illustrate representative embodiments of the invention and do not limit the invention.
The invention provides a sanitary box used as a toilet, which can be placed outdoors to facilitate pedestrians to use or placed in various industries to facilitate workers to use, etc.
As shown in fig. 1, the sanitary box according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a box body 100 made of a steel structural material and a sewage container 200 having a closed cavity 210. The tank 100 is internally provided with a sanitary device (fig. 8), and a sewage container 200 is disposed under the tank 100 to store sewage from the sanitary device inside the tank. The tank body 100 and the sewage container 200 are integrally formed as a container so that the sanitary box can be transported in a shipping manner and a transportation means of the container.
Specifically, the case 100 is constructed in substantially the same structure as the case of the container, and the length, width, and height dimensions of the case are identical to those of the container, and includes two end walls 110, a top wall 120, two side walls 130, and a bottom frame 140. For the same parts, the description is omitted herein for brevity. Except that the bottom chassis 140 of the tank 100 is configured to form the sewage container 200, and the length and width direction dimensions of the sewage container 200 are identical to those of the bottom chassis of the container, while the height direction dimension is greater with respect to the height direction dimension of the bottom chassis of the container.
It should be noted that the container mentioned herein may be a standard container or a nonstandard container. The sanitary box may be constructed as any one of the above two according to actual needs. Further, when the sanitary box is constructed into a standard container, the sanitary box can be transported by adopting a transport tool which is common to the standard container, so that the universality and interchangeability of the transportation of the sanitary box are improved. The sanitary box can be manufactured by adopting a production line of a standard container, so that the production line of the sanitary box is not needed to be additionally arranged, the cost and time for newly building the production line again are saved, and the sanitary box is more prone to large-scale and standardized production and manufacturing.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, in order to enable the above-described scheme, the present invention modifies the structure of the underframe of the existing container such that the sewage container 200 includes upper and lower laminate structures serving as the top wall 170 and the bottom wall 180 of the sewage container and a frame structure serving as the underframe 140 and supporting the upper and lower laminate structures. The upper and lower laminate structures and the frame structure are connected to each other to form the closed cavity 210 of the sewage container 200.
The present invention considers that the underframe of the container is generally constructed by a frame formed by the bottom side beams and a plurality of bottom cross beams and the floor in the container, and has a relatively complex structure, so that the sewage container 200 provided by the present invention not only needs to be formed into the closed cavity 210, but also needs to have a complex structure similar to the underframe of the container, so as to ensure that the strength of the underframe 140 can meet the requirements of bearing the whole container body, sanitary equipment and users, and can bear two or more sanitary containers in the case of adopting the same stacking transportation mode.
The upper and lower laminate structures are respectively assembled by a plate-shaped member capable of being spliced, a predetermined number of bottom cross beams arranged along the width direction of the box body and bottom longitudinal beams arranged along the length direction of the box body, or by a plate-shaped member capable of being spliced and a bottom cross beam arranged along the transverse direction of the box body. Specifically, the upper plate structure 170 is assembled from a sewage container top plate 171 (plate-like member), an upper bottom cross member 172 arranged in the tank width direction, and an upper bottom rail 173 arranged in the tank length direction. The upper bottom cross members 172 and the upper bottom longitudinal members 173 are arranged in an array staggered at a predetermined distance to form an upper frame structure. The sewage container top plate 171 is fixedly disposed and almost entirely covers the upper frame structure, and the in-tank floor 142 is fixedly disposed on the sewage container top plate 171 by means such as automatic screw fastening.
The lower plate structure 180 is assembled from a sewage container bottom plate 181 (plate-like member) that can be spliced and a lower cross member 182 that is arranged in the width direction of the tank. The lower cross members 182 are arranged in a row at a predetermined distance to form a lower frame structure, and the sewage container bottom plate 181 is fixedly disposed and almost entirely covered on the lower frame structure.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, when the sewage container top plate 171 and the sewage container bottom plate 181 are splice welded using a plurality of steel plates, the upper bottom cross member 172 includes an upper bottom wide cross member 174 and an upper bottom narrow cross member 175 having a relatively smaller size than the upper bottom wide cross member 174 in the length direction of the tank. The lower bottom rail 182 includes a lower bottom wide rail 183 and a lower bottom narrow rail 184 that is relatively smaller in size than the lower bottom wide rail 183 in the length direction of the tank. The upper bottom broad beam 174 and the lower bottom broad beam 183 are fixedly disposed at the weld formed by the steel plate butt welding, respectively, to prevent the steel plate from cracking at the weld.
The upper bottom cross member 172 and the upper bottom longitudinal member 173 may be preferably manufactured using square pipes, so that welding and automatic screw fixation can be facilitated, and on the basis of satisfying the steel structure requirement, the space size of the closed cavity 210 can be not affected, and the storage capacity of the sewage container 200 can be ensured. The lower cross member 182 may preferably be made of C-section steel, i.e., to meet structural strength requirements.
Specifically, the frame structure includes bottom side beams 150 and bottom end beams 160 surrounding the peripheral portions of the upper and lower laminate structures, and lower sections of the corner pieces 111 and corner posts 112 of the box 100. The bottom side beams 150 and the bottom end beams 160 of the present preferred embodiment are respectively configured to be upwardly increased in size in the height direction with respect to the bottom side beams and the bottom end beams of the container, as compared to the bottom side beams and the bottom end beams of the container, forming the side walls and the end walls of the sewage container 200. And the corner pieces 111 and the corner posts 112 at the bottom of the box body are combined to peripherally welded close the area formed between the upper and lower laminate structures.
Although the present preferred embodiment increases the size of the bottom chassis in the height direction upwardly so that the size of the inner space of the case 100 in the height direction is reduced, the arrangement of sanitary equipment and the use of the sanitary box are not affected.
As shown in fig. 3, the bottom side member 150 (side wall of the sewage container) is preferably assembled and welded using two bending pieces 151 arranged in the longitudinal direction and a bottom side fixing piece 152 for fixing the bending pieces 151, the bottom side fixing piece 152 being provided at the junction of the two bending pieces 151 in the longitudinal direction. The side wall 150 is constructed in a single-wall structure so that it is more convenient to provide the drain pipe installation groove 310 and the observation window 320.
As shown in fig. 3, the bottom end beam 160 (end wall of the sewage container) is preferably assembled and welded using three bent pieces 161 arranged in the widthwise direction and a bottom end fixing piece 162 for fixing the bent pieces 161. The three bending pieces 161 are formed in rectangular cross section in the width direction, and the dimension in the height direction of the bending piece 161 located on the inner side is approximately equal to the total dimension formed by the two bending pieces 161 located on the outer side, so as to form an end wall structure with a double-wall structure, so that the structural strength formed at the end wall 160 is higher than that at the side wall 150. The bottom end fixing member 162 is disposed at the junction of the two bending members 161 located at the outer side in the lateral direction to reinforce the structure. Preferably, the bending members 151 and 161 are formed by bending steel plates, and the bottom side fixing member 152 and the bottom end fixing member 162 are formed by square tubes.
Further, the sewage container 200 further includes a vertically disposed support member 141 disposed in the closed cavity 210, and the support member 141 is welded to the middle of the upper and lower laminate structures to increase the structural strength of the inside of the closed cavity 210. The supporting members 141 are arranged in a row at a predetermined distance along a center line of the length direction of the case. The inner wall of the sewage container 200 and the circumferential side of the supporting member 141 are provided with a corrosion-resistant paint layer having a thickness of approximately 330 μm, enabling the sewage container 200 to achieve the immersion environment required in IS0-12944 and to achieve a moderate corrosion-resistant life.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the sidewall of the sewage container 200 is provided with a drain pipe installation groove 310 recessed toward the inside of the sewage container 200, the drain pipe installation groove 310 being separated from the closed cavity 210 and communicating with the outside for installing a drain pipe. The drain pipe 311 is installed into the drain pipe installation groove 310, and an inlet of the drain pipe 311 extends to the bottom of the closed cavity 210, and the drain port 312 does not protrude from the bottom side member 150. A valve 313 for controlling the flow of sewage is installed on the sewage discharge pipe 311. To facilitate the operation of the valve 313 and the connection of the drain 312 to the outer drain, the drain mounting groove 310 is provided with an opening 314 on the side facing the outside.
In order to timely remind that the sewage in the sewage container 200 is full of the sewage, the sewage discharge pipe 311 is provided with an overflow pipe communicated with the sewage container 200. The drain pipe 311 is disposed at a position behind the valve 313 of the drain pipe 311. One end of the overflow pipe 315 extends upward to the top of the closed cavity 210, and the other end communicates with the drain pipe 311. The pipe diameter of the overflow pipe 315 is not too large, so that a small amount of sewage can flow out, and the overflow phenomenon can be observed by maintainers, thereby avoiding adverse effects on the environment.
As shown in fig. 1, 6 and 7, the sidewall of the sewage container is provided with a viewing window 320 to view the level of sewage in the sewage container 200. It will be appreciated that the viewing window may also be provided at the end wall of the sewage container. Specifically, the bottom side member 150 is provided with a mounting port 153, and the observation window 320 includes a window frame 321 fixedly provided at the mounting port 153, a see-through glass 322 detachably fixed to the window frame 321, and a pressing plate 323 located outside the glass 322. A blind nut 324 is mounted on window frame 321 and a bolt 325 and nut 324 may be used to secure platen 323, glass 322, to window frame 321. In order to prevent leakage, a sealing rubber strip 326 is further arranged at the installation position of the bolt 325, so that sealing is guaranteed to be watertight.
Because glass 322 adopts detachably mounting means for when the inside of sewage container 200 needs to be washd, can unscrew the bolt 325 around the observation window 320, dismantle clamp plate 323, glass 322 and joint strip 326, adopt the high-pressure squirt tap to stretch into the washing mouth inside and wash. This facilitates periodic cleaning of the wastewater container 200.
Fig. 8 shows the internal structure of the sanitary box according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and sanitary equipment is arranged reasonably. Since the inner space of the sanitary box is large, sanitary equipment such as a toilet, a sink for washing hands, a urinal, etc. which are communicated with the sewage container 200 can be reasonably arranged, and the sanitary box is partitioned into a men's toilet, a women's toilet and a disabled person's toilet by using the partition plate in the figure, so that a plurality of users can use it at the same time. Both end walls 110 and/or both side walls 130 may be provided with doors and/or windows to allow access or ventilation, as desired.
The sanitary box provided by the invention has the advantages that the box body 100 and the sewage container 200 are integrated equipment, and can be transported as a container. In normal use, the liquid level inside the sewage container can be checked through the lateral observation window 320 so as to be periodically discharged. The observation window 320 may also be used as a cleaning port to clean the sewage container 200 periodically.
