Abstract
本发明涉及纺纱领域,特别是指一种自滤式负离子纱线制造方法。方法包含以下步骤:提供驻极负离子非织造布布边及一定规格的雪尼尔纱线;利用切割装置将非织造布布边裁剪成一定宽度后将非织造布布边包裹在雪尼尔纱线外层,使雪尼尔纱线不外露;以及将包裹后的纱线按照一定捻度加捻形成纱线。捻度宜相对偏小,其中,雪尼尔纱线的毛羽不能过分受压,毛羽与非织造布间需存在一定空隙。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺纱领域,特别是指一种自滤式负离子纱线制造方法。
背景技术
无纺布生产加工产生的固废布边的利用一直是非织造布行业的一个重要问题。多数企业采取将布边进行开松后,混入原料重新生产。由于原料回用品质下降,总回用量有限。对成品质量有巨大影响。该方法并没有将具有功能性的非织造布布边进行高效、高附加值的利用。具有功能性的纱线因其特殊的功能效果,长期以来受到消费者的喜爱,具有相当的市场性。非织造布布边价格相对偏低,且经过高效利用后,有较高的附加值。换言之,如果将布边开松,循环生产,不仅耗费成本,更难以提升生产效率。因此,需要一种创新方法高效、高附加值的利用非制造布布边。
发明内容
本发明提出一种自滤式负离子纱线制造方法,解决了常规方法对具有功能性的非织造布的布边的利用差的问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
自滤式负离子纱线制造方法,步骤为:
(1)原材料的准备:购买驻极非织造布和雪尼尔纱线;
(2)将驻极非织造布裁减成一定宽度后包覆在雪尼尔纱线外层;
(3)将包覆后的雪尼尔纱线按3捻/10cm 的捻度加捻成型,即得自滤式负离子纱线。
所述步骤(1)中雪尼尔纱线的直径为1-20mm ;毛羽长度为1-20mm ;毛羽密度为100-10000根/cm 。
所述的自滤式负离子纱线制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中驻极非织造布为高吸附驻极非织造布、抗菌驻极非织造布、负离子驻极非织造布。
所述的自滤式负离子纱线制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中宽度为1-5cm。
所述自滤式负离子纱线的牵伸倍数为1。
本技术方案能产生的有益效果:
本发明的制备的自滤式负离子纱线为中空加星形芯的新型空间结构的形态,可制作出具有“自呼吸”效果的自滤式负离子纱线;较佳的利用非织造布的布边,使其具有高附加值;利用纱线表面的吸附性,吸附空气中的颗粒物,达到净化周边空气的目的。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有付出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
如图1所示的一种自滤式负离子纱线制造方法,包括以下步骤:
购买驻极非织造布布边及一定规格的雪尼尔纱线。原始驻极负离子非织造布具有功能性,例如高吸附性、抗菌性、含负离子等;原始雪尼尔纱线毛羽蓬松。
利用非织造企业加工的非织造布废边并将非织造布布边裁剪成一定宽度后将非织造布布边包覆在雪尼尔纱线外层,使雪尼尔纱线不外露。其中,包覆是指将雪尼尔纱线用驻极非织造布布边完全包裹。具体而言,被包覆后的雪尼尔纱线的毛羽不直接与外界接触。
驻极非织造布布边及雪尼尔纱线的特性赋予自律式负离子纱线功能性。换言之,不同功能性的非织造布布边及不同雪尼尔纱线可导致自滤式负离子纱线性能的改变。举例而言,如图2所示,将外表具有规则形态毛羽的雪尼尔纱线用驻极非织造布的废边料进行包裹,通过悬吊式锭翼卷绕机构将两种不同形态的材料进行加捻卷绕成形。形成里层为雪尼尔纱线,外层为非织造布的特种纱线。而加捻的程度决定了非织造布表面与雪尼尔纱线毛羽的贴合程度。一般采用3捻/10cm的捻度。由于我们选择了较低的捻度,非织造布与雪尼尔纱线的毛羽之前产生了一定空隙,且毛羽没有过分受压,还具有一定蓬松度。
由于非织造布具有高吸附性这一特殊性质,周围空气中的细小颗粒物,如PM2.5、PM10等,极其容易被吸附,一方面颗粒的物理运动带动周围空气的流动穿过纱线,达到过滤空气的目的;另一方面,当空气自主流动时,空气钻入非织造布未结合部分,进入纱线内部,如图2所示。纱线内部的雪尼尔的毛羽缠结微小颗粒,非织造布阻隔未缠结颗粒后,达到过滤效果。因此,在一定范围内,纱线具有了“自呼吸”作用。
将包覆后的纱线牵伸按一定捻度加捻、成形。其中,牵伸倍数为1,捻度为3捻/10cm。具体而言,选择相对较低的捻度,雪尼尔纱线毛羽必须不能外露,捻度越低,雪尼尔纱线的毛羽受压迫越小,蓬松度越高,加捻后雪尼尔纱线的毛羽与非织造布间存在一定空隙。其中,由于非织造布布边纤维已经按照一定方式粘合、缠结,选择较高的捻度易使强度下降。
进一步说明使用本发明纱线制造方法的优点。如图 1 所示,在较佳实施例中,纱线制造方法进一步包含将自滤式负离子纱线染色。可使纱线的外观形式得到改善,增加产品附加值。

Claims (3)
1.一种自滤式负离子纱线制造方法,其特征在于,步骤为:
(1)原材料的准备:购买驻极非织造布和雪尼尔纱线;
(2)将驻极非织造布裁减成一定宽度后包覆在雪尼尔纱线外层;
(3)将包覆后的雪尼尔纱线按3捻/10cm 的捻度加捻成型,即得自滤式负离子纱线;
所述步骤(1)中雪尼尔纱线的直径为1-20mm,毛羽长度为1-20mm,毛羽密度为100-10000根/cm;
所述步骤(1)中驻极非织造布为高吸附驻极非织造布、抗菌驻极非织造布、负离子驻极非织造布。
2.如权利要求1所述的自滤式负离子纱线制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中宽度为1-5cm。
3.如权利要求1-2任一项所述的自滤式负离子纱线制造方法,其特征在于:所述自滤式负离子纱线的牵伸倍数为1。
