Abstract
一种锌锅保温盖,包含有导轨(2)、左盖(3)和右盖(4),所述的导轨(2)共有两条,分别设置在锌锅(1)上、下两个边沿;其特征在于:所述的左盖(3)和右盖(4)都包含有若干组陶瓷纤维板(7);所述的陶瓷纤维板(7)通过铰链(5)两两连接在一起,所述的铰链(5)的内轴的两端间隔的连接在滚轮(6)上。本发明通过滚轮(6)在导轨(2)上的左右滑动,轻松的实现了锌锅保温盖的打开、部分打开和关闭等操作,不仅操作简单灵活,而且有效的减少了锌锅内热量的散发,降低了锌锅加热装置的能耗和锌渣的产生。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及热镀锌机组中的锌锅装置,尤其是一种锌锅保温盖。
背景技术
在热镀锌带钢生产线上通常设置有存放锌液的锌锅,锌锅内的锌液温度高达450°,暴露在空气中时不断的散发热量到空气中,不仅恶化了镀锌工人的工作环境,还增加了锌锅加热装置的能耗;当表层的锌液热量散发后温度降低,溶于锌液内的铁析出后产生锌渣,还造成了锌的浪费。
发明内容
针对以上不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种锌锅保温盖,包含有左盖、右盖和导轨,能有效的减少锌锅内热量的散发,并减少锌渣的产生。
本发明的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的:一种锌锅保温盖,包含有导轨、左盖和右盖,所述的导轨共有两条,分别设置在锌锅上、下两个边沿;所述的左盖的左端固定在锌锅的左边沿上,所述的右盖的右端固定在锌锅的右边沿上;其特征在于:所述的左盖和右盖都包含有若干组陶瓷纤维板;所述的陶瓷纤维板通过铰链两两连接在一起,所述的铰链的内轴的两端间隔的连接在滚轮上,当滚轮在导轨上左右滑动时带动陶瓷纤维板展开或收起,进而完成了左盖和右盖的打开,部分打开和关闭。
所述的左盖的右下部还设置有液位计和警报灯。
所述的右盖上还设置有炉鼻孔和加锌孔。
本发明通过滚轮在导轨上的左右滑动,带动陶瓷纤维板收起或展开,轻松的实现了锌锅保温盖的打开、部分打开和关闭等操作,不仅操作简单灵活,而且有效的减少了锌锅内热量的散发,降低了锌锅加热装置的能耗和锌渣的产生。

具体实施方式
由图1、图2和图3知,一种锌锅保温盖,包含有导轨2、左盖3和右盖4,所述的导轨2共有两条,分别设置在锌锅1上、下两个边沿;所述的左盖3的左端固定在锌锅1的左边沿上,所述的右盖4的右端固定在锌锅1的右边沿上,所述的左盖3和右盖4都包含有若干组陶瓷纤维板7;所述的陶瓷纤维板7通过铰链5两两连接在一起,所述的铰链5的内轴的两端间隔的连接在滚轮6上,当滚轮6在导轨2上左右滑动时带动陶瓷纤维板7展开或收起,进而完成了左盖3和右盖4的打开,部分打开和关闭。
所述的左盖3的右下部还设置有液位计8和警报灯9。
所述的右盖4上还设置有炉鼻孔10和加锌孔11。
如图1所示,当产线检修,需要封闭锌锅1进行保温时,将左盖3上的滚轮6向右滚动,右盖4上的滚轮6向左滚动,使得陶瓷纤维板7全部平铺在锌锅1上,然后再盖上炉鼻孔10和加锌孔11的盖子,即可使锌锅内的锌液与外界的空气隔绝开来,有效的减少锌锅内热量的散发,和锌渣的产生。
如图2所示,当镀锌正常生产时,退火炉的炉鼻从炉鼻孔10伸入锌锅内;工人可移动左盖3和右盖4上左边部分的滚轮6,调节保温盖覆盖在锌锅1上的面积,在露出足够大的中间位置保障镀锌的正常生产的同时尽可能的减少锌液与外界空气的接触面积,减少锌锅加热装置的能耗;同时左盖3右下部的液位计8检测锌锅1内的锌液高度,当锌液面高度低于设定值时,警报灯9闪烁提醒操作人员从右盖4上的加锌孔11处进行加锌。
如图3所示,当检修完,需要安装气刀准备生产时,将左盖3上的滚轮6向左滚动,右盖4上的滚轮6向右滚动,使得陶瓷纤维板7全部收起,露出完整的锌锅,方便气刀、沉没辊等设备的安装。
本发明通过滚轮6在导轨2上的左右滑动,带动陶瓷纤维板7收起或展开,轻松的实现了锌锅保温盖的打开、部分打开和关闭等操作,不仅操作简单灵活,而且有效的减少了锌锅内热量的散发,降低了锌锅加热装置的能耗和锌渣的产生。

1.一种锌锅保温盖,包含有导轨(2)、左盖(3)和右盖(4),所述的导轨(2)共有两条,分别设置在锌锅(1)上、下两个边沿;所述的左盖(3)的左端固定在锌锅(1)的左边沿上,所述的右盖(4)的右端固定在锌锅(1)的右边沿上;其特征在于:所述的左盖(3)和右盖(4)都包含有若干组陶瓷纤维板(7);所述的陶瓷纤维板(7)通过铰链(5)两两连接在一起,所述的铰链(5)的内轴的两端间隔的连接在滚轮(6)上,当滚轮(6)在导轨(2)上左右滑动时带动陶瓷纤维板(7)展开或收起,进而完成了左盖(3)和右盖(4)的打开,部分打开和关闭。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种锌锅保温盖,其特征还在于:所述的左盖(3)的右下部还设置有液位计(8)和警报灯(9)。
