本发明涉及涂料领域,特别是涉及一种抗菌涂料。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,人们物质文化生活水平的日益提高,环保和健康意 识普遍增强,对居住环境的安全和舒适度的要求越来越高,营造一个室内 空气清新、无蚊蝇侵扰、无病菌危害的清新安逸的起居环境,一直是人们 追求的目标,杀虫抗菌涂料能帮助人们实现这一美好愿望。杀虫涂料主要 是在涂料中添加入杀虫组份制备得到的,杀虫涂料中的杀虫组份必须具有 长期均匀并缓慢地从涂层表面释放,此外,杀虫组份还必须低度低残留, 使用过程中对人体无伤害。
传统溶剂型涂料因为其所含大量挥发性有机化合物(VOC)以及有害空气污染物,使用越来越受到限制。因此,无污染的水性涂料所受的关注度越来越高。水性涂料是涂料市场上一种比较新型的涂料,较传统的溶剂型油漆涂料来说,水性涂料以水为溶剂,在生产和使用过程中的VOC远远低于溶剂型油漆,对人体伤害小,因此,水性涂料更为节省资源、降低污染、低毒环保。用水性涂料逐步代替溶剂型油漆涂料代表了涂料行业的发 展方向。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有释放持久,抗菌且环保低毒的水性环保抗菌涂料。
具体为一种抗菌涂料,涂料的组成成份包括,丙烯酸乳液,水,石墨粉,羟甲基纤维素,膨润土,钛白粉,高效氟氯氰菊酯,二氧化钛,离子抗菌剂。
进一步的,所述组成成份按重量份计包括丙烯酸乳液11~14质量份,水10~13质量份,石墨粉6~8质量份,羟甲基纤维素9~11质量份,高岭土12~15质量份,钛白粉13~16质量份,高效氟氯氰菊酯7~9质量份,二氧化钛8~10质量份。
进一步的,所述组成成份按重量份计包括丙烯酸乳液13质量份,水12质量份,石墨粉7质量份,羟甲基纤维素10质量份,高岭土13质量份,钛白粉15质量份,高效氟氯氰菊酯8质量份,二氧化钛9质量份。
进一步的,所述离子抗菌剂为纳米银离子。
进一步的,所述纳米银离子按重量份计为17份。
本发明的有益效果是:所添加离子抗菌剂, 对蚊虫叮附涂料表面时携带的细菌、病毒具有很强的杀灭作用,更加保证 了室内环境的卫生安全。同时,选用水作为涂料溶剂,原料易得,且更为 低毒环保。
具体实施方式
实施例1
称取丙烯酸乳液13质量份,水12质量份,石墨粉7质量份,羟甲基纤维素10质量份,高岭土13质量份,钛白粉15质量份,高效氟氯氰菊酯8质量份,二氧化钛9质量份,以转速为500转/分搅拌1小时,最后加入纳米银离子17份继续混合40分钟,制得抗菌涂料样品。
实施例2
称取丙烯酸乳液11~14质量份,水10~13质量份,石墨粉6~8质量份,羟甲基纤维素9~11质量份,高岭土12~15质量份,钛白粉13~16质量份,高效氟氯氰菊酯7~9质量份,二氧化钛8~10质量份,以转速为500转/分搅拌1小时,最后加入纳米银离子17份继续混合50分钟,制得抗菌涂料样品。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌涂料,其特征在于,所述组成成份按重量份计包括丙烯酸乳液11~14质量份,水10~13质量份,石墨粉6~8质量份,羟甲基纤维素9~11质量份,高岭土12~15质量份,钛白粉13~16质量份,高效氟氯氰菊酯7~9质量份,二氧化钛8~10质量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌涂料,其特征在于,所述组成成份按重量份计包括丙烯酸乳液13质量份,水12质量份,石墨粉7质量份,羟甲基纤维素10质量份,高岭土13质量份,钛白粉15质量份,高效氟氯氰菊酯8质量份,二氧化钛9质量份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌涂料,其特征在于,所述离子抗菌剂为纳米银离子。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种抗菌涂料,其特征在于,所述纳米银离子按重量份计为17份。
