本发明公开了一种汽车后桥壳用塑胶料,由以下重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯弹性体30‑50份,氯化丁基橡胶10‑20份,石墨烯3‑6份,炭黑N660 3‑6份,硫化剂2‑4份,偶联剂1‑2份,防老剂1‑2份。由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明采用塑胶料制成的后桥壳,减震效果好,保护作用明显,而且相较于金属材质的后桥壳,生产成本低,不易腐蚀,使用寿命长,沾染油污后易清理。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车制造领域,具体说是一种汽车后桥壳用塑胶料。
背景技术
在汽车制造领域,后桥就是指车辆动力传递的后驱动轴组成部分。它由两个半桥组成,可实施半桥差速运动;同时,它也是用来支撑车轮和连接后车轮的装置。
在后桥工作过程中,位于后桥外侧的后桥壳需要起到减震和保护的作用,传统的后桥壳为金属材质制成,减震效果差,保护作用不明显,另外,沾染油污后不易清理,而且金属材质生产成本较高,易腐蚀,导致使用寿命较短。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车后桥壳用塑胶料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种汽车后桥壳用塑胶料,由以下重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯弹性体30-50份,氯化丁基橡胶10-20份,石墨烯3-6份,炭黑N6603-6份,硫化剂2-4份,偶联剂1-2份,防老剂1-2份。

作为优选,一种汽车后桥壳用塑胶料,由以下重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯弹性体40份,氯化丁基橡胶15份,石墨烯4.5份,炭黑N660 4.5份,硫化剂3份,偶联剂1.5份,防老剂1.5份。
作为优选,一种汽车后桥壳用塑胶料,由以下重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯弹性体50份,氯化丁基橡胶20份,石墨烯6份,炭黑N660 6份,硫化剂4份,偶联剂2份,防老剂2份。

作为优选,所述偶联剂为KH550。
作为优选,所述防老剂为6-乙氧基-2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢化喹啉。

7.根据权利要求1-4中任一权利要求所述的一种汽车后桥壳用塑胶料其特征在于,所述防老剂为6-乙氧基-2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢化喹啉。
