Abstract

本发明公开了一种空间飞行器用管状敞口零组件保护装置，该保护装置为由两个保护半盒、铰链、锁舌和凸台构成的一下端开口的管状结构，所述两个保护半盒一端通过两个铰链连接，可通过铰链实现闭合和开启，另一端通过锁舌与凸台牢靠连接；所述两个保护半盒的相对面上对称安装有密封条，且两个保护半盒内侧对称安装有两组抱紧环，用于卡紧被保护件，同时起径向密封作用。本发明可广泛用于空间飞行器用管状敞口零组件的保护，采用塑料材质，不会损伤被保护件。密封条对整个装置起密封保护作用，能可靠防止多余物进入保护装置内部。采用锁舌凸台扣紧的紧固方式，方便使用者操作，而铰链可满足长寿命要求，开启便捷。

技术领域
本发明涉及空间飞行器管类敞口零组件总装、周转过程中的多余物防护装置，具体涉及一种空间飞行器用管状敞口零组件保护装置。
背景技术
由于空间飞行器包含较多管状敞口零组件，在安装、测试、试验的多个环节中，需对这些敞口管状零组件进行防护，防止零组件敞口处碰伤、划伤，更需要防止多余物进入这些零组件的内腔。
这些敞口零组件敞口处一般严格的尺寸及形位公差要求，要求保护装置不能对被保护件造成损伤，要采用材质较软的材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种空间飞行器敞口零组件的保护装置，以实现这些敞口零组件在装配、测试、实验过程中的防护。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种空间飞行器用管状敞口零组件保护装置，该保护装置为由两个保护半盒、铰链、锁舌和凸台构成的一下端开口的管状结构，所述两个保护半盒一端通过两个铰链连接，可通过铰链实现闭合和开启，另一端通过锁舌与凸台牢靠连接；所述两个保护半盒的相对面上对称安装有密封条，且两个保护半盒内侧对称安装有两组抱紧环，用于卡紧被保护件，同时起径向密封作用。
优选地，所述锁舌和凸台分别安装在两个保护半盒的外侧，所述锁舌和凸台配合使用。
优选地，所述密封条为两个，均呈倒U形结构，安装在两个保护半盒相对面的左右侧以及上边缘上，当两个保护半盒闭合时，所述密封条填充两个保护半盒之间的缝隙，达到防止多余物进入保护装置内部的效果。
优选地，其中一组抱紧环分别安装在两个保护半盒的中心处，另一组分别安装在两个保护半盒的下端开口处。
优选地，所述两个保护半盒采用聚乙烯塑料材质。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下有益效果：
使用聚乙烯塑料材质，防止保护装置划伤、碰伤被保护件的可能。
本装置没有紧固件、压紧机构等复杂装置，开启关闭不需要使用任何工具。操作简便，有利于在操作空间狭小，工具无法到达的位置进行本装置的拆装。
塑料件重量轻，无锈蚀问题，且塑料耐腐蚀，可使用各种清洗液进行清洗，以保证本装置自身的洁净度。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示，本发明新型提供了一种空间飞行器用管状敞口零组件保护装置，该保护装置为由两个保护半盒3、铰链4、锁舌2和凸台6构成的一下端开口的管状结构，所述两个保护半盒3一端通过两个铰链4连接，可通过铰链4实现闭合和开启，另一端通过锁舌2与凸台6牢靠连接；所述两个保护半盒3的相对面上对称安装有密封条5，且两个保护半盒3内侧对称安装有两组抱紧环1，用于卡紧被保护件，同时起径向密封作用。所述锁舌2和凸台6分别安装在两个保护半盒3的外侧，所述锁舌2和凸台6配合使用。所述密封条5为两个，均呈倒U形结构，安装在两个保护半盒3相对面的左右侧以及上边缘上，当两个保护半盒3闭合时，所述密封条5填充两个保护半盒3之间的缝隙，达到防止多余物进入保护装置内部的效果。其中一组抱紧环1分别安装在两个保护半盒3的中心处，另一组分别安装在两个保护半盒3的下端开口处。所述两个保护半盒3采用聚乙烯塑料材质，不会对被保护件表面造成损伤。
本具体实施使用时，先将被保护件放入一个保护半盒3内，要求被保护件与两个抱紧环1接触，合拢两个保护半盒3，将锁舌2卡入凸台6内闭合本装置，实现用对被保护件的保护。需开启本装置时，向外抬起锁舌2，使得锁舌2与凸台6分离，打开保护半盒3，取出被保护件。
安装在飞行器上的敞口零组件，操作空间有限，其保护装置拆装需要简单易行。空间飞行器用管状敞口零组件保护装置采用锁舌2凸台6式锁紧结构，不需要使用任何工具即可实现保护装置的开启和关闭。为保证外部多余物不会进入敞口零组件内腔，空间飞行器用管状敞口零组件保护装置一端为封闭结构，同时在两个保护半盒3结合面处布置密封条5，当本装置闭合时密封条5填充整个保护半盒3结合面，起到防止外界多余物进入产品内腔的作用。敞口零组件经常处于运输状态，空间飞行器用管状敞口零组件保护装置必须能稳妥可靠地固定于被保护件上，为此本装置设置了两条抱紧环1用于抱紧被保护件。当两个保护半盒3闭合时，抱紧环1与被保护装置紧密贴合，防止本装置松脱，同时也作为径向密封防止多余物从径向进入保护装置内腔。
空间飞行器用管状敞口零组件保护装置采用聚乙烯塑料材质，耐化学腐蚀性优良，可使用各种清洗液进行清洗，以保证本装置自身的洁净。而且冲击韧性好，耐磨，耐疲劳，能保证本装置长时间使用不磨损

1.一种空间飞行器用管状敞口零组件保护装置，其特征在于，该保护装置为由两个保护半盒(3)、铰链(4)、锁舌(2)和凸台(6)构成的一下端开口的管状结构，所述两个保护半盒(3)一端通过两个铰链(4)连接，可通过铰链(4)实现闭合和开启，另一端通过锁舌(2)与凸台(6)牢靠连接；所述两个保护半盒(3)的相对面上对称安装有密封条(5)，且两个保护半盒(3)内侧对称安装有两组抱紧环(1)，用于卡紧被保护件，同时起径向密封作用，
所述锁舌(2)和凸台(6)分别安装在两个保护半盒(3)的外侧，所述锁舌(2)和凸台(6)配合使用；
