Background
The electric wheel assemblies of the dump truck are usually positioned at two ends of a rear axle housing and provide electric drive and power brake for the whole truck. When driving, it converts the electric energy into mechanical kinetic energy to rotate the wheels; when braking, it changes the kinetic energy of the dumper into electric energy to reduce the speed of the dumper. The electric wheel is composed of main components such as a traction motor, a speed reducer, a brake and the like. Its advantages are simple structure, high drive efficiency, heavy load and easy maintenance. Is the most main part of the prior mining dump truck with electric wheels. C. cleaning impurities and oil stains in a main shaft spline of the traction motor, and vertically hoisting the traction motor by using a hoisting tool and a crown block;
D. slowly inserting a traction motor into a vertically arranged wheel reduction gear through a crown block, so that a flange surface of the traction motor is tightly attached to a surface of the wheel reduction gear, and slightly rotating the traction motor in the descending process of the traction motor, so that a traction motor protective cover can be inserted into a protective cover slot hole reserved in the wheel reduction gear;
E. fixing a brake disc on a flange plate of a traction motor in a bolt connection mode, mounting a plurality of brake supports around the flange plate of the traction motor, mounting a service brake on one brake support, and mounting a parking brake on one brake support;
F. the traction motor and the hub reduction gear are horizontally placed through the crown block, the sun wheel end cover of the hub reduction gear is disassembled, the sun wheel of the hub reduction gear is horizontally inserted into the spline sleeve of the traction motor, and then the sun wheel end cover is installed at the rear part of the hub reduction gear.

A. heating the spline housing 2 to 180 +/-10 ℃, sleeving the spline housing 2 into the bottom of the external spline of the motor spindle after the spline housing 2 expands, then cooling, applying a certain axial force to the spline housing 2 in the cooling process, and keeping for 5min to ensure that the spline housing 2 cannot slip out;
B. the O-shaped sealing ring is arranged in a sealing groove of the end face of the traction motor 3, the sealing ring is completely arranged in the sealing groove and cannot be twisted, then the sun gear protective cover is arranged on the end face of the traction motor 3 through 8M 10x40 bolts carried by the hub reduction gear 1, the bolt tightening torque is 66N.m, and the protective cover is ensured to be tightly attached to the end face of the traction motor 3;
C. cleaning impurities and oil stains in a main shaft spline of the traction motor 3, and vertically hoisting the traction motor 3 by using a hoisting tool and a crown block;
D. slowly inserting a traction motor 3 into a vertically arranged hub reduction gear 1 through a crown block, so that a flange surface of the traction motor 3 is tightly attached to the surface of the hub reduction gear 1, slightly rotating the traction motor 3 in the descending process of the traction motor 3, and inserting a protective cover of the traction motor 3 into a protective cover slot hole reserved in the hub reduction gear 1;
