As shown in fig. 1 and 3, in this embodiment, the lower portion of the sand filtering chamber 5 is in an inverted cone shape, so that the filter sand is convenient to gather and circulate in the lower portion of the sand filtering chamber 5, and the purification efficiency is improved.
The active sand filter is based on the countercurrent principle, raw water to be treated enters the filter through a water inlet pipe and a water distributor positioned at the bottom of the filter, water flows countercurrent from bottom to top through a filter bed, filtered liquid after filtration is gathered at the top of the filter, and flows out through an overflow port. The active sand filtering system is one high efficiency filtering process integrating coagulation, clarification and filtering and consists of several active sand filter units. It does not need to stop the machine for back flushing; the single-stage filter material is adopted, no grading is needed, and the problems of uneven hydraulic distribution, primary filtrate and the like are avoided; the back flushing water pump and an electric and pneumatic valve for stopping and switching are not needed; no coagulation and clarification tank is needed, and no mechanical equipment for coagulation and clarification is needed. Thus, the active sand filtration system occupies a more compact area and is more economical to operate. Raw water enters the filter through the water inlet pipe, is uniformly distributed by the water distributor, and then flows upwards to the reverse flow filter material layer and is discharged. In the process, raw water is filtered, and the pollutant content in the water is reduced; meanwhile, the content of pollutants in the quartz sand filter material is increased, and the pollutant content of the lower filter material layer is higher than that of the upper filter material layer. And an air lift pump positioned in the center of the filter lifts quartz sand filter materials at the bottom layer to a sand washer at the top of the filter for cleaning under the action of an air compressor. The sand grains are cleaned and returned to the filter bed, and the pollutants generated by the cleaning are discharged. Because the quartz sand filter material is in a top-down motion state in the filter and plays a role in stirring raw water, stirring flocculation can be completed in the filter. The filter material in the filter is clean and timely, and can bear higher concentration of pollutants entering water. The special internal structure and the self characteristics of the active sand filter ensure that coagulation, clarification and filtration are all completed in the same tank body. The active sand filtering system consists of a concrete pool with a corresponding structure, a conical sand filtering guide device, an internal filtering unit, a water inlet pipeline, a filtrate water outlet pipeline, a flushing water outlet pipe, elastic connection between the internal filtering unit and the corresponding pipeline, an air compressor, a control system and the like. The internal filtering unit comprises a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe, a water flow distributor, a sand washing device, a flushing water outlet pipe, an air lift pump sleeve and the like. The water inlet and outlet pipe and the flushing water outlet pipe are positioned at the upper part of the filtering unit. The polluted filter material at the bottom of the filter is lifted to the sand washer at the top of the filter through the air lift pump, pollutants are separated from active sand through the turbulent flow effect, the impurities are discharged through the cleaning water outlet, and the clean sand returns to the sand bed by utilizing dead weight so as to realize continuous filtration.
