The eye cleaning solution comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70g of borneol water, 6g of borneol camphor extract, 4g of ginkgo leaf extract, 0.2g of lily extract, 4g of mint extract, 0.2g of chrysanthemum extract, 0.5g of bilberry extract, 15g of 1-3 butanediol, 5g of propylene glycol and 4g of sodium hyaluronate.
The preparation method of the eye cleaning solution comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing borneol water and borneol camphor extract: taking branches and leaves of borneol camphor trees, drying, crushing and sieving to obtain branches and leaves powder of the borneol camphor trees, wherein the grain size of the branches and leaves powder of the borneol camphor trees is 80-100 meshes, adding 15 times of water by weight, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 15min, then carrying out distillation to obtain distillate, and carrying out water-oil separation on the distillate to obtain borneol camphor essential oil and borneol crude extract water; cooling and crystallizing the borneol crude extract to obtain borneol camphor crystal and borneol water, wherein the borneol extract comprises borneol camphor essential oil and borneol camphor crystal;
(2) preparing a ginkgo leaf extract: drying folium Ginkgo, pulverizing, sieving, extracting with 80 vol% ethanol under reflux, adding sodium hydroxide to adjust pH to 10, filtering to obtain extractive solution, and concentrating to obtain soft extract; adding 35% ethanol into the soft extract, stirring, reflux extracting, adjusting pH to 6, filtering to obtain filtrate, recovering ethanol, adding water, heating to 85 deg.C to obtain water extractive solution, cooling the water extractive solution, filtering, desalting the filtrate with macroporous resin column, gradient ethanol eluting, recovering ethanol to obtain folium Ginkgo extractive solution, and drying to obtain folium Ginkgo extract;
(3) preparing a lily extract: taking dried lily, crushing, adding 10 times of ethanol with volume percentage of 75% in weight, heating in water bath to 65 ℃, leaching for 4 times, wherein the leaching time is 0.5h each time, combining filtrates, concentrating the obtained filtrate under reduced pressure until no alcohol smell exists to obtain an extracting solution, passing the extracting solution through a macroporous adsorption resin chromatographic column, washing with distilled water to remove impurities, eluting with 85% ethanol in volume fraction, concentrating, and drying to obtain the lily extract;
(4) uniformly mixing a mint extract, a yellow chrysanthemum extract, a bilberry extract, a borneol camphor extract and borneol water obtained in the step (1), a ginkgo leaf extract obtained in the step (2) and a lily extract obtained in the step (3), adding 1-3 butanediol, propylene glycol and sodium hyaluronate, and fully mixing to obtain the eye clearing liquid.
Example 5
The eye cleaning solution comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60g of borneol water, 5g of borneol camphor extract, 3.5g of ginkgo leaf extract, 2.5g of lily extract, 3g of mint extract, 2.5g of chrysanthemum extract, 2.5g of bilberry extract, 10g of 1-3 butanediol, 8g of propylene glycol and 2g of sodium hyaluronate.
The preparation method of the eye cleaning solution comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing borneol water and borneol camphor extract: taking branches and leaves of borneol camphor trees, drying, crushing and sieving to obtain branches and leaves powder of the borneol camphor trees, wherein the grain size of the branches and leaves powder of the borneol camphor trees is 80-100 meshes, then adding 12 times of water by weight, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 18min, then carrying out distillation to obtain distillate, and carrying out water-oil separation on the distillate to obtain borneol camphor essential oil and borneol crude extract water; cooling and crystallizing the borneol crude extract to obtain borneol camphor crystal and borneol water, wherein the borneol extract comprises borneol camphor essential oil and borneol camphor crystal;
(2) preparing a ginkgo leaf extract: drying folium Ginkgo, pulverizing, sieving, extracting with 75% ethanol under reflux, adding sodium hydroxide to adjust pH to 8, filtering to obtain extractive solution, and concentrating to obtain soft extract; adding 30% ethanol into the soft extract, stirring, reflux extracting, adjusting pH to 5.5, filtering to obtain filtrate, recovering ethanol, adding water, heating to 65 deg.C to obtain water extractive solution, cooling the water extractive solution, filtering, desalting the filtrate with macroporous resin column, gradient ethanol eluting, recovering ethanol to obtain folium Ginkgo extractive solution, and drying to obtain folium Ginkgo extract;
(3) preparing a lily extract: taking dried lily, crushing, adding 8 times of 60% ethanol in percentage by volume by weight, heating in a water bath to 60 ℃, leaching for 3 times, wherein the leaching time is 1 hour each time, combining filtrates, concentrating the obtained filtrate under reduced pressure until no alcohol smell exists to obtain an extracting solution, passing the extracting solution through a macroporous adsorption resin chromatographic column, washing with distilled water to remove impurities, eluting with 80% ethanol in percentage by volume, concentrating, and drying to obtain the lily extract;
(4) uniformly mixing a mint extract, a yellow chrysanthemum extract, a bilberry extract, a borneol camphor extract and borneol water obtained in the step (1), a ginkgo leaf extract obtained in the step (2) and a lily extract obtained in the step (3), adding 1-3 butanediol, propylene glycol and sodium hyaluronate, and fully mixing to obtain the eye clearing liquid.
The eye cleaning liquid is sprayed for 2-3 times per day and can be used for a long time. According to the use feedback of consumers of the product, after most of people with symptoms of dry eyes, dry eyes and asthenopia use the eye drop cream, the problems of dry eyes, dry eyes and asthenopia can be effectively improved, the effective rate reaches more than 95%, and fine lines of the people with fine lines of eyes obviously fade after more than 2 months of use; and the eye cleaning liquid provided by the invention is not dependent when being frequently used, can be frequently used when eyes are frequently used, but can be stopped when the eye frequency is reduced, and uncomfortable symptoms can not be caused. preparing borneol water and borneol camphor extract: drying, crushing and sieving branches and leaves of borneol camphor trees to obtain branches and leaves powder of the borneol camphor trees, adding water, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, distilling to obtain distillate, and carrying out water-oil separation on the distillate to obtain borneol camphor essential oil and borneol crude extract water; cooling and crystallizing the borneol crude extract to obtain borneol camphor crystal and borneol water, wherein the borneol extract comprises borneol camphor essential oil and borneol camphor crystal;
preparing a ginkgo leaf extract: drying folium Ginkgo, pulverizing, sieving, extracting with 75-80% ethanol under reflux, adding sodium hydroxide to adjust pH to 8-10, filtering to obtain extractive solution, and concentrating to obtain soft extract; adding 30-35% ethanol into the soft extract, stirring, reflux extracting, adjusting pH to 5-6, filtering to obtain filtrate, recovering ethanol, adding water, heating to obtain water extractive solution, cooling the water extractive solution, filtering, desalting the filtrate with macroporous resin column, eluting with gradient ethanol, recovering ethanol to obtain folium Ginkgo extractive solution, and drying to obtain folium Ginkgo extract;
preparing a lily extract: taking dried lily, crushing, adding 5-10 times of ethanol with volume percentage of 30-75% by weight, heating and leaching in water bath for 2-4 times, combining filtrates, concentrating the obtained filtrate under reduced pressure until no alcohol smell exists to obtain an extracting solution, passing the extracting solution through a macroporous adsorption resin chromatographic column, washing with distilled water to remove impurities, eluting with 75-85% ethanol by volume fraction, concentrating, and drying to obtain the lily extract.
2. An eye-cleaning liquid, characterized in that the effective ingredient thereof comprises the eye-cleaning composition according to claim 1.
3. The eye cleaning solution according to claim 2, further comprising 5-15 parts of 1-3 butylene glycol, 5-15 parts of propylene glycol and 0.2-4 parts of sodium hyaluronate.

The eye cleaning solution according to claim 3, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 60 parts of borneol water, 5 parts of borneol camphor extract, 3.5 parts of ginkgo leaf extract, 2.5 parts of lily extract, 3 parts of mint extract, 2.5 parts of chrysanthemum extract, 2.5 parts of bilberry extract, 10 parts of 1-3 butanediol, 8 parts of propylene glycol and 2 parts of sodium hyaluronate.

(2) preparing a ginkgo leaf extract: drying folium Ginkgo, pulverizing, sieving, extracting with 75-80% ethanol under reflux, adding sodium hydroxide to adjust pH to 8-10, filtering to obtain extractive solution, and concentrating to obtain soft extract; adding 30-35% ethanol into the soft extract, stirring, reflux extracting, adjusting pH to 5-6, filtering to obtain filtrate, recovering ethanol, adding water, heating to obtain water extractive solution, cooling the water extractive solution, filtering, desalting the filtrate with macroporous resin column, eluting with gradient ethanol, recovering ethanol to obtain folium Ginkgo extractive solution, and drying to obtain folium Ginkgo extract;
