Abstract
本发明属于美容产品的技术领域,提供了一种高效修复痘印的美容凝胶及制备方法。该方法先制备卡波姆凝胶,然后以果酸、TGC蛋白酶、维生素C、维生素E、白糖、芦荟浸泡油为原料制备修复溶液,再将修复溶液、卡波姆凝胶、噻酮、棕榈酸异辛酯、豆蔻酸异丙酯、蜂胶、茶多酚进行捏合,制得高效修复痘印的美容凝胶。与传统方法相比,本发明制备的美容凝胶,不仅能够高效修复痘印,不留疤痕,辅助淡化色素,防止皮肤氧化,改善皮肤血液循环,同时具有天然的防腐作用,且无毒副作用,安全环保。

技术领域
本发明属于美容产品的技术领域,提供了一种高效修复痘印的美容凝胶及制备方法。
背景技术
痘印的人面部常见的瑕疵,痘印主要表现为色素沉着与斑痕,并且痘印是永久性的,很难完全消退。皮肤之所以会留下痘印,是因为真皮层受到损伤,如果只是表皮损伤,是不会留下痘印的,即便有一些痕迹也是暂时的。痘印可分为三种,痘印、痘疤、痘坑,痘印大部分会自己恢复,一般时间在三个月左右,也有人需要一年甚至更久的。
一般来说,脸上长的痘痘如果没有被感染,那么痘痘好了以后也不会留下凹陷迹;如果是发炎的痘痘,只要是在早期消退了炎症,也不会留下凹陷,但有可能会留下一点印痕,这种印痕是炎症后的色素沉着,一般来说大约有三个月到一年的时间也会渐渐退去。但因痘印极为影响面部美观,因此祛痘印成为现代护肤保养中的重要内容。
目前对于祛痘印的方法众多,效果不一而足。如消除痘印方法中激光去痘印是最常用,也是极为有效的方法,但成本较高,且较为复杂;按摩法还可以促进面部皮肤的血液循环,增强皮肤的修复能力,但祛痘印效果不明显。因此,对于具有祛痘印效果的护肤化妆品的研究和应用受到越来越多的关注,其中采用生物质凝胶痘印的方法,尤为受到重视。
中国发明专利申请号201711411258.0公开了一种祛痘美白凝胶,该发明中以芹菜提取液、柠檬提取液、乳香提取液、丹参提取液、猕猴桃提取液和樱桃提取液为主要原料,相辅相成,从根本上抑菌消炎,调控油脂分泌,达到快速治疗痤疮的效果,而且,含美白抗氧化及保湿成分,滋润保湿皮肤,抗氧化,促进伤口愈合,避免伤口二次感染恶化,还能抗氧化抗衰老,达到美白皮肤,消除痘印的效果,缺点是祛痘印见效慢,效果不理想。
中国发明专利申请号201711434550.4公开了一种祛痘凝胶及其制备方法,由以下的原料组成:超分子水杨酸、金缕梅提取物、山茶籽油、黄岑根提取物、覆盆子提取物、牛蒡子提取物、卡波姆、保湿剂、螯合剂、pH调节剂和水,主要是采用超分子水杨酸,超分子技术不需要添加酒精等有机溶剂减少了对皮肤的刺激,控缓释剂型使得水杨酸缓慢释放,从而减少了对皮肤的刺激,具有较好的祛痘印效果,缺点是见效较慢。
综上所述,现有的祛痘印的技术方法中,采用凝胶祛痘印的方法,往往存在祛痘效果不佳,见效慢,易留疤痕等缺陷,并且有些祛痘凝胶存在一定毒副作用,使用安全性差,限制了祛痘凝胶的发展应用。因此开发新型高效修复痘印的美容凝胶有着重要的意义。
发明内容
可见,现有技术的祛痘凝胶存在祛痘效果差,见效慢,易留疤痕,且存在一定毒副作用等缺点。针对这种情况,我们提出一种高效修复痘印的美容凝胶及制备方法,可实现快速修复痘印的效果,并且不留疤痕,安全性好。
为实现上述目的,本发明涉及的具体技术方案如下:
一种高效修复痘印的美容凝胶的制备方法,所述美容凝胶制备的具体步骤如下:
(1)将卡波姆加入去离子水中,加热状态下浸泡一定时间,然后冷却至室温,再加入三乙醇胺、甘油,搅拌至分散均匀,制得卡波姆凝胶;
(2)将果酸、TGC蛋白酶加入去离子水中,静置一定时间,然后加入维生素C、维生素E、白糖、芦荟浸泡油,搅拌均匀,制得修复溶液;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的修复溶液加入步骤(1)制得的卡波姆凝胶中,进一步加入噻酮、棕榈酸异辛酯、豆蔻酸异丙酯、蜂胶、茶多酚,转移至捏合机中进行捏合,制得一种高效修复痘印的美容凝胶。
优选的,步骤(1)所述各原料的重量份为,卡波姆0.5~2重量份、去离子水92~97.5重量份、三乙醇胺1~2重量份、甘油1~4重量份。
优选的,步骤(1)所述加热温度为50~80℃,浸泡时间为5~10h。
优选的,步骤(2)所述各原料的重量份为,果酸10~20重量份、TGC蛋白酶4~8重量份、去离子水51~74重量份、维生素C 2~4重量份、维生素E 2~4重量份、白糖5~8重量份、芦荟浸泡油3~5重量份。
优选的,步骤(2)所述果酸由葡萄酸、苹果酸、柑橘酸、酒石酸组成,其中,葡萄酸20~30重量份、苹果酸20~50重量份、柑橘酸20~30重量份、酒石酸10~20重量份。
优选的,步骤(2)所述芦荟浸泡油的制备方法为,将芦荟叶捣碎后,加入葵花基础油中,加入酒精,浸泡12~18h后,减压蒸馏除去酒精,并过滤除去滤渣,制得芦荟浸泡油。
优选的,步骤(2)所述静置时间为12~15h。
优选的,步骤(3)所述各原料的重量份为,修复溶液30~40重量份、卡波姆凝胶41~62重量份、噻酮2~4重量份、棕榈酸异辛酯1~3重量份、豆蔻酸异丙酯1~3重量份、蜂胶2~5重量份、茶多酚2~4重量份。
优选的,步骤(3)所述捏合的温度为30~50℃,转速为100~150r/min,时间为5~10h。
果酸可使表皮角质层粘连性减弱,使堆积在皮肤上的角质层脱落,使皮肤光亮、润泽。高浓度果酸可使表皮与真皮分离,且作用温和,愈后不会发生色素异常,更不会产生疤痕。采用果酸进行痘印修复,无毒副作用,可促进胶原蛋白生成,有助于弹性纤维的更新与基底物质的形成,并且可使皮肤备层细胞含有充足的水分,改善皮肤血液循环。
TGC蛋白酶(即皮肤再生诱导蛋白酶)的结构与PGC蛋白(即体内的真皮层再生还原诱导蛋白)极其相似,可与PGC细胞膜上的受体互补,并对PGC具有靶向识别能力,可与受体结合,从而激活PGC活性,抑制MSH(即黑色素细胞刺激激素)亢进,诱导真皮层结缔组织纤维、蛋白等重新分裂、组合、排序,以达到修复痘印的目的,且不留疤痕。
因此,本发明采用果酸和TGC蛋白酶共同作用,促进表皮与真皮分离,以及真皮层的再生,达到痘印快速修复的效果。同时,采用噻酮、棕榈酸异辛酯、豆蔻酸异丙酯促进活性物质在皮肤内的渗透,进一步促进深层渗透及高效修复。并且添加蜂胶、茶多酚、维生素C、维生素E、白糖、芦荟浸泡油,可为真皮再生提供营养物质,防止皮肤氧化,同时白糖具有辅助淡化色素的功效,蜂胶、茶多酚具有天然的防腐作用。
本发明还提供了一种上述制备方法制备得到的高效修复痘印的美容凝胶。所述修复痘印的美容凝胶是先制备卡波姆凝胶,然后以果酸、TGC蛋白酶、维生素C、维生素E、白糖、芦荟浸泡油为原料制备修复溶液,再将修复溶液、卡波姆凝胶、噻酮、棕榈酸异辛酯、豆蔻酸异丙酯、蜂胶、茶多酚进行捏合而制得。
本发明提供了一种高效修复痘印的美容凝胶及制备方法,与现有技术相比,其突出的特点和优异的效果在于:
1.本发明制备的修复痘印的美容凝胶,可实现高效修复痘印,且不留疤痕。
2.本发明制备的修复痘印的美容凝胶,可辅助淡化色素,防止皮肤氧化,改善皮肤血液循环。
3.本发明制备的修复痘印的美容凝胶,具有天然的防腐作用,且无毒副作用,安全环保。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明,但不应将此理解为本发明的范围仅限于以下的实例。在不脱离本发明上述方法思想的情况下,根据本领域普通技术知识和惯用手段做出的各种替换或变更,均应包含在本发明的范围内。
实施例1
(1)将卡波姆加入去离子水中,加热状态下浸泡一定时间,然后冷却至室温,再加入三乙醇胺、甘油,搅拌至分散均匀,制得卡波姆凝胶;加热温度为70℃,浸泡时间为7h;各原料的重量份为,卡波姆1重量份、去离子水93.5重量份、三乙醇胺1.5重量份、甘油3重量份;
(2)将果酸、TGC蛋白酶加入去离子水中,静置一定时间,然后加入维生素C、维生素E、白糖、芦荟浸泡油,搅拌均匀,制得修复溶液;果酸由葡萄酸、苹果酸、柑橘酸、酒石酸组成,其中,葡萄酸24重量份、苹果酸37重量份、柑橘酸25重量份、酒石酸14重量份;芦荟浸泡油的制备方法为,将芦荟叶捣碎后,加入葵花基础油中,加入酒精,浸泡16h后,减压蒸馏除去酒精,并过滤除去滤渣,制得芦荟浸泡油;静置时间为13h;各原料的重量份为,果酸14重量份、TGC蛋白酶5重量份、去离子水64重量份、维生素C 3重量份、维生素E 3重量份、白糖7重量份、芦荟浸泡油4重量份;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的修复溶液加入步骤(1)制得的卡波姆凝胶中,进一步加入噻酮、棕榈酸异辛酯、豆蔻酸异丙酯、蜂胶、茶多酚,转移至捏合机中进行捏合,制得一种高效修复痘印的美容凝胶;捏合的温度为38℃,转速为130r/min,时间为7h;各原料的重量份为,修复溶液36重量份、卡波姆凝胶51重量份、噻酮3重量份、棕榈酸异辛酯2重量份、豆蔻酸异丙酯2重量份、蜂胶3重量份、茶多酚3重量份。
实施例2
(1)将卡波姆加入去离子水中,加热状态下浸泡一定时间,然后冷却至室温,再加入三乙醇胺、甘油,搅拌至分散均匀,制得卡波姆凝胶;加热温度为55℃,浸泡时间为9h;各原料的重量份为,卡波姆1重量份、去离子水96重量份、三乙醇胺1重量份、甘油2重量份;
(2)将果酸、TGC蛋白酶加入去离子水中,静置一定时间,然后加入维生素C、维生素E、白糖、芦荟浸泡油,搅拌均匀,制得修复溶液;果酸由葡萄酸、苹果酸、柑橘酸、酒石酸组成,其中,葡萄酸22重量份、苹果酸43重量份、柑橘酸23重量份、酒石酸12重量份;芦荟浸泡油的制备方法为,将芦荟叶捣碎后,加入葵花基础油中,加入酒精,浸泡13h后,减压蒸馏除去酒精,并过滤除去滤渣,制得芦荟浸泡油;静置时间为13h;各原料的重量份为,果酸12重量份、TGC蛋白酶5重量份、去离子水68重量份、维生素C 3重量份、维生素E 2重量份、白糖6重量份、芦荟浸泡油4重量份;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的修复溶液加入步骤(1)制得的卡波姆凝胶中,进一步加入噻酮、棕榈酸异辛酯、豆蔻酸异丙酯、蜂胶、茶多酚,转移至捏合机中进行捏合,制得一种高效修复痘印的美容凝胶;捏合的温度为35℃,转速为110r/min,时间为8h;各原料的重量份为,修复溶液32重量份、卡波姆凝胶57重量份、噻酮3重量份、棕榈酸异辛酯1重量份、豆蔻酸异丙酯2重量份、蜂胶3重量份、茶多酚2重量份。
实施例3
(1)将卡波姆加入去离子水中,加热状态下浸泡一定时间,然后冷却至室温,再加入三乙醇胺、甘油,搅拌至分散均匀,制得卡波姆凝胶;加热温度为70℃,浸泡时间为6h;各原料的重量份为,卡波姆1.5重量份、去离子水93.5重量份、三乙醇胺2重量份、甘油3重量份;
(2)将果酸、TGC蛋白酶加入去离子水中,静置一定时间,然后加入维生素C、维生素E、白糖、芦荟浸泡油,搅拌均匀,制得修复溶液;果酸由葡萄酸、苹果酸、柑橘酸、酒石酸组成,其中,葡萄酸27重量份、苹果酸27重量份、柑橘酸28重量份、酒石酸18重量份;芦荟浸泡油的制备方法为,将芦荟叶捣碎后,加入葵花基础油中,加入酒精,浸泡17h后,减压蒸馏除去酒精,并过滤除去滤渣,制得芦荟浸泡油;静置时间为14h;各原料的重量份为,果酸18重量份、TGC蛋白酶7重量份、去离子水56重量份、维生素C 4重量份、维生素E3重量份、白糖7重量份、芦荟浸泡油5重量份;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的修复溶液加入步骤(1)制得的卡波姆凝胶中,进一步加入噻酮、棕榈酸异辛酯、豆蔻酸异丙酯、蜂胶、茶多酚,转移至捏合机中进行捏合,制得一种高效修复痘印的美容凝胶;捏合的温度为45℃,转速为110r/min,时间为7h;各原料的重量份为,修复溶液37重量份、卡波姆凝胶46重量份、噻酮4重量份、棕榈酸异辛酯2重量份、豆蔻酸异丙酯3重量份、蜂胶4重量份、茶多酚4重量份。
实施例4
(1)将卡波姆加入去离子水中,加热状态下浸泡一定时间,然后冷却至室温,再加入三乙醇胺、甘油,搅拌至分散均匀,制得卡波姆凝胶;加热温度为50℃,浸泡时间为10h;各原料的重量份为,卡波姆0.5重量份、去离子水97.5重量份、三乙醇胺1重量份、甘油1重量份;
(2)将果酸、TGC蛋白酶加入去离子水中,静置一定时间,然后加入维生素C、维生素E、白糖、芦荟浸泡油,搅拌均匀,制得修复溶液;果酸由葡萄酸、苹果酸、柑橘酸、酒石酸组成,其中,葡萄酸20重量份、苹果酸50重量份、柑橘酸20重量份、酒石酸10重量份;芦荟浸泡油的制备方法为,将芦荟叶捣碎后,加入葵花基础油中,加入酒精,浸泡12后,减压蒸馏除去酒精,并过滤除去滤渣,制得芦荟浸泡油;静置时间为12h;各原料的重量份为,果酸10重量份、TGC蛋白酶4重量份、去离子水74重量份、维生素C 2重量份、维生素E 2重量份、白糖5重量份、芦荟浸泡油3重量份;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的修复溶液加入步骤(1)制得的卡波姆凝胶中,进一步加入噻酮、棕榈酸异辛酯、豆蔻酸异丙酯、蜂胶、茶多酚,转移至捏合机中进行捏合,制得一种高效修复痘印的美容凝胶;捏合的温度为30℃,转速为100r/min,时间为10h;各原料的重量份为,修复溶液30重量份、卡波姆凝胶62重量份、噻酮2重量份、棕榈酸异辛酯1重量份、豆蔻酸异丙酯1重量份、蜂胶2重量份、茶多酚2重量份。
实施例5
(1)将卡波姆加入去离子水中,加热状态下浸泡一定时间,然后冷却至室温,再加入三乙醇胺、甘油,搅拌至分散均匀,制得卡波姆凝胶;加热温度为80℃,浸泡时间为5h;各原料的重量份为,卡波姆2重量份、去离子水92重量份、三乙醇胺2重量份、甘油4重量份;
(2)将果酸、TGC蛋白酶加入去离子水中,静置一定时间,然后加入维生素C、维生素E、白糖、芦荟浸泡油,搅拌均匀,制得修复溶液;果酸由葡萄酸、苹果酸、柑橘酸、酒石酸组成,其中,葡萄酸30重量份、苹果酸20重量份、柑橘酸30重量份、酒石酸20重量份;芦荟浸泡油的制备方法为,将芦荟叶捣碎后,加入葵花基础油中,加入酒精,浸泡18h后,减压蒸馏除去酒精,并过滤除去滤渣,制得芦荟浸泡油;静置时间为15h;各原料的重量份为,果酸20重量份、TGC蛋白酶8重量份、去离子水51重量份、维生素C 4重量份、维生素E 4重量份、白糖8重量份、芦荟浸泡油5重量份;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的修复溶液加入步骤(1)制得的卡波姆凝胶中,进一步加入噻酮、棕榈酸异辛酯、豆蔻酸异丙酯、蜂胶、茶多酚,转移至捏合机中进行捏合,制得一种高效修复痘印的美容凝胶;捏合的温度为50℃,转速为150r/min,时间为5h;各原料的重量份为,修复溶液40重量份、卡波姆凝胶41重量份、噻酮4重量份、棕榈酸异辛酯3重量份、豆蔻酸异丙酯3重量份、蜂胶5重量份、茶多酚4重量份。
实施例6
(1)将卡波姆加入去离子水中,加热状态下浸泡一定时间,然后冷却至室温,再加入三乙醇胺、甘油,搅拌至分散均匀,制得卡波姆凝胶;加热温度为65℃,浸泡时间为8h;各原料的重量份为,卡波姆1重量份、去离子水95.5重量份、三乙醇胺1.5重量份、甘油2重量份;
(2)将果酸、TGC蛋白酶加入去离子水中,静置一定时间,然后加入维生素C、维生素E、白糖、芦荟浸泡油,搅拌均匀,制得修复溶液;果酸由葡萄酸、苹果酸、柑橘酸、酒石酸组成,其中,葡萄酸25重量份、苹果酸35重量份、柑橘酸25重量份、酒石酸15重量份;芦荟浸泡油的制备方法为,将芦荟叶捣碎后,加入葵花基础油中,加入酒精,浸泡15h后,减压蒸馏除去酒精,并过滤除去滤渣,制得芦荟浸泡油;静置时间为14h;各原料的重量份为,果酸15重量份、TGC蛋白酶6重量份、去离子水63重量份、维生素C 3重量份、维生素E 3重量份、白糖6重量份、芦荟浸泡油4重量份;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的修复溶液加入步骤(1)制得的卡波姆凝胶中,进一步加入噻酮、棕榈酸异辛酯、豆蔻酸异丙酯、蜂胶、茶多酚,转移至捏合机中进行捏合,制得一种高效修复痘印的美容凝胶;捏合的温度为40℃,转速为120r/min,时间为8h;各原料的重量份为,修复溶液35重量份、卡波姆凝胶51重量份、噻酮3重量份、棕榈酸异辛酯2重量份、豆蔻酸异丙酯2重量份、蜂胶4重量份、茶多酚3重量份。
对比例1
制备过程中,未添加果酸,其他制备条件与实施例6一致。

制备过程中,未添加TGC蛋白酶,其他制备条件与实施例6一致。
性能测试:
痘印修复效果调查统计:选择100名健康并面部有痘印的志愿者作为试验对象,使用本发明制得的修复痘印美容凝胶均匀涂覆于痘印部位,每天涂抹一次,7d后进行问卷调查,将祛痘效果分为三个标准:效果明显(痘印消失,无疤痕)、有效果(痘印变淡)、无效果,并且调查是否存在不良反应。
所得数据如表1所示。

1.一种高效修复痘印的美容凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述美容凝胶制备的具体步骤如下:
(1)将卡波姆加入去离子水中,加热状态下浸泡一定时间,然后冷却至室温,再加入三乙醇胺、甘油,搅拌至分散均匀,制得卡波姆凝胶;
(2)将果酸、TGC蛋白酶加入去离子水中,静置一定时间,然后加入维生素C、维生素E、白糖、芦荟浸泡油,搅拌均匀,制得修复溶液;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的修复溶液加入步骤(1)制得的卡波姆凝胶中,进一步加入噻酮、棕榈酸异辛酯、豆蔻酸异丙酯、蜂胶、茶多酚,转移至捏合机中进行捏合,制得一种高效修复痘印的美容凝胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种高效修复痘印的美容凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)所述各原料的重量份为,卡波姆0.5~2重量份、去离子水92~97.5重量份、三乙醇胺1~2重量份、甘油1~4重量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种高效修复痘印的美容凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)所述加热温度为50~80℃,浸泡时间为5~10h。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种高效修复痘印的美容凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述各原料的重量份为,果酸10~20重量份、TGC蛋白酶4~8重量份、去离子水51~74重量份、维生素C 2~4重量份、维生素E 2~4重量份、白糖5~8重量份、芦荟浸泡油3~5重量份。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种高效修复痘印的美容凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述果酸由葡萄酸、苹果酸、柑橘酸、酒石酸组成,其中,葡萄酸20~30重量份、苹果酸20~50重量份、柑橘酸20~30重量份、酒石酸10~20重量份。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种高效修复痘印的美容凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述芦荟浸泡油的制备方法为,将芦荟叶捣碎后,加入葵花基础油中,加入酒精,浸泡12~18h后,减压蒸馏除去酒精,并过滤除去滤渣,制得芦荟浸泡油。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种高效修复痘印的美容凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述静置时间为12~15h。
8.根据权利要求1所述一种高效修复痘印的美容凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)所述各原料的重量份为,修复溶液30~40重量份、卡波姆凝胶41~62重量份、噻酮2~4重量份、棕榈酸异辛酯1~3重量份、豆蔻酸异丙酯1~3重量份、蜂胶2~5重量份、茶多酚2~4重量份。
9.根据权利要求1所述一种高效修复痘印的美容凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)所述捏合的温度为30~50℃,转速为100~150r/min,时间为5~10h。
10.权利要求1~9任一项所述制备方法制备得到的高效修复痘印的美容凝胶。
