技术领域
本发明涉及可穿戴设备领域,尤其涉及一种监测人体健康的智能手环。
背景技术
专家认为,经常反复机械地点击鼠标,会使右手食指及连带的肌肉、神经、韧带处于一种不间歇的疲劳状态中,使腕管周围神经受到损伤或压迫,导致神经传导被阻断。从而造成手掌的感觉与运动发生障碍。手指频繁地用力,还会使手及相关部位的神经、肌肉因过度疲劳而受损,造成缺血缺氧而出现麻木等一系列症状。而这种病症也迅速成为一种日渐普遍的现代文明病——“鼠标手”,因为这些神经、肌肉和韧带在手掌根部都要通过一个管腔,即腕管,鼠标手在医学上也被称之为“腕管综合征”。得了这种病会出现手部逐渐麻木、灼痛、腕关节肿胀、手动作不灵活、无力等症状,到了晚上,疼痛会加剧,甚至让患者从梦中痛醒。
部分患者早期只感到中指或中环指指尖麻木不适,而到后期才感觉拇指,中指和环指桡侧半均出现麻木不适。某些患者也会有前臂甚至整个上肢的麻木或感觉异常,甚至感觉这些症状为主要不适。随着病情加重,患者可出现明确的手指感觉减退或散失,拇短展肌和拇对掌肌萎缩或力弱。患者可出现大鱼际最桡侧肌肉萎缩,拇指不灵活,与其他手指对捏的力量下降甚至不能完成对捏动作。如果保守治疗方案不能缓解患者的症状,则要考虑手术治疗,包括各种切开手术、小切口减压及内窥镜手术等。尽管手术目的是松解正中神经,但也可能因医源性原因造成正中神经损伤。
所以对于腕管综合症,应当采取预防先行的态度,本发明提供一种监测人体健康的智能手环,其可为长期从事反复机械性手部运动的人群预防腕管综合症,并可为腕管综合症患者提供辅助治疗,缓解疼痛,减轻患者痛苦。

为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种监测人体健康的智能手环。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:
一种监测人体健康的智能手环,所述智能手环包括手套和智能手环本体,所述智能手环本体还包括传感器模块,输出模块和无线通信模块,所述传感器模块包括分别与控制板电连接的心电传感器、脉搏波传感器和皮肤阻抗传感器,所述传感器模块与控制板电连接,所述控制板与所述输出模块电连接,所述控制板还与所述无线通信模块连接,所述传感器模块,所述控制板和所述无线通信模块都与所述电源连接,实时检测手环佩戴者的心电、脉搏波、皮肤阻抗,而且通过对生理信号的实时分析,指导手环佩戴者进行放松训练。
进一步地,所述智能手环本体连接于手套下方,手套包括位于外层的中空密闭区及位于内层的功能区,所述中空密闭区连接有气管,所述气管进口与压力泵连接,所述压力泵位于所述智能手环本体内,所述气管与中空密闭区共同形成气腔,所述气腔在压力泵的作用下具有膨胀与收缩功能。
进一步地,所述智能手环本体内还设置有控制板、变压器、压力泵、液晶触摸器和电源,所述变压器、压力泵、液晶触摸器均与控制板连接并受控制板控制,所述控制板内设置有频率信号发生模块、工作方式选择开关S、DAC模块,液晶触摸屏上设置有模式选择、时间调节、强度调节、启动、关闭、压力调节等功能。
进一步地,所述手套的功能区为设置有导电贴片及其电缆的织物层,所述导电贴片分别设置于大陵、列缺、鱼际、劳宫、内关、外关、阳溪、阳池以及合谷穴。
进一步地,所述导电贴片的内芯含有两个电极片,分别为脉冲发射电极片和脉冲接收电极片,外层为硅胶层,所述硅胶层和手部皮肤接触,所述导电贴片直径根据实际手部大小进行调整,所述导电贴片电连接于控制板。
进一步地,所述控制板采用扭扣电池供电或采用充电电池供电,所述智能手环本体上设有用于供所述充电电池充电的接口,所述导电贴片呈矩形,所述电极片呈跑道型,所述手套外层为橡胶一体成型材质,内层为织物。
进一步地,电源开启时,压力泵通过气管向中空密闭区注入空气,手套外层膨胀,使导电贴片紧密贴在手部各穴位上。控制板向各导电贴片发射低频脉冲信号,使各导电贴片进入工作状态,根据受试人群的需求,所述设备有三种工作模式,分别模拟敲击、恒定按摩和循环按摩三种手法,控制板中的工作方式选择开关S用来选择敲击与按摩两种工作方式。将S置于敲击位置时,产生工作频率为2-20HZ,脉冲强度为50-500ms,幅度为10-100μA的单方向方波脉冲电流重复刺激,敲击模式可以达到深度抽吸的效果,能够改善和促进组织与毛细血管的物质交换。
进一步地,将开关S置于按摩位置时,频率信号发生模块产生两种不同按摩方法的控制波形:方波用来产生强度不变的振动按摩手法,三角波用来产生强度由大到小或者由小到大的振动按摩手法;
恒定按摩模式下:脉冲信号是工作频率为80-200HZ,脉冲强度为0.5-12.5ms,幅度为5-50μA的单方向方波脉冲;
循环按摩模式下:脉冲信号是单方向方波脉冲和三角波脉冲的叠加;其中单方向方波脉冲的工作频率为120-200HZ,脉冲强度为0.5-8ms,幅度为0.5-50μA;三角波脉冲的工作频率为80-200HZ,脉冲强度为0.5-8ms,幅度为0.5-30μA,正三角波和负三角波周期性变换,变换周期为30-180s。
本发明具备下述有益效果:
1) 本发明通过使用多种脉冲模式将微弱电流以低频方式在手部作用,利用电极片直接刺激肌肉及肌肉内神经末梢感觉接受器,肌肉就会无意识的收缩活动,使得因疲惫或受伤而引起酸痛的肌肉、神经放松,促进局部血液循环,得以减轻或舒缓疼痛。
2) 由于手部具有器官特殊小,体积小、形态敷在、穴位狭小,现有设备难以达到对手部穴位的充分按摩,现有技术中的手部按摩多是通过人手动完成,耗费时间精力,无法达到自动化的精准按摩,需要专业人员操作,本发明提供的设备实现了针对手部的自动按摩。
3) 本发明提供多种理疗模式,可根据用户需求自由选择,弥补了市场空白。

本发明提供了一种监测人体健康的智能手环,尤其是一种用于预防腕管综合症的智能手环;如图1所示,所述智能手环包括手套1和智能手环本体2,所述智能手环本体2连接于手套1下方,手套1包括位于外层的中空密闭区及位于内层的功能区,所述中空密闭区连接有气管,所述气管进口与压力泵连接,所述压力泵位于所述智能手环本体2内,所述气管与中空密闭区共同形成气腔,所述气腔在压力泵的作用下具有膨胀与收缩功能。
所述智能手环本体2内设置有控制板21、变压器、压力泵、液晶触摸器和电源,所述变压器、压力泵、液晶触摸器均与控制板21连接并受控制板21控制。所述控制板21内设置有频率信号发生模块、工作方式选择开关S、DAC模块。液晶触摸屏上设置有模式选择、时间调节、强度调节、启动、关闭、压力调节等功能。
所述手套1的功能区为设置有导电贴片11及其电缆的织物层,所述导电贴片11分别设置于大陵、列缺、鱼际、劳宫、内关、外关、阳溪、阳池以及合谷穴,所述导电贴片11的内芯含有两个电极片,分别为脉冲发射电极片111和脉冲接收电极片112,外层为硅胶层113,所述硅胶层113和手部皮肤接触,所述导电贴片直径根据实际手部大小进行调整,所述导电贴片11电连接于控制板。
进一步地,所述控制板采用扭扣电池供电或采用充电电池供电,所述智能手环本体上设有用于供所述充电电池充电的接口。
进一步地,所述导电贴片呈矩形,所述电极片呈跑道型。
进一步地,所述手套外层为橡胶一体成型材质,内层为织物。
进一步地,所述智能手环本体还包括传感器模块,输出模块和无线通信模块,所述传感器模块包括分别与所述控制板电连接的心电传感器、脉搏波传感器和皮肤阻抗传感器,所述传感器模块与控制板电连接,所述控制板与所述输出模块电连接,所述控制板还与所述无线通信模块连接,所述传感器模块,所述控制板和所述无线通信模块都与所述电源连接,实时检测手环佩戴者的心电、脉搏波、皮肤阻抗,而且通过对生理信号的实时分析,指导手环佩戴者进行放松训练,缓解其心理紧张,有利于患者康复。
实施例2
电源开启时,压力泵通过气管向中空密闭区注入空气,手套外层膨胀,使导电贴片紧密贴在手部各穴位上。控制板向各导电贴片发射低频脉冲信号,使各导电贴片进入工作状态,根据受试人群的需求,所述设备有三种工作模式,分别模拟敲击、恒定按摩和循环按摩三种手法。控制板中的工作方式选择开关S用来选择敲击与按摩两种工作方式。将S置于敲击位置时,产生工作频率为2-20HZ,脉冲强度为50-500ms,幅度为10-100μA的单方向方波脉冲电流重复刺激,敲击模式可以达到深度抽吸的效果,能够改善和促进组织与毛细血管的物质交换。
将开关S置于按摩位置时,频率信号发生模块产生两种不同按摩方法的控制波形:方波用来产生强度不变的振动按摩手法,三角波用来产生强度由大到小或者由小到大的振动按摩手法。
恒定按摩模式下:脉冲信号是工作频率为80-200HZ,脉冲强度为0.5-12.5ms,幅度为5-50μA的单方向方波脉冲。
循环按摩模式下:脉冲信号是单方向方波脉冲和三角波脉冲的叠加;其中单方向方波脉冲的工作频率为120-200HZ,脉冲强度为0.5-8ms,幅度为0.5-50μA;三角波脉冲的工作频率为80-200HZ,脉冲强度为0.5-8ms,幅度为0.5-30μA,正三角波和负三角波周期性变换,变换周期为30-180s。
两种按摩模式的振动效果柔和,是组织表面的振动,能够分解组织中的硬结。
将所述每种工作模式设置有3个档位,分别为强、中、弱,所述档位信息显示于液晶显示器上。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。
Claims (2)
1.一种监测人体健康的智能手环,其特征在于,所述智能手环包括手套和智能手环本体,所述智能手环本体还包括传感器模块,输出模块和无线通信模块,所述智能手环本体内还设置有控制板、变压器、压力泵、液晶触摸器和电源,所述传感器模块包括分别与控制板电连接的心电传感器、脉搏波传感器和皮肤阻抗传感器,所述传感器模块与控制板电连接,所述控制板与所述输出模块电连接,所述控制板还与所述无线通信模块连接,所述传感器模块,所述控制板和所述无线通信模块都与所述电源连接;所述智能手环本体连接于手套下方,手套包括位于外层的中空密闭区及位于内层的功能区,所述中空密闭区连接有气管,所述气管进口与压力泵连接,所述压力泵位于所述智能手环本体内,所述气管与中空密闭区共同形成气腔,所述气腔在压力泵的作用下具有膨胀与收缩功能,所述变压器、压力泵、液晶触摸器均与控制板连接并受控制板控制,所述控制板内设置有频率信号发生模块、工作方式选择开关S、DAC模块,液晶触摸屏上设置有模式选择、时间调节、强度调节、启动、关闭、压力调节的功能,所述手套的功能区为设置有导电贴片及其电缆的织物层,所述导电贴片分别设置于大陵、列缺、鱼际、劳宫、内关、外关、阳溪、阳池以及合谷穴,所述导电贴片的内芯含有两个电极片,分别为脉冲发射电极片和脉冲接收电极片,外层为硅胶层,所述硅胶层和手部皮肤接触,所述导电贴片直径根据实际手部大小进行调整,所述导电贴片电连接于控制板,所述控制板采用扭扣电池供电或采用充电电池供电,所述智能手环本体上设有用于供所述充电电池充电的接口,所述导电贴片呈矩形,所述电极片呈跑道型,所述手套外层为橡胶一体成型材质,内层为织物。
2.根据权利要求1所述智能手环,其特征在于,电源开启时,压力泵通过气管向中空密闭区注入空气,手套外层膨胀,使导电贴片紧密贴在手部各穴位上,控制板向各导电贴片发射低频脉冲信号,使各导电贴片进入工作状态,根据受试人群的需求,所述设备有三种工作模式,分别模拟敲击、恒定按摩和循环按摩三种手法,控制板中的工作方式选择开关S用来选择敲击与按摩两种工作方式,将S置于敲击位置时,产生工作频率为2-20HZ,脉冲强度为50-500ms,幅度为10-100μA的单方向方波脉冲电流重复刺激,敲击模式可以达到深度抽吸的效果,能够改善和促进组织与毛细血管的物质交换,将开关S置于按摩位置时,频率信号发生模块产生两种不同按摩方法的控制波形:方波用来产生强度不变的振动按摩手法,三角波用来产生强度由大到小或者由小到大的振动按摩手法;
