目的是提供一种由遮盖布盖在机架上层,横竖梁装在机架中部,苗蔓移动器装在机架底部内侧,把手装在机架上中部,药管装在把手内接入喷雾头,手持把手拉动机架,苗蔓移动器,同时遮盖苗蔓同时喷施除草剂实现保苗蔓又除草害的设计合理,结构简单,制造容易,组装快捷,使用简便,不伤害秧苗,不影响薯块膨大,促使薯形美观,小时可化除2亩甘薯的甘薯垄沟护苗化除机。

甘薯垄沟护苗化除机
技术领域:甘薯垄沟护苗化除机的生产制造技术涉及到机械制造技术领域。具体涉及到农作物田间化学除草机械制造技术领域。
背景技术:在长江中下游地区甘薯夏种面积是全国种植总面积的一半以上,在农业产业化与工业现代化比较效益发生激烈冲突的当下,劳动力匮乏的今天,各类优质规正形、多味、副产品、速冻甘薯食品售价持续上扬或者亟待开发。甘薯田间植保与甘薯产量、品行直接相关,或者说关系重大。田间的病虫草害如不能及时灭除其后果是不可想象的。尤其是草害是摆在广大种植户面前的一到世纪性难题。既无法使用除草剂,一旦不当使用会对其品质产生严重后果。又无法使用机械除草,一旦不当采用成本极其产量都会是一个不理想的状态。为此我们发明了一种在不影响薯形及其品质,不伤害秧苗藤蔓的同时可给其垄沟实现化学除草,甘薯垄沟护苗化除机。
发明内容:目的是提供一种由遮盖布盖在机架上层,横竖梁装在机架中部,苗蔓移动器装在机架底部内侧,把手装在机架上中部,药管装在把手内接入喷雾头,手持把手拉动机架,苗蔓移动器,同时遮盖苗蔓同时喷施除草剂实现保苗蔓又除草害的设计合理,结构简单,制造容易,组装快捷,使用简便,不伤害秧苗,不影响薯块膨大,促使薯形美观,小时可化除2亩甘薯的甘薯垄沟护苗化除机,其特征在于:竖梁(3)纵向装在机架(1)内,横向梁(6)装在机架(1)内与竖梁(3)交叉安装,喷药头(7)装在喷药管(8)上,喷药管(8)分布在竖梁(3)底边、并接入喷雾器,苗蔓移动器(4)分布在机架(1)下部内侧,遮当布(2)由魔贴(9)粘盖在机架(1)上面,把手(11)由安装眼安装在机架(1)中上部,喷药管(8)穿入把手(11)内接与喷药头(7)上。本发明除遮当布(2)外均为碳纤维材料制成。横向秧苗移动器(12)装在苗蔓移动器(4)下端,横向秧苗移动器(12)由下而上逐个斜向安装。苗蔓移动器(4)斜向布局在竖梁(3)、横向梁(6)之间。喷药管(8)为弹性可变向管制成。机架(1)上面安装一个弧形弓,弧形弓中部装一个升降螺杆,由螺杆升降拉伸机架(1),将机架(1)变成薯垄形状的弧形。苗蔓移动器(4)在机架(1)下面布局成半椭圆形状,并逐渐下垂,与机架(1)弧形相适应。苗蔓移动器(4)在机架(1)下面布局成对称反向。手拉把手(11)带动本发明顺垄沟前行打开喷雾器龙头即可化学除草。弧形盖秧板装在机架(1)后边中间,与苗蔓移动器(4)后端对接。

具体实施方式:竖梁(3)纵向装在机架(1)内,横向梁(6)装在机架(1)内与竖梁(3)交叉安装,喷药头(7)装在喷药管(8)上,喷药管(8)分布在竖梁(3)底边、并接入喷雾器,苗蔓移动器(4)分布在机架(1)下部内侧,遮当布(2)由魔贴(9)粘盖在机架(1)上面,把手(11)由安装眼安装在机架(1)中上部,喷药管(8)穿入把手(11)内接与喷药头(7)上。经上述技术组合实现了本发明所要求的设计合理,结构简单,制造容易,组装快捷,使用简便,不伤害秧苗,不影响薯块膨大,促使薯形美观,小时可化除2亩甘薯的甘薯垄沟护苗化除机目的。本发明除遮当布(2)外均为碳纤维材料制成,易于手持。横向秧苗移动器(12)装在苗蔓移动器(4)下端,横向秧苗移动器(12)由下而上逐个斜向安装,可移动长短秧苗。苗蔓移动器(4)斜向布局在竖梁(3)、横向梁(6)之间利于收拢秧苗藤蔓。喷药管(8)为弹性可变向管制成,可调高低转换方向。机架(1)上面安装一个弧形弓,弧形弓中部装一个升降螺杆,由螺杆升降拉伸机架(1),将机架(1)变成薯垄形状的弧形,可变成各种角度的弧形。苗蔓移动器(4)在机架(1)下面布局成半椭圆形状,并逐渐下垂,与机架(1)弧形相适应,可以贴住龙面,不会漏掉秧苗藤蔓。苗蔓移动器(4)在机架(1)下面布局成对称反向,会将藤蔓收拢在龙顶上。弧形盖秧板装在机架(1)后边中间,与苗蔓移动器(4)后端对接,苗蔓被弧形盖秧板盖住不会受到药物危害。手拉把手(11)带动本发明顺垄沟前行打开喷雾器龙头即可化学除草。

1.甘薯垄沟护苗化除机,其特征在于:竖梁(3)纵向装在机架(1)内,横向梁(6)装在机架(1)内与竖梁(3)交叉安装,喷药头(7)装在喷药管(8)上,喷药管(8)分布在竖梁(3)底边、并接入喷雾器,苗蔓移动器(4)分布在机架(1)下部内侧,遮当布(2)由魔贴(9)粘盖在机架(1)上面,把手(11)由安装眼安装在机架(1)中上部,喷药管(8)穿入把手(11)内接与喷药头(7)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的甘薯垄沟护苗化除机,其特征在于:本发明除遮当布(2)外均为碳纤维材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的甘薯垄沟护苗化除机,其特征在于:横向秧苗移动器(12)装在苗蔓移动器(4)下端,横向秧苗移动器(12)由下而上逐个斜向安装。
