L CD (L liquid crystal display) is a widely used flat panel display, and mainly uses liquid crystal switches to modulate backlight light field intensity to realize image display, while O L ED (Organic light emitting Diode) device has a huge application prospect in flat panel display products due to advantages of self-luminescence, all solid state, wide viewing angle, fast response, etc., and is even considered as a new generation of flat panel display products after L CD and PDP (plasma display panel, plasma), and the excellent characteristics of O L ED make O L ED more and more applied on mobile phone screens, wherein foldable mobile phones are a research and development hotspot of future electronic products, and therefore, the research on foldable O L ED screens is indispensable.
The bending performance of the AMO L ED display panel is divided into two types, namely static bending (namely curved screen) with fixed bending form and dynamic bending (foldable screen) with free bending form, at present, the bending performance and high screen occupation ratio of the AMO L ED display panel are widely applied to mobile phone displays, wherein the static bending (SF) which is produced in mass production and has relatively mature technology is adopted, for example, the hyperboloid displays of mobile phones such as Samsung S8, S8+, iphone X and the like in the market show the advantages of the technologies, so that the double-curved displays are attractive in appearance and hand feeling, and the visual experience can be improved.
In the preparation process of the curved-surface screen, the statically bent hyperboloid display is realized by a 3D (three-dimensional) laminating technology in a module stage, namely, a Cover Glass (Cover plate) with hyperboloids is laminated with a Panel (Panel) of AMO L ED under pressure in a vacuum environment to realize Edge bending (Edge bending), and in the preparation process of the full-surface screen, the Panel is required to be subjected to terminal bending (Panel bending) on the basis of COP (coefficient of performance) technology to realize the Edge bending.
These techniques are currently well developed, but present a number of risks. One of them is that some defects do not appear before the bonding, but damage or short circuit of the effective layer or circuit of the Panel bending part is caused by the change of the bending stress after the bonding, which causes the problems of bright spots, bright lines and the like in the display area.
In the prior art, when a panel is bent and bright spots exist at non-bent positions, a module section can be repaired by a laser repair technology; firstly, the coordinate location is carried out on the position with the defect, and then the laser is directly acted on the defect part in the vertical direction to carry out the repairing action.
When the damage or short circuit of the circuit occurs at the bent part of the display screen, the effective repair is difficult to carry out again, and the circuit is likely to be scrapped; as shown in fig. 1, when the curved portion is repaired, the actual action position of the laser light deviates from the defect position due to the refraction effect of the light, i.e., the incident light emitted from the repairing device 101 is refracted through the cover plate 102 and the panel 103; wherein, the dotted line A is a normal line, the actual action position is C, and has a certain deviation with the target position B, which not only can not achieve the purpose of repairing, but also can damage the normal area; similarly, it is currently difficult to repair a terminal short circuit bent to the back of the light emitting region after the terminal bending is performed.
Therefore, processing the bent portion of the display panel using the prior art may cause a decrease in work efficiency and yield, and may also cause a serious waste of materials.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a method and a device for repairing a curved screen, which aim to solve the technical problem that the bent part of the conventional curved screen is difficult to repair.
