本发明公开了一种用于网络通讯的屏蔽线,包括若干电缆芯和保护套,所述保护套由外至内依次设有绝缘层、石棉层、第一屏蔽层,干湿隔离层、橡胶隔离层和第二屏蔽层,所述橡胶隔离层中均匀分布设有冷却管,所述冷却管中通入液态冷却介质,所述电缆芯排布有4~6层,同层相邻的所述电缆芯直径大小不同,所述电缆芯轴向方向呈阿基米德线排布,所述电缆芯之间填充有耐弯折层。本发明的用于网络通讯的屏蔽线,绝缘层和石棉层有效的绝缘和防火,橡胶隔离层中的冷却管可以有效的防止屏蔽线长时间使用引发高温,呈阿基米德线排布的电缆芯相互之间的干扰较小,干湿隔离层防止冷却管意外断裂,液态冷却介质流出,导致短路起火等灾害。

本发明涉及一种电缆线,具体涉及一种屏蔽线。
背景技术
现有的屏蔽线功能单一,容易发热,抗拉伸效果差,使用时间较长会导致其屏蔽效果变差,目前市场上缺少一种屏蔽效果好的屏蔽线。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了用于网络通讯的屏蔽线,方便使用。
技术方案:本发明提供了一种用于网络通讯的屏蔽线,包括若干电缆芯和保护套,所述保护套由外至内依次设有绝缘层、石棉层、第一屏蔽层,干湿隔离层、橡胶隔离层和第二屏蔽层,所述橡胶隔离层中均匀分布设有冷却管,所述冷却管中通入液态冷却介质,所述电缆芯排布有4~6层,同层相邻的所述电缆芯直径大小不同,若干所述电缆芯轴向方向呈阿基米德线排布,所述电缆芯之间填充有耐弯折层,所述绝缘层内均匀分布有若干加强钢丝,所述绝缘层外壁可转动的连接有若干固定环。
优选的,所述电缆芯的截面为0.25~0.35mm2。
优选的,所述耐弯折层为聚乙烯绝缘层。
优选的,所述第一屏蔽层为铜屏蔽层,所述第二屏蔽层为铝屏蔽层。
优选的,所述干湿隔离层与橡胶隔离层接触面设有互相配合的凹槽和凸起防止错位。
优选的,所述固定环直径为5~8mm。

如图1所示,本发明的一种用于网络通讯的屏蔽线,包括若干电缆芯1和保护套,保护套由外至内依次设有绝缘层2、石棉层3、第一屏蔽层4,干湿隔离层5、橡胶隔离层6和第二屏蔽层7,橡胶隔离层6中均匀分布设有冷却管8,冷却管8中通入液态冷却介质防止屏蔽线长时间使用过热,电缆芯1排布有4~6层,同层相邻的电缆芯1直径大小不同,若干电缆芯1轴向方向呈阿基米德线排布信号干扰程度较小,石棉层3防止发生火灾时将屏蔽线烧断,防止其短路加剧火灾,电缆芯1之间填充有耐弯折层9,电缆芯1的截面为0.25~0.35mm2,其中,耐弯折层9为聚乙烯绝缘层,防止折断的同时还能起到进一步绝缘的作用,第一屏蔽层4为铜屏蔽层,第二屏蔽层7为铝屏蔽层,两层屏蔽层有效屏蔽干扰信号,干湿隔离层5防止冷却管8破裂时流出液体引发短路起火,干湿隔离层5与橡胶隔离层6接触面设有互相配合的凹槽和凸起防止屏蔽线扭曲时候发生错位,绝缘层2内均匀分布有若干加强钢丝,绝缘层2外壁可转动的连接有若干固定环10,固定环10直径为5~8mm。

1.一种用于网络通讯的屏蔽线,其特征在于:包括若干电缆芯(1)和保护套,所述保护套由外至内依次设有绝缘层(2)、石棉层(3)、第一屏蔽层(4),干湿隔离层(5)、橡胶隔离层(6)和第二屏蔽层(7),所述橡胶隔离层(6)中均匀分布设有冷却管(8),所述冷却管(8)中通入液态冷却介质,所述电缆芯(1)排布有4~6层,同层相邻的所述电缆芯(1)直径大小不同,若干所述电缆芯(1)轴向方向呈阿基米德线排布,所述电缆芯(1)之间填充有耐弯折层(9),所述绝缘层(2)内均匀分布有若干加强钢丝,所述绝缘层(2)外壁可转动的连接有若干固定环(10)。
