In an embodiment of the invention, when issuing a current electronic invoice, the invoicing management terminal can simultaneously calculate an abstract value of the issued current electronic invoice and issue the abstract value to the block chain system, when receiving the electronic invoice to be reimbursed sent by the user terminal, the financial system can calculate the current abstract value of the electronic invoice to be reimbursed, if the block chain system is inquired that a target abstract value identical to the current abstract value does not exist, the electronic invoice to be reimbursed received by the financial system is a forged invoice, at this time, a subsequent process is not performed to perform corresponding reimbursement processing on the forged electronic invoice to be reimbursed, but first alarm information representing that the electronic invoice to be reimbursed is a forged invoice is generated and output to be provided to a manager so that the manager performs corresponding processing on the forged invoice.

In an embodiment of the present invention, when it is found that target invoice information corresponding to an electronic invoice to be reimbursed has been issued in the blockchain system, it is determined that the financial system has performed corresponding reimbursement processing on the electronic invoice, and at this time, a subsequent business process is not performed any more to avoid performing corresponding reimbursement processing on the electronic invoice to be reimbursed repeatedly, but a second alarm information representing that the electronic invoice to be reimbursed has repeated reimbursement is generated by the alarm processing module and is output to remind a manager that malicious reimbursement by using the electronic invoice that has performed reimbursement processing may exist for the user.

In an embodiment of the invention, the invoice issuing terminal issues the abstract value and the invoice identification of the current electronic invoice issued by the invoice issuing terminal as an invoice issuing record to the block chain system, because the abstract value is usually a hash value with relatively more data bits, and the invoice identification (invoice number) is usually a data chain with a specified data structure, the financial system can quickly inquire a target invoice issuing record carrying the current invoice issuing identification according to the current invoice identification of the electronic invoice to be issued with the specified data structure, and then detect whether the abstract value carried in the target invoice issuing record is the same as the target abstract value of the current abstract value, so that the authenticity of the electronic invoice to be issued can be quickly inquired.

Claims (8)

1. A blockchain-based invoice management system, comprising:
at least one user terminal, a financial system and a blockchain system; wherein,
the user terminal is used for sending an electronic invoice to be reimbursed to the financial system;
the financial system is used for inquiring whether target reimbursement information corresponding to the electronic invoice to be reimbursed is issued in the block chain system after the electronic invoice to be reimbursed is received; and when the target invoice information corresponding to the electronic invoice to be reimbursed is not issued in the block chain system, reimbursement processing is carried out on the electronic invoice to be reimbursed, target reimbursement information corresponding to the electronic invoice to be reimbursed is generated, and the target reimbursement information is issued to the block chain system.
2. The system of claim 1,
further comprising: at least one billing management terminal; wherein,
the billing management terminal is used for calculating the abstract value of the current electronic invoice and issuing the abstract value to the block chain system when the billing management terminal issues the current electronic invoice;
the financial management system comprising: the system comprises a calculation module, a query processing module and an alarm processing module; wherein,
the calculation module is used for calculating the current abstract value of the electronic invoice to be reimbursed when the electronic invoice to be reimbursed is received;
the query processing module is used for querying whether a target abstract value identical to the current abstract value is distributed in the block chain system or not, and if so, querying whether target reimbursement information corresponding to the electronic invoice to be reimbursed is distributed in the block chain system or not; otherwise, sending a first alarm signal to the alarm processing module;
and the alarm processing module is used for generating and outputting first alarm information representing that the electronic invoice to be reimbursed is a counterfeit invoice when receiving the first alarm signal.
3. The system of claim 2,
the query processing module is further used for outputting a second alarm signal to the alarm processing module when the query result shows that the block chain system has issued the target invoice information corresponding to the electronic invoice to be reimbursed;
and the alarm processing module is further used for generating and outputting second alarm information representing that the electronic invoice to be reimbursed has repeated reimbursement when receiving the second alarm signal.
4. The system of claim 2,
the billing management terminal is used for calculating the abstract value of the current electronic invoice when the billing management terminal issues the current electronic invoice, and issuing the invoice identifier of the current electronic invoice and the abstract value to the block chain system as a billing record;
the query processing module is used for querying the block chain system according to the current invoice identifier of the electronic invoice to be reimbursed, detecting whether a target invoice drawing record carrying the current invoice identifier in the block chain system carries a target abstract value same as the current abstract value, and if so, querying whether target reimbursement information corresponding to the electronic invoice to be reimbursed is issued in the block chain system; and otherwise, sending a first alarm signal to the alarm processing module.
5. A method for managing invoices using the blockchain based invoice management system of any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising:
sending an electronic invoice to be reimbursed to the financial system by using the user terminal;
utilizing the financial system to inquire whether target reimbursement information corresponding to the electronic invoice to be reimbursed is issued in the blockchain system after the electronic invoice to be reimbursed is received;
and when the financial system is used for inquiring that target invoice information corresponding to the electronic invoice to be reimbursed is not issued in the block chain system, reimbursement processing is carried out on the electronic invoice to be reimbursed, target reimbursement information corresponding to the electronic invoice to be reimbursed is generated, and the target reimbursement information is issued to the block chain system.
6. The method of claim 5,
before the sending, by the user terminal, an electronic invoice to be reimbursed to the financial system, the method further comprises: when the billing management terminal is used for issuing the current electronic invoice, calculating the abstract value of the current electronic invoice, and issuing the abstract value to the block chain system;
before the querying whether target reimbursement information corresponding to the pending reimbursement electronic invoice is issued in the blockchain system, the method further comprises:
calculating the current abstract value of the electronic invoice to be reimbursed by utilizing the calculation module;
inquiring whether a target abstract value identical to the current abstract value is distributed in the block chain system or not by using the inquiry processing module, if so, executing the inquiry whether target reimbursement information corresponding to the electronic invoice to be reimbursed is distributed in the block chain system or not; otherwise, sending a first alarm signal to the alarm processing module;
further comprising: and when the alarm processing module receives the first alarm signal, generating first alarm information representing that the electronic invoice to be reimbursed is a counterfeit invoice, and outputting the first alarm information.
7. The method of claim 6,
further comprising:
when the query processing module is used for querying that target invoice information corresponding to the electronic invoice to be reimbursed is issued in the block chain system, outputting a second alarm signal to the alarm processing module;
and generating second alarm information representing that the electronic invoice to be reimbursed has repeated reimbursement by utilizing the alarm processing module when receiving the second alarm signal, and outputting the second alarm information.
8. The method of claim 6,
when the current electronic invoice is issued by using the invoicing management terminal, calculating the abstract value of the current electronic invoice and issuing the abstract value to the block chain system, wherein the method comprises the following steps: when the billing management terminal is used for issuing the current electronic invoice, calculating the abstract value of the current electronic invoice, and issuing the invoice identifier of the current electronic invoice and the abstract value to the blockchain system as a billing record;
then, the querying, by using the query processing module, whether a target digest value that is the same as the current digest value is distributed in the blockchain system includes: and inquiring the block chain system according to the current invoice identification of the electronic invoice to be reimbursed, and detecting whether a target invoice drawing record carrying the current invoice identification in the block chain system carries a target abstract value same as the current abstract value.
