The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent wearing, in particular to virtual reality or augmented reality equipment.
Background
VR (Virtual Reality) can generate an interactive three-dimensional environment for a user and create an immersive feeling for the user by comprehensively using a computer graphics system and various control devices. When the VR is displayed, the user cannot see the external scene and only can see the virtual image.
AR (Augmented Reality) is a technology for increasing the perception of a user to the real world through information provided by a computer system, applies virtual information to the real world, and superimposes virtual objects, scenes, or information generated by a computer onto the real scene, thereby realizing the enhancement of Reality. When the AR is displayed, the user can see both the real external scene and the virtual image.
As the living standard of people increases, virtual reality devices (hereinafter referred to as VR devices) or augmented reality devices (hereinafter referred to as AR devices) are also widely used. Present VR equipment or AR equipment all adopt the face support to support the display part of VR equipment or AR equipment to make VR equipment or AR equipment can laminate mutually with people's face, so that the people sees the image that display part shows.
At present, limited by the technical level of the industry and the like, the assembly mode of adhering the double-sided adhesive tape 3 ' between the facing assembly 1 ' of most devices and the supporting component 4 ' for assembling the facing assembly 1 ' on the device shell 2 ' is mostly adopted, as shown in the attached drawings 1, 2 and 3 in the specification, and the defects of the prior device are as follows:
1. the double-sided adhesive tape 3 ' is easy to lose efficacy, so that the face pasting component 1 ' and the supporting component 4 ' are separated and even fall off;
2. the assembly process of the face-attaching assembly 1 ' and the supporting component 4 ' adopts the double-sided adhesive tape 3 ' to maintain pressure, and the assembly efficiency is low;
3. the face-attaching component 1 'and the supporting component 4' of the shell 2 'cannot be freely disassembled and assembled, when the face-attaching component needs to be replaced, a bonding piece (namely the double-sided adhesive tape 3') between the face-attaching component and the shell needs to be damaged, and the bonding piece cannot be replaced and restored;
4. the cutting of the double-sided adhesive tape 3 ' cannot be accurately profiled, so that the filler in the face pasting assembly 1 ' cannot be tightly attached to the surface of the supporting component 4 ', gaps are easy to generate, and the pasting effect is poor;
5. the pasting process of the face pasting component 1 'and the supporting component 4' cannot be positioned, and deviation is easy to occur;
6. the surface of the filler in the face component 1' is not provided with a protective sleeve, and the filler is easy to be dirty.
Based on the defects, after the existing product equipment reaches the hands of a user, the service life of the product is shortened and the user experience satisfaction is influenced due to the fact that the appearance quality problem of the deviation of the face-attaching assembly or the problem that the face-attaching assembly cannot be detached, cleaned and replaced.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a virtual reality or augmented reality device, so as to solve the problems of the existing virtual reality or augmented reality device that the mounting and dismounting between the face component and the housing is inconvenient, the bonding strength is not high, the reuse rate of the assembly structure is low, and the service life is short.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

the housing includes:
a body member; and
the supporting component is positioned at the lower position of the body component and fixedly connected with the body component;
the face-attaching assembly is fixedly combined on the inner side plate surface of the supporting component;
the supporting part at least comprises a group of buckling parts which are formed on the surface of the inner side plate of the supporting part and are oppositely arranged;
the fastener includes:
a main body part with one end connected and fixed with the inner side plate surface of the supporting component and the other end extending to the direction far away from the inner side plate surface of the supporting component; and
a bending part which is bent and extended from one end of the body part far away from the inner side plate surface of the support part to the direction of the other buckle piece;
the face-attaching component comprises an elastic sheet body, and the sheet body comprises a notch penetrating through the inner side surface and the outer side surface of the sheet body;
the buckling piece body part is arranged in the notch in a penetrating mode, and at least part of the bending part is fixedly pressed with the inner side surface of the sheet body.
In addition, preferably, the outer side surface of the sheet body is fixedly attached to the inner side plate surface of the supporting component;
the inner wall of the notch comprises a part which corresponds to the outer surface of the body part and is fixedly attached.
In addition, preferably, the inner side plate surface of the support component is of an inward-concave arc surface structure; and the sheet body is of a bending structure which is bent towards the direction away from the supporting part and corresponds to the inner side plate surface of the supporting part.
Furthermore, it is preferable that the notch includes an opening portion penetrating through the edge of the sheet body.
In addition, preferably, the bent portion includes a protruding portion extending in a direction toward the support member, and an end portion of the protruding portion close to the support member is pressed and fixed on the inner side surface of the sheet body.
In addition, preferably, the face component comprises foam, and the outer side surface of the foam corresponding to the sheet body is fixedly combined with the inner side surface of the sheet body.
In addition, preferably, the foam comprises an avoidance groove formed by inwards recessing the outer side surface of the foam and accommodating the fastener.
In addition, preferably, the edge of the outer side surface of the foam comprises an edge part, the edge part is positioned on the outer side of the edge of the sheet body, the edge part extends towards the supporting component, the end surface of the edge part is positioned on the outer side of the outer side surface of the sheet body, and the end surface of the edge part is fixedly pressed on the edge of the inner side plate surface of the supporting component.
In addition, preferably, the face-contacting assembly further comprises a sleeve body with an opening, the foam and the sheet body are accommodated in an inner cavity of the sleeve body, the sheet body corresponds to the opening, and a notch of the sheet body is exposed out of the opening;
the opening edge of the sleeve body comprises a turned edge formed by inward bending, and at least part of the edge of the foam is fixed in a containing groove formed by the turned edge.
In addition, preferably, the sleeve body further comprises a folded edge formed by extending the end of the folded edge, and the folded edge is fixedly combined with the edge of the outer side surface of the sheet body.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the virtual reality or augmented reality equipment provided by the invention, the face-attaching component can be quickly assembled and fixed with the shell through the assembly structure between the sheet body of the face-attaching component and the buckling piece arranged on the shell supporting component, compared with the existing mode of bonding and fixing by using double-sided adhesive tape, the complex procedures of alignment, pressure maintaining and the like in the installation process are saved, and the assembly structure of the face-attaching component provided by the invention is also convenient for the disassembly and replacement of the face-attaching component, and is high in reuse rate and long in service life.
2. In the equipment structure provided by the invention, the deformation resistance of the sheet body in the bending structure in the direction opposite to the bending direction is utilized, and the clamping and pressing fixation of the sheet body by the inner side plate surface of the supporting part and the clamping part are matched, so that the outer side surface of the sheet body and the inner side plate surface of the supporting part can have better pressing force and fitting degree, the face pasting assembly and the shell supporting part cannot shake, the bonding strength of the face pasting assembly and the shell supporting part is higher, and the stability is better.
3. In the equipment structure provided by the invention, the edge of the outer side surface of the foam is provided with the edge part, and after the face-attaching component and the supporting component are combined and fixed, on one hand, the edge part can be used for shielding a natural gap formed between the edge of the assembled face-attaching component and the edge of the supporting component, so that the invasion of dust and other foreign matters is reduced, and the appearance quality of the equipment is improved. On the other hand utilizes the structural design of border portion, and the facing subassembly can provide pressure to the border position department of the inboard face of support component, can further strengthen the bonding fixed strength between facing subassembly and the support component, improves stability.

Detailed Description
In order to more clearly illustrate the invention, the invention is further described below with reference to preferred embodiments and the accompanying drawings. Similar parts in the figures are denoted by the same reference numerals. It is to be understood by persons skilled in the art that the following detailed description is illustrative and not restrictive, and is not to be taken as limiting the scope of the invention.
In the following description, for purposes of explanation, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of one or more embodiments. It may be evident, however, that such embodiment(s) may be practiced without these specific details. In other instances, well-known structures and devices are shown in block diagram form in order to facilitate describing one or more embodiments.
Aiming at the problems that in the existing virtual reality or augmented reality equipment, an assembly mode that a face pasting component is bonded with an equipment shell by adopting double-faced adhesive tapes is adopted, and a plurality of defects exist, the invention provides a novel assembly structure between the face pasting component and the equipment shell, so that in the virtual reality or augmented reality equipment, the face pasting component can be rapidly assembled and fixed with the shell.
Referring to fig. 4, the present invention provides a virtual reality or augmented reality device, which includes a housing 1 and a face-attachment assembly 2; the shell 1 comprises a body part 11 and a support part 12 which is positioned at a position below the body part 11 and is fixedly connected with the body part 11; the face-attaching component 2 is fixedly combined on the inner side plate surface of the supporting component 12. For the supporting component 12, it can be formed by bending and extending the edge of the body 11 of the shell 1 integrally as shown in the present invention, and it can also be a separate component, assembled with the body of the shell by a detachable assembling structure; and the supporting part can also have a moving or sliding function relative to the shell body part so as to adjust the distance between the face attaching components, so that the virtual reality or augmented reality equipment can be matched with the faces of users with different face shapes, and the virtual reality or augmented reality equipment can be better attached to the faces of the users, and the invention is not limited to the above.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention includes two separate face attachment units 2 attached to the face of the user and spaced apart from each other on the left and right sides, and the support member 12 corresponding to the face attachment unit 2 also includes two separate support members 12 spaced apart from each other on the left and right sides and used for fixing the face attachment unit 2. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the two facing assemblies and the two supporting members have substantially the same structure, but in actual fact, the external shapes of the two facing assemblies and the external shapes of the two supporting members may be different, but it should be understood that obvious changes or variations can be made within the scope of the present invention without departing from the purpose of the present invention.
For simplicity of description, in the present embodiment, the structure of the face attaching component 2 and the supporting component 12 on one side of the virtual reality or augmented reality device provided by the present invention is illustrated, specifically, as shown in fig. 5, fig. 6 and fig. 7, in the present invention, the supporting component 12 at least includes a set of two oppositely disposed fasteners 3 formed on the inner side plate surface 121 thereof; the grommet 3 includes: a main body 31 having one end connected to the inner panel surface 121 of the support member 12 and the other end extending in a direction away from the inner panel surface 121 of the support member 12; a bending part 32 which is bent and extended from one end of the main body part 31 far away from the inner plate surface 121 of the support component 12 to the direction of the other fastener 3; the face-attaching assembly 2 comprises an elastic sheet body 21, and the sheet body 21 comprises a notch 211 penetrating through the inner side surface and the outer side surface of the sheet body 21; the body 31 of the fastener 3 is inserted into the notch 211, and at least a portion of the bent portion 32 is pressed and fixed with the inner surface 212 of the sheet 21. It should be noted that, in the present embodiment shown in the illustrated structure, each supporting member 12 is provided with a set of two oppositely-arranged fasteners 3, and each sheet body 21 corresponding to the two fasteners 3 is provided with two notches 211.
Further, as shown in fig. 8 to 13, in the actual assembly process, first, two notches 211 on the facing component 2 are aligned with the corresponding fasteners 3, and the edge portion of the notch located at the inner side corresponding to the notch 211 on one side of the sheet body 21 is clamped into the bending portion 32 of the corresponding fastener 3, at this time, the body portion 31 of the fastener 3 is substantially inserted into the notch 211; then, the sheet body 21 is bent toward the support member 12 by the deformability of the elastic sheet body 21, and the whole of the face-attaching member 2 is slightly deformed so that the notch on the other side of the sheet body 21 is engaged with the bent portion of the engaging member on the other side. In the assembled face-attached component 2 and the supporting component 12, the outer surface of the main body 31 of the fastener 3 and the inner wall of the corresponding notch 211 are fixed in the direction of the inner plate surface 121 of the supporting component 12, and the bent part 32 of the fastener 3 is pressed on the inner surface 212 of the sheet body 21 and is fixed in the direction perpendicular to the inner plate surface 121 of the supporting component 12. Preferably, in order to prevent the face attaching unit 2 and the supporting member 12 from shaking, improve the bonding strength and improve the stability, the outer surface of the sheet body 21 is fixedly attached to the inner plate surface 121 of the supporting member 12, and the portion of the inner wall of the notch 211 corresponding to the outer surface of the main body 31 is fixedly attached to the outer surface of the main body 31. It should be noted that, when the face-attaching assembly needs to be detached from the supporting component, the middle position between the two notches on the sheet body is only required to be lifted towards the direction away from the supporting component until the two ends of the sheet body are separated from the bent part of the fastener, and this embodiment is not repeated.
Through the assembly structure and the assembly mode, the connection mode between the face-attaching component 2 and the support component 12 is improved from the previous bonding and fixing mode to the structural limiting assembly connection mode, compared with the prior art, complicated procedures such as alignment, pressure maintaining and the like in the original bonding and fixing process are omitted, the face-attaching component provided by the embodiment can be rapidly assembled and fixed with the shell, the bonding strength is higher, the stability is better, the face-attaching component is convenient to disassemble and replace, the reuse rate is high, the service life is long, and the like.
As shown in fig. 7, the present embodiment also provides a preferable scheme that the notch 211 includes an opening 213 penetrating the edge of the sheet body 21. When the sheet body 21 and the fastener 3 are assembled, the opening 213 facilitates the body 31 of the fastener 3 to be inserted into the notch 211 of the sheet body 21, so that the assembly process is more convenient and faster.
In addition, as shown in fig. 5, 6, 12 and 13, in the actual assembly process, as the sheet body 21 is inserted and slid, the bent portion of the locking element 3 may deform in the direction away from the supporting member 12, so as to avoid the situation that the inner side edge of the bent portion 32 is not tightly pressed with the inner side surface 212 of the sheet body 21 after the sheet body 21 is mounted in place, preferably, the bent portion 32 includes a protruding portion 321 extending in the direction close to the supporting member 12, and the end of the protruding portion 321 close to the supporting member 12 is pressed and fixed on the inner side surface 212 of the sheet body 21. And the arrangement of the convex part 321 also reduces the assembling resistance of surface-to-surface contact sliding between the inner side edge of the bent part 32 and the inner side surface 212 of the sheet body 21 in the assembling process. In addition, in order to facilitate the insertion of the sheet body 21, a corner of the boss 321 forming the mounting opening with the inner panel surface 121 of the support member 12 includes a chamfer, which is not limited in the present embodiment.
Further, in the specific implementation process, the inner side plate surface of the supporting component can be a flat surface, which corresponds to the inner side plate surface of the supporting component, and the sheet body is of a flat structure. As shown in fig. 5, 8, 10 and 12, the present embodiment provides a preferred embodiment, the inner plate surface 121 of the supporting member 12 is a concave arc surface structure; the sheet member 21 has a bent structure that is bent in a direction away from the support member 12 corresponding to the inner plate surface 121 of the support member 12. Compared with a flat plate body structure, in the embodiment, the deformation resistance of the plate body 21 with a bending structure in the direction opposite to the bending direction is utilized, and the plate body 21 is clamped and pressed fixedly by the plate body 121 and the buckling piece 3 in the supporting part 12, so that the outer side surface of the plate body 21 and the plate body 121 in the supporting part 12 can have better crimping force and fitting degree, the face component 2 and the supporting part 12 of the shell 1 cannot shake, the bonding strength of the two is higher, and the stability is better.
In addition, the present invention further provides a specific structural embodiment of the face attaching assembly, specifically, as shown in fig. 5 and 8 to 13, the face attaching assembly 2 includes a foam 22, and an outer side surface of the foam 22 corresponding to the sheet body 21 is fixedly bonded to an inner side surface of the sheet body 21. Preferably, the edge of the outer surface of the foam 22 includes a rim 221, the rim 221 is located at the rim outer side of the sheet body 21, the rim 221 extends toward the supporting member 12, an end surface 2211 of the rim 221 is located at the outer side of the outer surface of the sheet body 21, and the end surface 2211 of the rim 221 is fixed to the edge of the inner panel 121 of the supporting member 12. After the face-attaching assembly 2 is combined and fixed with the supporting component 12, on one hand, the edge part 221 can be used for shielding natural gaps formed between the edges of the assembled face-attaching assembly 2 and the edges of the supporting component 12, so that the invasion of dust and other foreign matters is reduced, and the appearance quality of the equipment is improved. On the other hand, by using the structural design of the edge 221, the face-attaching component 2 can provide pressure to the edge of the inner side plate surface 121 of the supporting component 12, so that the bonding and fixing strength between the face-attaching component 2 and the supporting component 12 can be further enhanced, and the stability is improved.
In addition, preferably, the foam 22 includes an escape groove 222 formed by an outer surface of the foam being recessed inward and accommodating the fastener 3. The avoiding groove 222 can play a role in avoiding and containing the fastener 3 arranged on the supporting part 12 in the bending assembly process of the sheet body 21 or after the face attaching assembly 2 is combined and fixed with the supporting part 12, so that the damage to the foam 22 caused by the direct contact of the fastener 3 and the foam 22 is avoided. And the avoiding groove 222 can also provide a certain deformation allowance for the foam 22 during the assembly and bending of the sheet body 21.
In addition, as a preferable scheme, referring to fig. 8 to 11, the facing assembly further includes a sheath 23 having an opening 231, the foam 22 and the sheet 21 are accommodated in an inner cavity of the sheath 23, the sheet 21 corresponds to the opening 231, and the notch 211 of the sheet 21 is exposed from the opening 231; the edge of the opening 231 of the sheath body 23 includes a flange 232 formed by inward bending, and at least part of the edge 221 of the foam 22 is fixed in the accommodating groove formed by the flange 232. The cover body 23 can protect the foam 22 from contamination. On the other hand, the inner and outer side walls of the edge part 221 of the foam 22 can be restrained by the side wall of the flange 232, and after the face-attaching component 2 is combined and fixed with the support component 12, the deformation amount of the edge part 221 of the foam 22 towards the inner and outer side walls of the edge part 221 during compression deformation can be reduced, so that the edge part 221 of the foam 22 can provide continuous pressure action for the edge position of the support component 12.
Further preferably, in order to stabilize the connection structure between the sheath 23, the foam 22 and the sheet 21 and to make the edge 221 of the foam 22 restrained by the sheet 21 after the face assembly 2 is combined and fixed with the support member 12, the sheath 23 further includes a folded edge 233 formed by extending the end of the folded edge 232, wherein the folded edge 233 is combined and fixed with the edge of the outer side surface of the sheet 21. The folded edge 233 provides a restraining force to the edge 221 from the inner side wall direction of the edge 221, so as to better achieve the purposes of crimping and fixing the edge of the face attaching assembly 2 and the edge of the supporting component 12 and shielding the formed natural gap.
Through the virtual reality or augmented reality equipment provided by the invention, good attaching degree can be realized between the face-attached component and the supporting component, the bonding strength of the face-attached component and the supporting component is higher, the stability is better, in addition, the face-attached component and the shell can be rapidly assembled, fixed, disassembled and replaced, the reuse rate is high, the service life is long, and the appearance quality of the equipment is also improved.
