In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the manual pressure head mechanism includes a plurality of open grooves provided on the clamping fixing portion, a magnet provided in each open groove, a limit guide provided at an upper end of each open groove, and an FPC connector press block provided between the limit guide and the magnet; the guide groove is formed in the limiting guide plate, one end of the FPC connector pressing block is connected with the guide groove in a sliding fit mode, and the other end of the FPC connector pressing block faces the POGO connector.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the FPC connector pressing block comprises a manual shifting lever part for guiding in a matched manner with the guide groove, a connecting part for positioning in a matched manner with the magnet, and a pressing rod part for preventing the FPC connector from falling off in a matched manner with the POGO joint.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1-2 of the specification, a POGO conducting device for a compression bonding carrier includes a conducting clamping portion 3.1 and a signal transmitting portion 3.2, the conducting clamping portion 3.1 includes a clamping fixing portion 3.1-1 and a clamping moving portion 3.1-2, the clamping fixing portion 3.1-1 and the clamping moving portion 3.1-2 are corresponding in shape and hinged to each other, the signal transmitting portion 3.2 includes a POGO connector 3.2-1 and a signal wire 3.2-2, and the POGO connector 3.2-1 is fixedly connected to the clamping fixing portion 3.1-1; the POGO connector 3.2-1 is used for connecting with an FPC, one end of the signal wire 3.2-2 is connected with the POGO connector 3.2-1, and the other end is connected with a test terminal; because the POGO conducting device is specially used for overturning and pressing the carrier, the carrier can possibly lead to the separation of the FPC and the POGO joint in the overturning process, and in order to solve the technical problems, the invention is provided with a manual pressure head mechanism 10 which is used for preventing the FPC from separating from the POGO joint 3.2-1 on the clamping and fixing part 3.1-1. The manual pressing head mechanism 10 has a telescopic end (pressing rod part 9.3) which can extend into or draw out of the POGO connector 3.2-1 under manual operation of a worker, thereby ensuring no interference during FPC installation and simultaneously realizing compression of the FPC and the POGO connector 3.2-1 after FPC installation.
The manual pressure head mechanism 10 of the invention comprises a plurality of open grooves 3.1-11 (the open ends of the open grooves 3.1-11 are directly towards and communicated with the POGO joint 3.2-1), a magnet 7 (a plurality of magnet 7 can be arranged) arranged in each open groove 3.1-11, a limit guide plate 8 arranged at the upper end of each open groove 3.1-11 and an FPC connector pressing block 9 arranged between the limit guide plate 8 and the magnet 7; a guide groove 8.1 (U-shaped groove) is formed in the limit guide plate 8, one end of the FPC connector pressing block 9 is connected with the guide groove 8.1 in a sliding fit mode, and the other end of the FPC connector pressing block 9 faces the POGO connector 3.2-1. The FPC connector pressing block 9 is formed by casting an integrated structure, and comprises a manual deflector rod part 9.1 used for being matched and guided with the guide groove 8.1, a connecting part 9.2 used for being matched and positioned with the magnet 7 and a pressing rod part 9.3 used for being matched with the POGO joint 3.2-1 to prevent the FPC connector from falling off.
As shown in figures 5-6 of the drawings of the specification, the POGO joint 3.2-1 is provided with a limiting block 3.2-11 for placing a limiting FPC. The limiting blocks 3.2-11 comprise two symmetrically arranged L-shaped stop blocks, and a gap for the compression bar 9.3 to pass through is arranged between the two L-shaped stop blocks. A pressing head 11 for pressing the FPC is arranged on the clamping movable part 3.1-2, and an avoidance hole 11.1 is arranged on the pressing head 11. The clamping and fixing part 3.1-1 is fixedly connected with a wedge-shaped cushion block 12.
As shown in fig. 3-4, the clamping fixing portion 3.1-1 and the clamping movable portion 3.1-2 of the present invention are hinged by a hinge shaft 14 and a torsion spring 15. A set of buckling devices is arranged between the clamping fixing part 3.1-1 and the clamping movable part 3.1-2 to ensure stable connection of the clamping fixing part 3.1-1 and the clamping movable part 3.1-2, in one embodiment of the invention, the clamping fixing part 3.1-1 is hinged with a connecting claw 16, and the clamping movable part 3.1-2 is provided with an anti-drop lug 17 for being matched with the connecting claw 16. It should be noted that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the technical solutions described in the above embodiments, as long as the technical solutions that can achieve stable buckling of the clamping fixing portion 3.1-1 and the clamping moving portion 3.1-2 are all within the scope of the present invention.
