Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of outer walls of garbage incinerators, and particularly relates to a garbage incinerator outer wall with good heat insulation performance and long service life.
Background
The garbage incinerator is an apparatus for incinerating garbage, which can generate a large amount of heat energy by incinerating garbage and effectively output a part of the heat energy for power generation or domestic heating. The heat insulation performance of the arch protection outer wall is directly related to the heat insulation effect of the garbage incinerator, the heat insulation performance of the arch protection outer wall of the existing garbage incinerator is poor, so that a large amount of heat generated by garbage incineration is emitted to a workshop, the temperature of the workshop becomes high, the environment of the workshop becomes poor, and the heat is emitted to the workshop to greatly reduce the heat efficiency of the garbage incinerator (the heat efficiency refers to the ratio of the heat energy effectively output by the garbage incinerator to the total heat energy generated by garbage incineration). The screw is equivalent to a grabbing nail, the screw is not directly connected with the arch protection inner wall, the screw is connected with the arch protection inner wall through the ceramic tile, and the screw is buried in the ceramic tile with compact structure and is not easy to be corroded by high-temperature smoke, so that the connection between the screw and the arch protection inner wall is firm, the falling phenomenon is not easy to occur, and the garbage incinerator manufactured by the invention has long service life. The pile stress between the invention and the arch protection inner wall firstly acts on the rubber pad and then acts on the screw, and the rubber pad has a buffer function, so that the stress on the screw is small and is not easy to break, and the service life of the garbage incinerator manufactured by the invention is also ensured to be long. Therefore, the garbage incinerator manufactured by the method has the advantages of no degradation of workshop environment, high heat efficiency and long service life.

Examples. The outer wall of the garbage incinerator with good heat insulation performance and long service life is shown in fig. 1, and comprises an inner layer plate 1, wherein one side of the inner layer plate 1 is sequentially provided with a middle layer plate 2, an outer layer plate 3 and a surface layer plate 4, and the other side of the inner layer plate 1 is connected with ceramic tiles 6 through screws 5; the inner layer plate 1 and the middle layer plate 2 are connected through a plurality of first steel bars 7, an air duct 8 is arranged between the inner layer plate 1 and the middle layer plate 2, an air inlet 16 and an air outlet 17 are arranged on the air duct 8, and the air outlet 17 is connected with a hearth of the garbage incinerator through a fan 9; the middle layer plate 2 and the outer layer plate 3 are connected through a plurality of second steel bars 10, and polyurethane foam 11 is filled between the middle layer plate 2 and the outer layer plate 3; the outer layer plate 3 and the surface plate 4 are connected through a plurality of third steel bars 12, a water channel 13 is arranged between the outer layer plate 3 and the surface plate 4, and a water inlet 14 and a water outlet 15 are arranged on the water channel 13.
The inner layer plate 1 is provided with a through hole, a cylindrical rubber pad 19 is arranged in the through hole, an annular groove 20 is formed in the peripheral surface of the rubber pad 19, the inner layer plate 1 is connected with the rubber pad 19 through the annular groove 20, a screw hole is formed in the axial direction of the rubber pad 19, and the screw 5 penetrates through the screw hole and then is connected with the ceramic tile 6.
The first steel bar 7, the second steel bar 10 and the third steel bar 12 are all i-beams.
The air duct 8 and the water channel 13 are repeatedly bent channels, and the water inlet 14 is lower than the water outlet 15.
The water inlet 14 is connected with a tap water pipe.
Working principle: the fan 9 works to drive air to enter from the air inlet 16, heat on the inner layer plate 1 and the middle layer plate 2 is taken away, the air is preheated, and the preheated air enters into a hearth of the garbage incinerator through the air outlet 17 and the fan 9 to support combustion of garbage. The water inlet 14 is connected with a tap water pipe, water enters the water channel from the water inlet 14, heat on the outer layer plate 3 is taken away, air bubbles in the water channel are easily discharged because the water inlet 14 is lower than the water outlet 15, the contact area between the water in the water channel 13 and the outer layer plate 3 is large, and the heat recovery efficiency of the water channel 13 is effectively improved.
The invention is provided with: the inner wall 18 is perforated, and the ceramic tile 6 is punched into the hole, so that the ceramic tile is fixed between the invention and the inner wall 18.
Therefore, the garbage incinerator manufactured by the method has the advantages of no degradation of workshop environment, high heat efficiency and long service life.
