本发明涉及一种电动风阀,包括阀体和阀片转动部件,所述的阀体的内部转动安装有形状与阀体截面相配的阀片,所述的阀片转动部件驱动阀片进行径向转动,所述的阀片的外侧边缘布置有一圈与阀体内侧壁相接触的密封毛条。本发明由1个阀体1块阀片2个旋转轴连接片和1个电动旋转器组成,阀片四周采用背胶密封毛条胶贴,毛条抗老化能力强、不易变形、密封面旋转阻力小,大大提高风阀使用寿命和阀门密封性能。

本发明涉及风阀领域,特别涉及一种电动风阀。
背景技术
现有电动风阀阀片密封一般都在阀片四周安装橡胶或海绵密封这类材料使用时间长后容易老化变形。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种电动风阀,结构简单,阀片四周采用背胶密封毛条胶贴,毛条抗老化能力强、不易变形、密封面旋转阻力小,大大提高风阀使用寿命和阀门密封性能。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种电动风阀,包括阀体和阀片转动部件,所述的阀体的内部转动安装有形状与阀体截面相配的阀片,所述的阀片转动部件驱动阀片进行径向转动,所述的阀片的外侧边缘布置有一圈与阀体内侧壁相接触的密封毛条。
作为补充,所述的阀片的上下均安装有转动轴连接件,所述的转动轴连接件的一端均安装有插入到阀体侧壁内的转轴,位于上侧的转轴与阀片转动部件相连。
作为优选,所述的密封毛条通过其背面的胶面与阀片相粘贴固定。
进一步的,所述的阀片转动部件有电机、和电机主轴相连的旋转角度控制轮以及与旋转角度控制轮相接触的微动开关,所述的转轴与电机主轴相连。
进一步的,所述的阀体的内侧壁一侧安装有与阀片位置相配的限位片。
进一步的,所述的阀片的边缘位置布置有一圈毛条限位台阶,所述的密封毛条的一侧与毛条限位台阶相靠。
有益效果:本发明涉及一种电动风阀,结构简单合理,由1个阀体1块阀片2个旋转轴连接片和1个电动旋转器组成,阀片四周采用背胶密封毛条胶贴,毛条抗老化能力强、不易变形、密封面旋转阻力小,大大提高风阀使用寿命和阀门密封性能。

如图1-6所示,本发明的实施方式涉及一种电动风阀,包括阀体2和阀片转动部件1,所述的阀体2的内部转动安装有形状与阀体2截面相配的阀片3,所述的阀片转动部件1驱动阀片3进行径向转动,所述的阀片3的外侧边缘布置有一圈与阀体2内侧壁相接触的密封毛条5。
所述的阀片3的上下均安装有转动轴连接件6,所述的转动轴连接件6的一端均安装有插入到阀体2侧壁内的转轴11,位于上侧的转轴11与阀片转动部件1相连。
所述的密封毛条5通过其背面的胶面与阀片3相粘贴固定,安装方便。
所述的阀片转动部件1有电机8、和电机8主轴相连的旋转角度控制轮9以及与旋转角度控制轮9相接触的微动开关10,所述的转轴11与电机8主轴相连。
所述的阀体2的内侧壁一侧安装有与阀片3位置相配的限位片4,防止阀片3被自动冲开。
所述的阀片3的边缘位置布置有一圈毛条限位台阶7,所述的密封毛条5的一侧与毛条限位台阶7相靠。
本发明结构简单合理,由1个阀体1块阀片2个旋转轴连接片和1个电动旋转器组成,阀片四周采用背胶密封毛条胶贴,毛条抗老化能力强、不易变形、密封面旋转阻力小,大大提高风阀使用寿命和阀门密封性能。

1.一种电动风阀,包括阀体(2)和阀片转动部件(1),其特征在于,所述的阀体(2)的内部转动安装有形状与阀体(2)截面相配的阀片(3),所述的阀片转动部件(1)驱动阀片(3)进行径向转动,所述的阀片(3)的外侧边缘布置有一圈与阀体(2)内侧壁相接触的密封毛条(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动风阀,其特征在于:所述的阀片(3)的上下均安装有转动轴连接件(6),所述的转动轴连接件(6)的一端均安装有插入到阀体(2)侧壁内的转轴(11),位于上侧的转轴(11)与阀片转动部件(1)相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电动风阀,其特征在于:所述的密封毛条(5)通过其背面的胶面与阀片(3)相粘贴固定。
4.根据权利要求2所述的电动风阀,其特征在于:所述的阀片转动部件(1)有电机(8)、和电机(8)主轴相连的旋转角度控制轮(9)以及与旋转角度控制轮(9)相接触的微动开关(10),所述的转轴(11)与电机(8)主轴相连。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电动风阀,其特征在于:所述的阀体(2)的内侧壁一侧安装有与阀片(3)位置相配的限位片(4)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电动风阀,其特征在于:所述的阀片(3)的边缘位置布置有一圈毛条限位台阶(7),所述的密封毛条(5)的一侧与毛条限位台阶(7)相靠。
