技术领域
本发明涉及离合器面片技术领域,尤其涉及一种无橡胶缠绕离合器面片及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,公知的机动车用离合器面片,都是以合成橡胶、天然橡胶等为粘结剂,再以增强纤维或线、布为骨架材料、各种功能性填料,如增摩填料、耐磨填料、各种橡胶配合剂等材料为填充材料等构成。
但是由于过去离合器面片采用的橡胶粘结剂的耐热性,已不能完全满足现代机动车对所用离合器面片的使用性能要求。
如申请号为CN201019146031.7的中国专利,其公开了一种新型无橡胶缠绕离合器面片,它采用水溶性酚醛树脂为粘结材料,水溶性酚醛树脂由100重量份的苯酚和105-115重量份的甲醛为原料,在0.1-0.2重量份的碱性催化剂的作用下,经缩合反应制备而成,水溶性酚醛树脂烘干后得到的固体物含量占原酚醛树脂重量的50-55%。本发明将水溶性酚醛树脂这种新型粘结剂用于生产机动车用离合器面片,具有离合平稳,尤其是热膨胀较小等特点;并消除易燃易爆隐患,确保生产安全。
但是上述方案存在以下不足:在耐磨性上存在着因在离合过程中,产生的较高热量,也使其出现较大的热衰退加大磨损,造成使用寿命缩短等现象,同时,摩擦性能也发生变化,摩擦系数降低,产生打滑,而影响了行车安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种无橡胶缠绕离合器面片及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种无橡胶缠绕离合器面片,包括离合器面片本体,所述离合器面片本体包括钢背、高强度复合线编织而成的复合布和均匀浸渍在其表面的浆料,所述钢背通过铆钉固定于浸渍浆料后的复合布的两面,浸渍浆料后的复合布同一面上的钢背之间通过拼接相连,所述浆料的原料按重量份如下:改性酚醛树脂20~40份;铍青铜粉4~8份;纳米二氧化硅15~25份;抗氧剂2~2.3份;硬脂酸镁1~2份;磷酸三甲酚酯1~1.3份;轻质碳酸钙7~9份;氧化铝6~8份;二硫化钼3~5份;硫化剂2~4份;防老剂3~5份。
所述高强度复合线采用玄武岩纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维、耐高磨黄铜丝、耐高温陶瓷纤维和玻璃纤维绞合而成。
所述轻质碳酸钙的晶粒形状为球形,粒径在20~100nm之间。
一种无橡胶缠绕离合器面片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:将称量的改性酚醛树脂、铍青铜粉、纳米二氧化硅、抗氧剂、硬脂酸镁、磷酸三甲酚酯、轻质碳酸钙、氧化铝、二硫化钼、硫化剂和防老剂在室温下混合11~14min,制作成浆料;
S2:采用玄武岩纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维、耐高磨黄铜丝、耐高温陶瓷纤维和玻璃纤维绞合制成高强度复合线,再由高强度复合线编织成复合布,将复合布在浆料内浸渍,然后在室温下干燥3~4h;
S3:将干燥后的复合布通过缠绕机缠绕成毛坯,将毛坯放入热压机中进行热压,热压温度为140~160℃、热压压强为14~16Mpa的压制时间为2~5min;
S4:将压制后的产品进行硫化热处理,然后放入烘箱进行热处理,温度控制在160~220℃,热处理时间为4~8h,最后粗磨加工、锪孔、精磨加工,然后钢背通过铆钉固定于浸渍浆料后的复合布的两面,印标包装后制得离合器面片成品。
所述步骤S2中浸渍时间为40~80秒;干燥温度为90~110℃,干燥时间300~500秒。

S3:将干燥后的复合布通过缠绕机缠绕成毛坯,将毛坯放入热压机中进行热压,热压温度为140℃、热压压强为16Mpa的压制时间为5min;
S4:将压制后的产品进行硫化热处理,然后放入烘箱进行热处理,温度控制在160℃,热处理时间为4h,最后粗磨加工、锪孔、精磨加工,然后钢背通过铆钉固定于浸渍浆料后的复合布的两面,印标包装后制得离合器面片成品。
所述步骤S2中浸渍时间为40秒;干燥温度为90℃,干燥时间300秒。
实施例2
一种无橡胶缠绕离合器面片,包括离合器面片本体,所述离合器面片本体包括钢背、高强度复合线编织而成的复合布和均匀浸渍在其表面的浆料,所述钢背通过铆钉固定于浸渍浆料后的复合布的两面,浸渍浆料后的复合布同一面上的钢背之间通过拼接相连,所述浆料的原料按重量份如下:改性酚醛树脂40份;铍青铜粉8份;纳米二氧化硅15份;抗氧剂2.3份;硬脂酸镁2份;磷酸三甲酚酯1.3份;轻质碳酸钙7份;氧化铝8份;二硫化钼5份;硫化剂2份;防老剂5份。
所述高强度复合线采用玄武岩纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维、耐高磨黄铜丝、耐高温陶瓷纤维和玻璃纤维绞合而成。
所述轻质碳酸钙的晶粒形状为球形,粒径在100nm之间。
一种无橡胶缠绕离合器面片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:将称量的改性酚醛树脂、铍青铜粉、纳米二氧化硅、抗氧剂、硬脂酸镁、磷酸三甲酚酯、轻质碳酸钙、氧化铝、二硫化钼、硫化剂和防老剂在室温下混合14min,制作成浆料;
S2:采用玄武岩纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维、耐高磨黄铜丝、耐高温陶瓷纤维和玻璃纤维绞合制成高强度复合线,再由高强度复合线编织成复合布,将复合布在浆料内浸渍,然后在室温下干燥4h;
S3:将干燥后的复合布通过缠绕机缠绕成毛坯,将毛坯放入热压机中进行热压,热压温度为160℃、热压压强为16Mpa的压制时间为5min;
S4:将压制后的产品进行硫化热处理,然后放入烘箱进行热处理,温度控制在220℃,热处理时间为8h,最后粗磨加工、锪孔、精磨加工,然后钢背通过铆钉固定于浸渍浆料后的复合布的两面,印标包装后制得离合器面片成品。
所述步骤S2中浸渍时间为80秒;干燥温度为110℃,干燥时间500秒。
本发明提供的一种无橡胶缠绕离合器面片及其制备方法,本发明避免了橡胶和有机溶剂的使用,以水为溶剂,降低了生产成本,对环境无污染,符合环保的要求;将改性酚醛树脂用于生产机动车用离合器面片,其具有热衰退小、热膨胀小且安全系数较高等优点,所以制成的离合器面片具有耐热性好;摩擦系数较高而平稳;热衰退小、耐磨性好等优点;同时还具有离合平稳,尤其是热膨胀较小等特点;并消除易燃易爆隐患,确保生产安全。改性酚醛树脂不会从复合布表面脱落,制品性能稳定。

Claims (5)
1.一种无橡胶缠绕离合器面片,包括离合器面片本体,所述离合器面片本体包括钢背、高强度复合线编织而成的复合布和均匀浸渍在其表面的浆料,其特征在于:所述钢背通过铆钉固定于浸渍浆料后的复合布的两面,浸渍浆料后的复合布同一面上的钢背之间通过拼接相连,所述浆料的原料按重量份如下:改性酚醛树脂20~40份;铍青铜粉4~8份;纳米二氧化硅15~25份;抗氧剂2~2.3份;硬脂酸镁1~2份;磷酸三甲酚酯1~1.3份;轻质碳酸钙7~9份;氧化铝6~8份;二硫化钼3~5份;硫化剂2~4份;防老剂3~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无橡胶缠绕离合器面片,其特征在于:所述高强度复合线采用玄武岩纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维、耐高磨黄铜丝、耐高温陶瓷纤维和玻璃纤维绞合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无橡胶缠绕离合器面片,其特征在于:所述轻质碳酸钙的晶粒形状为球形,粒径在20~100nm之间。
4.一种权利要求1所述的无橡胶缠绕离合器面片的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1:将称量的改性酚醛树脂、铍青铜粉、纳米二氧化硅、抗氧剂、硬脂酸镁、磷酸三甲酚酯、轻质碳酸钙、氧化铝、二硫化钼、硫化剂和防老剂在室温下混合11~14min,制作成浆料;
S2:采用玄武岩纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维、耐高磨黄铜丝、耐高温陶瓷纤维和玻璃纤维绞合制成高强度复合线,再由高强度复合线编织成复合布,将复合布在浆料内浸渍,然后在室温下干燥3~4h;
S3:将干燥后的复合布通过缠绕机缠绕成毛坯,将毛坯放入热压机中进行热压,热压温度为140~160℃、热压压强为14~16Mpa的压制时间为2~5min;
S4:将压制后的产品进行硫化热处理,然后放入烘箱进行热处理,温度控制在160-220℃,热处理时间为4~8h,最后粗磨加工、锪孔、精磨加工,然后钢背通过铆钉固定于浸渍浆料后的复合布的两面,印标包装后制得离合器面片成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种无橡胶缠绕离合器面片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中浸渍时间为40~80秒;干燥温度为90~110℃,干燥时间300~500秒。
