In order to make the object, technical solution and technical effect of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be further described with reference to the following embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, an anti-drop screw includes a screw assembly 100 including a screw 110 and a nut 120, and an anti-drop assembly 200.
The screw has a shank 111, and a tip 112 and a flat end 113 at both ends of the shank 111. The screw cap 120 has a screw hole 121 penetrating through the upper and lower end surfaces thereof, the tip 112 of the screw 110 passes through the screw hole 121 and extends out of the screw cap 120, and the flat end 113 of the screw 110 is clamped in the screw hole 121.
The anti-separation assembly 200 has a plug 210, an elastic member 220 and a pressing member 230. The plug 210 has a through inner cavity hole 201, one end of which is a plug end 211, the plug end 211 is inserted into the nail hole 121, and the plug end 211 is provided with a plurality of holes 212. The number of the holes 212 is at least 2 or more than 2. The holes 212 are uniformly and symmetrically distributed on the insertion end 211.
The elastic piece 220 is arranged in the inner cavity hole 201 of the plug-in piece 210 and can penetrate through the hole 212 to be clamped with the nail hole 121. The pressing part 230 is arranged on the plug-in part 210, and pushes the elastic part 220 to lift in the inner cavity hole 201 of the plug-in part 210, so that the elastic part 220 is clamped with the nail hole 121 or falls off, and the anti-falling assembly 200 is connected with or falls off from the screw assembly 100.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the plug 210 further has a mounting end 213 integrally formed with the plug end 211.
