Specifically, the first limiting member 22 is composed of two protrusions extending in opposite directions, and the shape of the first limiting member passing hole 14 is adapted to the shape of the first limiting member 22; in the fastened state, the extending direction of the protruding portion of the first limiting member 22 is not consistent with the extending direction of the limiting member through hole 14. In the using process, the extending direction of the protruding portion of the first limiting piece 22 on the plug piece body 21 is consistent with the extending direction of the hole length of the first limiting piece passing hole 14 by rotating the plug piece body 21, so that the first limiting piece 22 passes through the first limiting piece passing hole 14 and enters the second cavity 12, at the moment, the second limiting piece 25 abuts against the bottom end of the second cavity 12, the plug piece 2 is inserted into the expansion body 3, and then the plug piece body 21 is continuously rotated to make the extending direction of the protruding portion of the first limiting piece 22 on the plug piece body 21 inconsistent with the extending direction of the hole length of the first limiting piece passing hole 14. So that the upper end of the first limiting member 22 is abutted against the bottom end of the cavity partition plate 3, so that the first limiting member 22 is confined in the second cavity 12, and when the first limiting member 22 is confined in the second cavity 12, the plug member 2 is inserted into the expansion member 3 to expand the expansion member 3. The fastening state of the buckle is realized, so that the fixed object 100 fixedly connected with the base 1 and the fixed object 200 fixedly connected with the expansion member 3 are fixedly connected.
In the detaching process, that is, in the non-fastening state of the expansion buckle, the plug body 21 is rotated to make the extending direction of the protruding portion of the plug body 21 consistent with the extending direction of the hole length of the first limiting member passing hole 14, and then the plug body 21 is pulled out to make the first limiting member 22 on the plug body 21 leave the second cavity 12 and enter the first cavity 11, at this time, the plug 2 leaves the expansion body 3, so that the non-fastening state of the buckle is realized, and thus the fixed member 100 fixedly connected with the base 1 is separated from the fixed member 200. The scheme adopts a rotary locking mode to replace the thread locking and clamping locking modes of the original type of buckle. The installation and the disassembly are convenient, the installation is firm, and the disassembly can be completed without using tools; and the damage to the expansion buckle is reduced in the disassembly process.
As shown in fig. 6-7, the expansion buckle further comprises a locking member 4, the locking member 4 is fixed on the base 1, and the locking member 4 is arranged at the bottom end of the second cavity 12; in the fastening state, the locking member 4 is configured to abut against the second limiting member 25, so that the first limiting member 22 abuts against the cavity partition 13. Specifically, the height of the locking member 4 is gradually increased along the circumferential direction of the second cavity 12.
