The criss-cross supporting beams are arranged to play a role in supporting the framework of the whole chassis 1, so that the strength of the whole chassis 1 is higher and is not easy to deform, the supporting feet 14 are used for supporting the whole chassis 1 and keeping a certain distance from the ground, the aluminum honeycomb layer 32 has a heat preservation effect, heat dissipation from the chassis 1 is reduced, a certain temperature can be kept in a bathroom when a user bathes in the bathroom, the user is not easy to catch a cold, and the bathing experience is good.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the chassis connecting piece 6 includes a vertical portion 61 and a pressing portion 62, the vertical portion 61 is of a vertical rectangular plate structure, the pressing portion 62 is of a horizontal rectangular plate structure, the lower end of the vertical portion 61 is vertically connected with the rear end of the pressing portion 62, the upper end of the vertical portion 61 is provided with a second mounting hole 63, the chassis connecting piece 6 is fixedly connected with the lower end of the T-shaped groove 300 of the left frame 310 or the right frame 320 through a second bolt 8, the head of the second bolt 8 is disposed in the T-shaped groove 300, and at least one chassis connecting piece 6 is disposed on each side surface of the bathroom.
The chassis connecting piece 6 can fix the side plate 3 on the chassis 1, prevent to displace in the horizontal direction between the side plate 3 and the chassis 1, can also compress tightly the side plate 3 on the chassis 1 at the same time, even if the whole bathroom is inclined, the chassis 1 and the side plate 3 are not separated.
The second mounting hole 63 is a vertical long hole, and the tail of the second bolt 8 can slide up and down in the second mounting hole 63.
The second bolt 8 can be used for adjusting the position of the second bolt 8 so as to adjust the pressing force of the lower end surface of the side plate 3 and the pressing part 62 on the chassis 1, so that the connection between the side plate 3 and the chassis 1 is firmer.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the chassis connecting member 6 is in a rectangular plate structure, a second connecting hole is formed in the chassis connecting member 6, the chassis connecting member 6 is fixedly connected with the left frame 310 or the right frame 320 through a second bolt 8, the front surface of the chassis connecting member 6 is attached to the side end surface of the chassis 1, and at least one chassis connecting member 6 is disposed on each side surface of the chassis 1.
The chassis connecting piece 6 can prevent the side plate 3 and the chassis 1 from generating relative displacement in the horizontal direction, and the side plate 3 can be tightly pressed on the chassis 1 by the self weight because of the large self weight of the side plate 3, so that the shaking is not easy to generate.

The mounting system for the integral bathroom is characterized by comprising a chassis, a top plate, a plurality of side plates, a plurality of plate-shaped side plate connecting pieces, a plurality of top plate connecting pieces and a plurality of chassis connecting pieces, wherein a left frame, a right frame, an upper frame and a lower frame are respectively arranged on the periphery of each side plate, T-shaped grooves are respectively arranged on the left frame, the right frame, the upper frame and the lower frame, the opening of each T-shaped groove faces the back surface of the side plate, mounting openings are respectively arranged at the two ends and the middle part of each T-shaped groove, the width of each mounting opening is consistent with the width of the bottom surface of each T-shaped groove, and the length of each mounting opening is 1.5-3 times of the width of each mounting opening; each side plate is provided with an upper frame, a lower frame and a lower frame, the upper frame is connected with the top plate through top plate connecting pieces, the left frame or the right frame of each side plate is connected with the bottom plate through bottom plate connecting pieces, the top plate is parallel to the bottom plate, the side plates surround the bottom plate and the periphery of the top plate, the bottom edge length of each side plate is smaller than the side length of the bottom plate, the side plates are respectively perpendicular to the top plate and the bottom plate, a cavity is formed between each side plate connecting piece and the top plate in a surrounding mode, each side plate connecting piece is respectively fixedly connected with the left frame of each side plate and the right frame of an adjacent side plate through a first bolt, the head of the first bolt is arranged in the T-shaped groove, the width of the head of the first bolt is identical to the width of the bottom surface of the T-shaped groove, and the adjacent two side plates are connected through a plurality of side plate connecting pieces.

The installation system for an integrated bathroom according to claim 1, wherein the upper frame comprises a connecting part and a rectangular tubular main body part, the connecting part comprises an upper connecting plate and a lower connecting plate, the upper connecting plate is horizontally arranged, the front end of the upper connecting plate is connected with the upper end of the rear surface of the main body part, the rear end of the upper connecting plate is bent downwards, and the upper surface of the upper connecting plate is integrated with the upper surface of the main body part; the lower connecting plate is horizontally arranged, the front end of the lower connecting plate is connected with the lower end of the rear surface of the main body part, the rear end of the lower connecting plate is bent upwards, the lower surface of the lower connecting plate and the lower surface of the main body part form a whole, and the T-shaped groove is formed between the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate; the cross-sectional structures of the left frame, the right frame and the lower frame are respectively the same as those of the upper frame.

The installation system for an integrated bathroom according to claim 2, further comprising a sealing strip, wherein the upper frame is provided with rectangular sealing grooves on the upper surface and the lower surface of the main body, and the left frame, the right frame and the lower frame are respectively identical in section to the upper frame; the sealing grooves on the adjacent left frames and the sealing grooves on the right frames enclose a cavity, the sealing strips are arranged in the cavity enclosed by the sealing grooves, and the sealing strips are tightly pressed by the inner walls of the two sealing grooves.

The installation system for an integrated bathroom according to claim 2, wherein each of the top plate connectors comprises an upper connecting portion, a middle connecting portion and a lower connecting portion, the middle connecting portion has a rectangular plate-shaped structure, a rear end of the upper connecting portion is vertically connected with an upper end of a front surface of the middle connecting portion, and a front end of the upper connecting portion is bent downward; the rear end of the lower connecting part is connected with the lower end of the front surface of the middle connecting part, the front end of the lower connecting part is bent upwards, the front end of the lower connecting part is inserted into the T-shaped groove and meshed with the bending of the rear end of the upper connecting plate, the upper connecting part is pressed on the upper surface of the top plate, and the upper connecting part is fixedly connected with the top plate through a screw.
