Abstract

The wood-plastic plate comprises a plurality of wood-plastic plates connected through a self-locking structure, wherein the self-locking structure comprises an inserting part and a groove part, the inserting part is arranged on the end face of the wood-plastic plate, the groove part comprises a notch for the inserting part to insert and an inner cavity with the height larger than the height of the notch, the inserting part comprises a shaft body axially parallel to the end face of the wood-plastic plate and a movable locking piece arranged on the shaft body, the length of the movable locking piece perpendicular to the end face of the wood-plastic plate is larger than the height of the notch, so that after the movable locking piece of one wood-plastic plate is inserted into the groove part of the other wood-plastic plate at the position perpendicular to the end face of the wood-plastic plate, the movable locking piece rotates in the inner cavity by an angle alpha to stop the inserting part to separate from the groove part, and alpha is smaller than 180 degrees. Background
The wood-plastic composite board is a high-tech green environment-friendly novel decorative material which is prepared by uniformly mixing wood (wood cellulose and plant cellulose) serving as a base material, thermoplastic polymer material (plastic), processing aid and the like, and then heating and extruding the mixture through die equipment, has the performances and characteristics of the wood and the plastic, and can replace the wood and the plastic. The wood-plastic panel has many advantages: long service life, strong plasticity, environmental protection and health, and correspondingly, has some disadvantages: for example, the material is brittle, has insufficient toughness and is not strong in impact resistance, which is determined by the internal structure and the production process.
The traditional wood-plastic composite board often needs to be connected by fasteners such as external screws in the combined installation process, but the external fasteners are exposed outside the wood-plastic board and are easy to hook and scrape external objects, so that the external objects are damaged, the external objects are possibly loosened under the driving of the external objects, and the problem of unstable connection is caused.

The words "vertical", "horizontal", "up", "down", "left", "right", "front" and "rear" in this embodiment refer to directions in the drawings, and thus, according to the directions illustrated in fig. 1, sides of the drawing parallel to the connecting sides of the front side and the upper top surface of the wood-plastic panel 100 are referred to as "long", and sides of the connecting sides parallel to the front side and the right side of the wood-plastic panel 100 are referred to as "high".
A self-locking type combined wood-plastic plate is shown in fig. 1, and comprises a plurality of wood-plastic plates 100 connected through a self-locking structure, wherein the wood-plastic plates 100 can be one of PVC wood-plastic plates, PE wood-plastic plates or PP wood-plastic plates.
The self-locking structure includes an insertion portion 110 and a groove portion 120 disposed on an end surface of the wood-plastic panel 100, where the insertion portion 110 and the groove portion 120 may be disposed on the same end surface of the wood-plastic panel 100 or on different end surfaces, so long as the insertion portion 110 of one wood-plastic panel 100 can be inserted into the groove portion 120 of another wood-plastic panel 100, so that different connection methods may be provided between the wood-plastic panels 100, for example: the right side of one wood-plastic panel 100 is provided with an insertion part 110, the front side of the other wood-plastic panel 100 is provided with a groove part 120, and the insertion part 110 is inserted into the groove part 120 to vertically connect the two wood-plastic panels 100 to form an L-shaped or T-shaped structure; similarly, the wood-plastic boards 100 can be horizontally arranged and connected end to end through other different arrangement modes, so that floors or wallboards with different areas and shapes can be matched, or the purpose of designing different lines can be achieved, and the practicability is high.
The groove part 120 comprises a notch 121 and an inner cavity 122 with the height larger than that of the notch 121, and the insertion part 110 comprises a shaft body 111 axially parallel to the end surface of the wood-plastic panel 100 and a movable locking piece 112 arranged on the shaft body 111, wherein the movable locking piece 112 can rotate around the shaft body 111 or together with the shaft body 111 in a vertical plane. However, since the movable locking member 112 and the shaft body 111 need to be connected to both sides of the wood-plastic panel 100 and also need to be rotated, the fixing frames 113 are provided at both sides (front side and rear side in fig. 1) perpendicular to the axial direction of the shaft body 111, and the shaft body 111 is installed between the fixing frames 113, thereby ensuring that the shaft body 111 and the movable locking member 112 can be kept rotated when being connected to the sides of the wood-plastic panel 100.
In the present embodiment, when the length direction of the movable locking member 112 is perpendicular to the end surface of the wood plastic panel 100, the height of the movable locking member should be not greater than the height of the notch 121, so that the insertion portion 110 can be smoothly inserted into the groove portion 120 in this state; the length of the movable locking member 112 should be greater than the height of the notch 121, so that the movable locking member 112 can be slightly rotated by an angle alpha (0 DEG < alpha < 180 DEG) around the shaft body 111 or together with the shaft body 111 in the inner cavity 122, and then the length of the movable locking member 112 can be decomposed to a greater height in the vertical direction than the height of the notch 121, so that the movable locking member cannot be separated from the notch 121.
Wherein, alpha is optimally 90 degrees, at this time, the movable locking member 112 is perpendicular to the connection direction of the insertion portion 110 and the groove portion 120, and the self-locking effect is optimal.
In order to allow the movable locking member 112 to be self-rotated and to maintain its locking position after rotation, the movable locking member 112 may be designed to be composed of a light weight portion and a heavy weight portion, and the shaft body 111 is provided at a junction of the light weight portion and the heavy weight portion. When the insertion portion 110 is inserted into the groove portion 120, the movable locking member 112 is rotated by gravity to achieve self-locking due to uneven weight of the light and heavy portions. When the two wood plastic panels 100 are connected through the insertion portion 110 and the groove portion 120 provided at the sides thereof and are horizontally laid for installation, the movable locking member 112 can be automatically rotated by gravity to be perpendicular to the connection direction of the insertion portion 110 and the groove portion 120.
However, this gravity self-rotation method has a drawback in that when the two wood-plastic panels 100 are installed perpendicular to the horizontal plane after being connected through the insertion portion 110 and the groove portion 120 provided at the side surfaces thereof, the movable locking member 112 is self-rotated by gravity to be parallel to the connection direction of the insertion portion 110 and the groove portion 120, thus losing its self-locking effect. At this time, an iron piece may be provided at the movable locker 112, and the groove portion 120 may be provided with a magnetic attraction member that attracts the iron piece to rotate the movable locker 112, and locks it from rotating by magnetic attraction after rotation.
Because the insertion portion 110 and the groove portion 120 are completely hidden inside the wood-plastic panel after being connected with each other, the self-locking structure is not easy to be interfered by external objects to loosen although the appearance of the wood-plastic panel is not damaged. However, people cannot determine whether the self-locking effect is achieved, so that the shaft body 111 and the movable locking piece 112 can be fixedly connected, a pointer 111a for indicating the rotation angle is arranged on the end face of the shaft body 111, and the rotation condition inside the shaft body can be known by observing the pointer 111 a.
In order to enable the movable locking member 112 to smoothly rotate in the inner cavity 122, the inner cavity 122 is generally set to be an inner cavity with a diameter not smaller than that of the movable locking member 112 and a circular cross section, and the narrower notch 121 and the wider inner cavity 122 can achieve the effect of preventing the insertion portion 110 from being separated, but in order to prevent the movable locking member 112 from rotating 180 degrees and returning to the original insertion state to release the self-locking effect, and in order to further enhance the stopping effect of the groove portion 120, as shown in fig. 2, the groove portion 120 is further provided with a stopping member 123 stopping the movable locking member 112 from rotating by an angle α and continuing to rotate.
In order to further improve the practicability, the wood-plastic panel 100 can be filled with sound-absorbing cotton, and the sound-absorbing cotton comprises a plurality of vertical cotton layers woven by vertical fibers and flat cotton layers woven by flat fibers which are alternately laid, so that a good noise reduction and sound insulation effect is achieved.
