The machine table 1 is provided with a sliding groove 11, the first sliding plate 9 is accommodated in the sliding groove 11 in a sliding mode, the machine table 1 is connected with a threaded column 12 protruding into the sliding groove 11 in a threaded mode, and one end, protruding into the sliding groove 11, of the threaded column 12 is used for driving the first sliding plate 9 to slide relative to the machine table 1. The radius of the belt wheel 13 of the oil feeding wheel 3, the radius of the belt wheel 13 of the oil leveling wheel 4 and the radius of the belt wheel 13 of the power wheel 5 are not equal, and the relative movement speed among the oil feeding wheel 3, the oil leveling wheel 4 and the power wheel 5 is adjusted through the belt wheels 13 with different radii.
A second sliding plate 14 is connected to the machine table 1 in a sliding manner, the second sliding plate 14 is rotatably connected with a tension pulley 15, and the tension pulley 15 is used for adjusting the tension of a belt; when different materials are oiled, after the gap between the oil homogenizing wheel 4 and the oil conveying wheel 3 is adjusted, the belt is always in a tensioning state through the sliding second sliding plate 14, and the normal operation of the automatic oiling machine is ensured.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the oil leveling wheel 4 is provided with a groove 16, the groove 16 is formed by recessing from the outer surface of the oil leveling wheel 4, the groove 16 is disposed around the central axis of the oil leveling wheel 4, the rubber ring 8 protrudes into the groove 16, and the side walls on both sides of the groove 16 are used for respectively stopping and conveying the side walls on both sides of the oil leveling wheel 3. On one hand, the rubber ring 8 is blocked by two side walls of the groove 16, so that the rubber ring 8 is prevented from falling off from the wheel body 7; on the other hand, the maximum thickness of the oil layer stuck on the rubber ring 8 is limited by the depth of the groove 16, and after the rubber ring 8 is moved out of the groove 16, the oil leveling wheel 4 cannot adjust the thickness of the oil layer stuck on the rubber ring 8.
The machine table 1 is provided with an oil storage device (not shown in the figure), the oil storage device is positioned below the machine table 1 and communicated with the oil storage tank 2, and the oil storage device is used for conveying liquid oil into the oil storage tank 2 or extracting the liquid oil from the oil storage tank 2. When the liquid oil in the oil storage tank 2 is insufficient, adding the liquid oil into the oil storage tank 2 by using an oil storage device; when the automatic oiling machine stops using, utilize the oil storage device to take out the liquid oil in the oil storage tank 2, prevent that the liquid oil in the oil storage tank 2 from receiving external environment's pollution because of placing for a long time.
The machine table 1 is provided with a controller (not shown in the figure) and a liquid level meter (not shown in the figure) for sensing the liquid level of liquid oil in the oil storage tank 2, the oil storage device, the liquid level meter and the driving motor 6 are respectively electrically connected with the controller, and when the automatic oiling machine coats different materials, the actual operation parameters of the oil storage device and the driving motor 6 are regulated and controlled by the controller, so that the automatic oiling machine can be suitable for multiple different materials.
