Based on the above, the invention realizes the function of high-speed stirring, when the device works, firstly, the motor 2 is started, the shaft of the motor 2 and the bevel gear I8 synchronously rotate, the bevel gear I8 and the bevel gear II 9 are meshed for transmission, the bevel gear II 9 drives the planet gears 6 to rotate through the planet carrier 7, the planet gears 6 revolve and simultaneously are meshed with the sun gear 4 and the gear ring 3 for transmission, the sun gear 4 is driven to rotate at high speed, and the sun gear 4 drives the stirring module 13 through the stirring shaft 5 to realize the function of high-speed stirring; the stirring module 13 adopts a separated structure, is attracted with the electromagnet 12 through electromagnetic force, is connected with the fixed disc 11 through the positioning column 19, and the bearing plate 14 is fixedly connected with the stirring tank 1 through the screw 24; the sealing structure is provided, and the bearing sealing ring 25 is arranged on the plane bearing 26, so that the stirring objects are effectively prevented from penetrating into the motor case through the mounting holes, and the service lives of the gear set and the motor are prolonged; the stirring area is adjustable, the stirring area can be transversely or longitudinally adjusted, when the stirring area needs to be longitudinally adjusted, the longitudinal stirring area can be enlarged by only starting the hydraulic cylinder I30 to move the middle blade 28 upwards to a designated position, when the stirring area needs to be transversely adjusted, the longitudinal stirring area needs to be adjusted first, the middle blade 28 extends out of the cavity of the outer blade 27 to the designated position, then the hydraulic cylinder II 32 is started, and the inner blade 29 is transversely moved outwards to the designated position, so that the transverse stirring area can be enlarged; possesses high-efficient filterable function, is equipped with filter screen 34 in the inside of stirred tank 1, and during the stirring, through adjusting the stirring area of stirring leaf 16, can realize high-efficient solid-liquid separation formula stirring, can realize the separation of different diameter objects through the filter screen of selecting different mesh numbers, application scope is wide.
The working method of the invention is as follows:
1) Starting the motor 2, enabling a shaft of the motor 2 to synchronously rotate with the bevel gear I8, enabling the bevel gear I8 to be meshed with the bevel gear II 9 for transmission, enabling the bevel gear II 9 to drive the planet gears 6 to rotate through the planet carrier 7, enabling the planet gears 6 to revolve and simultaneously meshed with the sun gear 4 and the gear ring 3 for transmission, driving the sun gear 4 to rotate at a high speed, and enabling the sun gear 4 to drive the stirring module 13 through the stirring shaft 5 to achieve a high-speed stirring function;
2) When the stirring area needs to be longitudinally adjusted, the longitudinal stirring area can be enlarged by only starting the hydraulic cylinder I30 to move the middle blade 28 upwards to the designated position, when the stirring area needs to be transversely adjusted, the longitudinal stirring area needs to be adjusted first, the middle blade 28 extends out of the cavity of the outer blade 27 to the designated position, and then the hydraulic cylinder II 32 is started to move the inner blade 29 transversely outwards to the designated position, so that the transverse stirring area can be enlarged.

the motor (2) is fixedly connected with the inner bottom surface of the motor box, and the bevel gear I (8) is fixedly connected with the shaft of the motor (2) through a key;
the top end of the planet carrier (7) is rotationally connected with a plurality of planet gears (6) through deep groove ball bearings (10), the bottom end of the planet carrier is fixedly connected with the bevel gears II (9) through keys, and the middle part of the planet carrier (7) is rotationally connected with the mounting holes (15) through the deep groove ball bearings (10);

the bevel gear I (8) is meshed with the bevel gear II (9), and the plurality of planet gears (6) are respectively connected with the sun gear (4) and the gear ring (3)
