Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical appliances, in particular to a body surface positioning device for esophageal cancer radiotherapy.
Background
An effective and important treatment mode of esophageal cancer is radiotherapy, which can be accurately positioned under the guidance of a computer, automatically adjust light beams and focus a lesion part needing to be damaged, so that lesion tissues are necrotized, and the purpose of treatment is achieved.
The common method for determining the lesion length of the esophageal cancer before radiotherapy comprises the steps of carrying out barium meal radiography on a patient, under the general condition, clearly displaying the esophageal barium meal radiography on a television monitoring screen, and more accurately determining the upper and lower boundaries and the length of the lesion of the esophageal cancer according to the observed condition. When a radiotherapy plan is formulated, the irradiation range of radiotherapy is determined according to the position of the corresponding anatomical marker in CT positioning scanning. Because the esophagus barium meal radiography adopts an X-ray plain film to display a result, and the CT positioning before radiotherapy adopts a cross-section scanning technology, the two distinct images are converted during the radiotherapy plan preparation, so that human errors exist, the determined lesion range in the radiotherapy plan is easily too large or too small, the curative effect of the radiotherapy is influenced, and the toxic and side effects are increased.
