The invention discloses a breast tumor positioning device which comprises a positioning device, a detection device and a positioning frame, wherein the positioning device is arranged on the positioning frame, the detection device is arranged at the bottom of the positioning frame, a track is arranged on the positioning frame, a first electric pulley and a second electric pulley are arranged on the track, the positioning device comprises a laser lamp, a hydraulic telescopic rod, a breast positioning needle and a sleeve, the laser lamp is arranged at the bottom of the first electric pulley, the hydraulic telescopic rod is connected to the second electric pulley, the detection device comprises an X-ray generating device and an X-ray imaging device, and the X-ray generating device comprises a high-voltage generator and an X-ray tube.
