Abstract
The invention relates to the field of pipeline interface devices, in particular to a corrugated pipe limit joint. A corrugated pipe limit joint comprises an inner interface device, an outer interface device and a fixing device used for being connected with a water pump; the inner interface device is sleeved in the corrugated pipe, and the outer interface device is sleeved outside the corrugated pipe; the outer interface device is connected with the corrugated pipe and is fixed by a limiting lock device, the limiting lock device comprises an insertion part and a buckling part, and the bottom end of the insertion part is connected with the part of the buckling part extending out of the inner interface device; the outer interface device comprises an upper mounting part, a wrapping part and a connecting arm; screw thread surfaces are arranged on the outer surface of the lower part of the wrapping part and the outer surface of the supporting part. The invention provides a corrugated pipe limit joint which is firmly connected with a corrugated pipe and can be detached from a respirator.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of pipeline interface devices, in particular to a corrugated pipe limit joint.
Background
The respirator uses the motor as a gas power source, and fresh air generated by the fan is continuously conveyed into the breathing mask by the corrugated pipe, so that an operator can breathe the fresh air even in a severe environment. Therefore, the reliability of the bellows interface is particularly important.
In the prior art, the thread line of the inner wall of the corrugated pipe is in line contact with the outer wall of the inner joint part, so that the contact area is small, even if an adhesive for realizing bonding is arranged between the outer wall of the corrugated pipe and the inner wall of the inner joint part, the corrugated pipe is easy to slip, the condition of air supply interruption is easy to cause, and potential safety hazards are further brought. Meanwhile, the joint and the joint of the respirator are generally integrally designed, and the joint is inconvenient to replace when damaged.
Therefore, it is desirable to design a bellows spacing fitting that is securely attached to the bellows and that can be removed from the respirator.

The technical aim of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a corrugated pipe limit joint comprises an inner interface device, an outer interface device and a fixing device used for being connected with a water pump;
the inner interface device is sleeved in the corrugated pipe, and the outer interface device is sleeved outside the corrugated pipe;
the outer interface device is connected with the corrugated pipe and is fixed by a limiting lock device, the limiting lock device comprises an insertion part inserted into the outer interface device and a buckling part buckled with the inner interface device, and the bottom end of the insertion part is connected with the part of the buckling part extending out of the inner interface device;
the outer interface device comprises an upper mounting part, a first wrapping part and a connecting arm, wherein the first wrapping part is arranged below the upper mounting part and used for wrapping the corrugated pipe, the connecting arm is arranged below the upper mounting part and used for being connected with the fixing device, and the first wrapping part is connected with the top end of the connecting arm and forms an insertion blind hole;
the fixing device comprises a second wrapping part wrapping the outer interface device and a supporting part connected with the inner interface device and used for supporting the inner interface device;
a thread surface is arranged on the outer surface of the lower part of the second wrapping part and the outer surface of the supporting part.
The technical scheme has the advantages that:
a limit lock device is arranged, an insertion part of the limit lock device is inserted into the insertion blind hole, the buckling part is meshed with the internal connecting device, downward acting force and inward pressure acting on the outer interface device, the corrugated pipe is more stably wrapped through the limit lock device, and the outer interface device is more stably installed; in addition, the screw thread face is arranged at the bottom of the fixing device and can be rotationally fixed on the breathing machine, so that the corrugated pipe limiting joint and the breathing machine are easy to detach and install, convenient to assemble and disassemble and easy to maintain and replace.
As the optimization of the technical scheme, the lower end of the connecting arm is provided with a connecting hook head.

the upper part of the second wrapping part is provided with a fixed blind hole which is recessed downwards and can be connected with the fixed through hole;
the fixing through holes are connected with the fixing blind holes through screws. The external interface device is further secured.
As the optimization of this technical scheme, fixed through-hole with be equipped with the silica gel packing ring between the fixed blind hole. As shown in fig. 1-4, a bellows spacing joint of the present invention is provided.
The corrugated pipe limit joint comprises an inner interface device 1, an outer interface device 2 and a fixing device 3 used for being connected with a water pump;
the inner interface device 1 is sleeved in the corrugated pipe, and the outer interface device 2 is sleeved outside the corrugated pipe;
the outer interface device 2 is connected with a corrugated pipe, the outer interface device 2 is fixed by a limiting lock device 6, the limiting lock device 6 comprises an insertion part 61 inserted into the outer interface device 2 and a buckling part 62 buckled with the inner interface device 1, and the bottom end of the insertion part 61 is connected with a part of the buckling part 62 extending out of the inner interface device 1;
the external interface device 2 comprises an upper mounting part 21, a first wrapping part 23 arranged below the upper mounting part 21 and used for wrapping a corrugated pipe, and a connecting arm 22 arranged below the upper mounting part 21 and used for being connected with the fixing device 3, wherein the first wrapping part 23 is connected with the top end of the connecting arm 22 and forms an insertion blind hole 221;
the fixing device 3 comprises a second wrapping part 31 wrapping outside the outer interface device 2 and a supporting part 32 connected with the inner interface device 1 for supporting the inner interface device 1;
a screw surface 33 is provided on the outer surface of the lower portion of the second wrapping portion 31 and the outer surface of the supporting portion 32.
A limit lock device is arranged, an insertion part of the limit lock device is inserted into the insertion blind hole, the buckling part is meshed with the internal connecting device, downward acting force and inward pressure acting on the outer interface device, the corrugated pipe is more stably wrapped through the limit lock device, and the outer interface device is more stably installed; in addition, the screw thread face is arranged at the bottom of the fixing device and can be rotationally fixed on the breathing machine, so that the corrugated pipe limiting joint and the breathing machine are easy to detach and install, convenient to assemble and disassemble and easy to maintain and replace.

The inner interface device 1 comprises an inner limit post 11 contacted with the inner wall of the corrugated pipe port and an outer interface device limit table 12 arranged below the inner limit post 11 and connected with the fixing device 3.
The circumferential array of the outer surface of the inner limit post 11 is provided with barbs 111 with downward thorns. The contact area between the internal joint device and the inner wall of the corrugated pipe is increased, the friction force is increased, the corrugated pipe is limited by the barbs after being inserted, and the corrugated pipe is kept in a stable state.
The inner limit post 11 is connected with the outer interface device limit table 12 through a meshing part 13, and a meshing channel 14 which is inwards bent and recessed is arranged in the meshing part 13;
the engagement channel 14 engages the engagement portion 62.
The upper surface of the engagement part 13 is connected with the port of the corrugated pipe, and the outer side wall of the supporting limiting table 12 is connected with the inner wall of the outer interface device 2.
The upper mounting part 21 is provided with a fixing through hole 211 therein;
the upper part of the second wrapping part 31 is provided with a fixing blind hole 311 which is recessed downwards and can be connected with the fixing through hole 211;
the fixing through hole 211 and the fixing blind hole 311 are connected by a screw 4.
A silica gel gasket 5 is arranged between the fixing through hole 211 and the fixing blind hole 311. When the outer interface device 2 is pressed downwards in actual use, friction between the outer interface device 2 and the fixing device 3 is reduced, the outer interface device 2 and the fixing device 3 are protected, and the service life is prolonged.
The supporting portion 32 includes a supporting groove 321 recessed toward the direction of the threaded surface 33, and the supporting groove 321 is connected to the external interface device limiting table 12.
A supporting ring 322 is provided at the lower end of the supporting groove 321 in an inward protruding manner, and the supporting ring 322 is connected with a part of the outer interface device limiting table 12. For connecting with the outer interface device stop table 12 and supporting the inner interface device 1.
Claims (6)

the inner interface device (1) is sleeved in the corrugated pipe, and the outer interface device (2) is sleeved outside the corrugated pipe;
the outer interface device (2) is connected with the corrugated pipe, the outer interface device (2) is fixed by a limit lock device (6), the limit lock device (6) comprises an insertion part (61) inserted into the outer interface device (2) and a buckling part (62) buckled with the inner interface device (1), and the bottom end of the insertion part (61) is connected with the part of the buckling part (62) extending out of the inner interface device (1);
the outer interface device (2) comprises an upper mounting part (21), a first wrapping part (23) arranged below the upper mounting part (21) and used for wrapping a corrugated pipe, and a connecting arm (22) arranged below the upper mounting part (21) and used for being connected with the fixing device (3), wherein the first wrapping part (23) is connected with the top end of the connecting arm (22) and forms an insertion blind hole (221);
the fixing device (3) comprises a second wrapping part (31) wrapping outside the outer interface device (2) and a supporting part (32) connected with the inner interface device (1) and used for supporting the inner interface device (1);
a thread surface (33) is arranged on the outer surface of the lower part of the second wrapping part (31) and the outer surface of the supporting part (32);
the inner interface device (1) comprises an inner limit column (11) contacted with the inner wall of the corrugated pipe port and an outer interface device limit table (12) arranged below the inner limit column (11) and connected with the fixing device (3);
barbs (111) with downward thorns are distributed on the outer surface of the inner limit column (11) in a circumferential array;
the inner limit column (11) is connected with the outer interface device limit table (12) through a meshing part (13), and a meshing channel (14) which is inwards bent and recessed is arranged in the meshing part (13); the engagement channel (14) engages with the engagement portion (62);
a fixing through hole (211) is arranged in the upper mounting part (21); the upper part of the second wrapping part (31) is provided with a fixed blind hole (311) which is recessed downwards and can be connected with the fixed through hole (211); the fixing through hole (211) is connected with the fixing blind hole (311) through a screw (4).
