The periphery of the side surface of the annular pad 20 is also contacted with the base 2 through the sealing conical surface 32, so that the tightness of the contact part is ensured, and no air leakage phenomenon occurs.
As shown in fig. 13, a schematic diagram of a control circuit in the present invention is provided, which is composed of a microcontroller 38, a contact temperature probe 22 connected with the microcontroller, a setting key 42, an increment key 43, a decrement key 44, a nixie tube display screen 59, a power indicator 45 and a charging indicator 46, wherein the microcontroller 38 has the functions of signal acquisition, data operation and control output, a storage battery 40 is also arranged in the upper box body 12, the storage battery 40 is connected with a charging interface 39, and the storage battery 40 supplies power to each module through a switch key 41. The setting key 42, the increment key 43, the decrement key 44, the nixie tube display screen 59, the power indicator 45, the charging indicator 46, the charging interface 39 and the switch key 41 are all arranged on the upper cover of the upper box body 12. The setting button 42 is pressed to adjust the control temperature, the temperature to be adjusted is displayed through the 3-bit nixie tube display screen 59, and the temperature of the moxibustion part to be controlled can be adjusted, for example, the temperature can be adjusted and controlled within the range of 38-42 ℃ by pressing the increment button 43 and the decrement button 44.
The microcontroller 38 detects the temperature of the moxibustion part of the human body through the contact type temperature probe 22, controls the rotation speed of the fan motor 48 through the electronic speed regulator 47, and adjusts the temperature of the moxibustion part by changing the wind speed. The microcontroller 38 controls the rotation direction and rotation angle of the elevating motor 50 via the motor driving module 49 to control the position of the moxibustion material on the moxibustion seat 54, thereby adjusting the temperature of the moxibustion part of the human body. When the temperature of the moxibustion part of the human body is too high, firstly, the air inlet quantity is reduced by reducing the rotating speed of the fan 10 to reduce the temperature, and if the rotating speed is reduced to the minimum but still does not meet the requirement, the temperature is reduced by increasing the height of the moxibustion material until the temperature meets the requirement. When the moxibustion part of the human body is excessively low, firstly, the air inlet quantity is increased by increasing the rotating speed of the fan 10 so as to increase the combustion of the moxibustion material and the circulation of hot smoke and improve the temperature; when the rotating speed of the fan is increased and still does not meet the requirement, the temperature is reduced by reducing the height of the moxibustion material until the temperature meets the requirement.
As shown in fig. 14, a schematic structural view of another embodiment of the automatic temperature-controlled smokeless moxibustion apparatus of the present invention is shown, which is identical to the above-described embodiment except for the carrying device. The bearing device in this embodiment is composed of a screw 56, a lower nut 57, an upper nut 58 and a moxibustion seat 54, the lower end of the screw 56 is fixed on the base 2, the upper nut 58 and the lower nut 57 are both arranged on the screw 56, the end of the moxibustion seat 54 is threaded on the screw 56, and the moxibustion seat 54 is located between the upper nut 58 and the lower nut 57, so that after the base 2 is separated from the housing 1, the moxibustion seat 54 can be stably fixed on a certain height of the screw 56 by manually adjusting the positions of the upper nut 58 and the lower nut 57 on the screw 56 and locking the moxibustion seat 54 by using the upper nut 58 and the lower nut 57, the cylindrical moxibustion 48 can be placed on the moxibustion seat 54, and the cylindrical moxibustion 48 can be fixed in a vertical form, as shown by a solid line in fig. 14, or in a transverse form, as shown by a dotted line in the drawing.

Claims (1)

1. An automatic temperature control type smokeless moxibustion instrument comprises a shell (1), a base (3), an air circulation device, a bearing device and a control circuit (16), wherein the base is fixed below the shell, an inner cavity (3) is formed in the shell, and the bearing device is arranged in the inner cavity and is used for placing moxibustion materials to be combusted; the method is characterized in that: the lower end of the base is provided with an opening, a moxibustion cavity (5) for enabling moxibustion smoke to contact with a treatment part is formed at the lower part of the base, an air outlet cavity (4) for communicating the inner cavity (3) with the moxibustion cavity (5) is formed in the center of the base, and lower air outlet holes (6) for enabling the moxibustion smoke to escape are formed in the periphery of the base; the air circulation device is used for forming airflow to flow in the inner cavity, the moxibustion cavity and the lower air outlet hole in sequence;
the shell (1) consists of an inner layer wall and an outer layer wall which are coaxially arranged, an inner cavity (3) is formed in the inner layer wall, an outer cavity (7) is formed between the outer layer wall and the inner layer wall, the lower part of the outer cavity is communicated with the moxibustion cavity (5) through a lower air outlet hole (6), an air escape hole (8) communicated with the outside is formed in the upper end of the outer cavity (7), and an adsorption material (9) for adsorbing moxibustion smoke is filled in the outer cavity;
an annular cushion (20) for sealing the outer cavity (7) is arranged below the shell (1), a central cavity (25) is formed in the middle of the annular cushion, and an upper air outlet hole (21) communicated with the lower air outlet hole (6) is formed in the annular cushion; a plurality of upper magnet blocks (28) are uniformly arranged on the annular pad, and a plurality of lower magnet blocks (29) matched with the upper magnet blocks are arranged on the base (2);
the wind circulation device adopts a blowing or exhausting mode; in the form of blowing, the wind circulation device consists of a fan (10) and a fan motor (11), an upper box body (12) is arranged above the shell (1), and a control circuit (16) is arranged in an inner cavity of the upper box body; the bottom of the upper box body is a bottom plate (13), a fan motor seat (34) is arranged on the bottom plate, a fan is positioned at the upper part of the inner cavity (3), and a rotating shaft of the fan penetrates through the bottom plate to be connected with a fan motor; an upper air inlet (14) is formed in the upper wall of the upper box body, and a lower air inlet (15) is formed in the bottom plate (13);
the bearing device consists of a lifting motor (50), a lifting motor seat (51), a supporting plate (52), a screw rod (53) and a moxibustion seat (54), wherein the lifting motor seat is fixed on the inner wall of the inner cavity (3), and the supporting plate is fixed on the lifting motor seat; the two ends of the screw rod are rotatably arranged on the supporting plate, the lifting motor is fixed at the upper end of the supporting plate, the screw rod is connected with the output shaft of the lifting motor, and the moxibustion seat is arranged on the screw rod;
the bearing device consists of a screw (56), a lower nut (57), an upper nut (58) and a moxibustion seat (54), wherein the screw is positioned in the inner cavity (3), the lower end of the screw is fixed on the base (2), the lower nut and the upper nut are both arranged on the screw, and the moxibustion seat is arranged on the screw and positioned between the upper nut and the lower nut;
an isolation net (17) for bearing moxibustion ash is arranged on the air outlet cavity (4) of the base (2), and an inner ring (18) and an outer ring (19) for slowing down the flow of the moxibustion smoke are arranged in the moxibustion cavity (5) of the base (2);
the inner surface of the central cavity (25) is a conical surface (31), and a conical boss (30) matched with the conical surface is arranged above the base (2); the peripheral side walls of the base (2) are matched with the base (2) through a sealing conical surface (32);
comprises a contact type or non-contact type temperature detection device, and when the contact type temperature detection device is adopted: a contact type temperature probe (22) is arranged in a moxibustion cavity (5) of the base (2), two metal springs (23) connected with the contact type temperature probe are arranged on the upper surface of the base (2), a metal sheet (24) contacted with the metal springs is arranged on the lower surface of the annular pad (20), and the metal sheet passes through the annular pad and is connected with the control circuit (16) through a wire; when a non-contact temperature detection device is used: an infrared temperature sensor (60) is fixed on the inner wall of the shell (1), and a detection through hole (61) for the infrared temperature sensor to detect light passing through is formed in the base (2);
the control circuit (16) storage battery (40), microcontroller (38) and the setting button (42), increment button (43), decrement button (44), power indicator lamp (45), charge indicator lamp (46), electronic governor (47), motor drive module (49) that are connected with the microcontroller constitute, and the storage battery is connected with charge interface (39), and the storage battery supplies power through switch button (41), and contact temperature probe is connected with the input of microcontroller (38).
