Paralysis is caused by upper and lower motor neurons, pyramidal tracts and peripheral neuropathy, paralyzed patients lose motor ability and can not move autonomously, various activities need help of other people, and the paralyzed patients can not move autonomously, have a need for people to attend to eating, defecation and the like, and are easy to generate peculiar smell when in improper nursing, so that the paralyzed patients need to be cleaned frequently.
