the lower side of the water storage cavity (30) is provided with a conical water condensation block (31) which respectively corresponds to the steam outlet (51), and the inner wall of the conical water condensation block (31) is provided with a semiconductor refrigeration sheet (33) fixedly installed through a movable plate (32);
