How to accurately judge the oestrus period of the sow is always one of important problems concerned by the livestock breeding industry, whether various oestrus states of the sow can be accurately identified, whether timely breeding can be carried out, whether timely adjustment can be carried out on sow feed delivery and the like are determined, the number of farrowing and the productivity level of the sow are further determined, and the method has important significance for a large-scale breeding pig breeding farm.
The existing sow oestrus detection is only identified by a manual observation mode, for example, whether the sow is in oestrus or not is judged by observing the physical state of the sow or by manually simulating the behavior of the boar to stimulate the reflection behavior of the sow to generate oestrus. The judging mode is time-consuming and labor-consuming, is not accurate enough, and is not easy to improve the production efficiency of a culture unit.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the embodiment of the invention provides a machine boar for identifying oestrus of sows, which can save human resources and realize accurate identification of oestrus of sows.

the acquisition equipment is used for acquiring video information in front of and below the machine boar and acquiring audio information near the machine boar;
the communication module is used for sending the collected video information and the collected audio information to the server so that the server can judge whether the target sow is in oestrus or not according to the video information and the audio information.
Optionally, the head assembly is connected to the body assembly by at least 2 sequentially connected rotational shafts; the rotating shaft comprises a vertical shaft body and a horizontal shaft body, the axis of the horizontal shaft body is parallel to the horizontal plane, and the axis of the vertical shaft body is perpendicular to the axis of the horizontal shaft body.

Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, a machine boar for sow oestrus identification according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a body component 110, a limb component, a head component 120, a power amplifier 230, an acquisition device and a communication module 260; wherein:
the head assembly 120 and the limb assemblies are respectively rotatably connected to the body assembly 110 to form a mechanical structure simulating the appearance of a boar; the head assembly 120 and the limb assembly may include external or internal driving means so that they may swing according to a preset trajectory or a random trajectory, thereby simulating the behaviour of a boar. It should be noted that, the machine boar in this embodiment only includes a basic structure, and in order to make the machine boar more realistic, the exterior may be covered with a cloth similar to leather material, so as to modify the appearance.
The power amplifier 230 is disposed in the head assembly 120, and is used for playing specific audio information sent by the boar when the boar oestrus; the specific audio information is typically pre-recorded and stored in the power amplifier device 230 or in the processing module 270 or in another storage structure not shown in the drawings.
The acquisition equipment is used for acquiring video information in front of and below the machine boar and acquiring audio information near the machine boar;
the communication module 260 is configured to send the collected video information and the audio information to a server, so that the server 300 determines whether the target sow is in heat according to the video information and the audio information. Specifically, the server may pre-store video sample data and audio sample data of the sow in different states, train based on the sample data by using methods such as machine learning to construct an oestrus sow identification model, and after receiving the video information and audio information sent by the communication module 260, the server may determine whether the sow oestrus and what stage the sow belongs to according to the identification model. After the server 300 makes the judgment result, the judgment result may be sent to the terminal devices 310, 320 and 330, so that the user holding the terminal device may learn the oestrus state of the sow, so as to timely breed, reasonably put in the feed, and realize fine scientific management.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of a head assembly of a machine boar for sow oestrus identification according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In some alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the head assembly is coupled to the body assembly by at least 2 sequentially coupled rotational shafts; the rotation shaft includes a vertical shaft body 122 and a horizontal shaft body 124, the axis of the horizontal shaft body 124 is parallel to the horizontal plane, and the axis of the vertical shaft body 122 is perpendicular to the axis of the horizontal shaft body 124. The machine boar further comprises a head driver 210; the head driver 210 is used to drive the rotation shaft of the head assembly to move at a preset speed. The vertical shaft 122, horizontal shaft 124 and head driver 210 cooperate to enable the machine boar head assembly 120 to perform a similar action to that performed during boar mating, thereby inducing oestrus in the sow. Only a structure comprising 1 vertical axis body and one horizontal axis body is shown in fig. 2, it should be understood that, in order to better simulate the action and morphological characteristics of a boar, a plurality of vertical axis bodies and/or a plurality of horizontal axis bodies may be used in combination with each other to achieve more flexible angle control; the shaft bodies should be provided internally or externally with corresponding drive structures for relative rotation between the two components to which the shaft bodies are connected.
As shown in fig. 1, 3, in some alternative embodiments, the limb assembly includes a forelimb assembly 130 disposed under the body assembly front portion and a hindlimb assembly 140 disposed under the body assembly rear portion; the end of the hindlimb assembly 140 remote from the body assembly is fixedly coupled to the ground or a mobile device. The machine boar further comprises a hind limb driver 224; the hindlimb driver 224 is used to drive the body assembly 110 to rotate relative to the hindlimb assembly 140, thereby controlling the machine boar to perform a step-up motion. The climbing action refers to an action made by a boar when mating, and after the sow senses the climbing action made by the machine boar, climbing reflection (such as standing reaction or slow-up reaction) can be generated, so that oestrus behaviors of the sow are identified. When the hind limb drivers 224 are provided on a mobile device (e.g., a cart, etc.), it may be convenient to move the machine boar into the housing of each sow for detection.
In this embodiment, the forelimb assembly 130 is coupled to the body assembly 110 by a flexible shaft that applies a restoring force to the forelimb assembly 130 that is generally perpendicular to the body assembly 110 and directed downward. Thus, when the machine boar simulates the climbing motion, the forelimb assembly 130 automatically carries the back of the sow and generates a certain pressure, so that the simulation is more realistic. Alternatively, the machine boar further comprises a forelimb driver 222, wherein the forelimb driver 222 is used for driving the forelimb assembly 130 to rotate relative to the body assembly 110, so as to control the machine boar to perform a climbing action; the forelimb driver 222 may be pre-programmed or load externally acquired codes, so as to implement controllable operation of the forelimb assembly 130, and perform an action of pressing the back of the sow, which has higher controllability compared with the cartridge axis in the previous scheme.
In some alternative embodiments, the acquisition device includes an image acquisition device 240 and a sound acquisition device 250; one or more image acquisition devices 240, at least one image acquisition device 240 is arranged below the front part of the head assembly 120 and is used for acquiring video information in front of and below the boar; the number of the sound collection devices 250 is one or more, and at least one sound collection device 250 is disposed in or on the head assembly 120 so as to collect clear audio information from the sow.
The electronic system of the machine boar may further include a processing module 270 for orchestrating the management of the electronic devices in the electronic system. For example, the processing module 270 may be configured to receive video information from the image capturing device 240 and audio information from the sound capturing device 250, and may also send control instructions (including control codes, etc.) to the head driver 210, the forelimb driver 222, and the hindlimb driver 224, so that each of the drivers makes a corresponding preset action according to the control instructions, send specific audio information to the power amplifying device 230, and send the captured video information and audio information to the server 300 via the communication module 260, etc.
In some alternative embodiments, the machine boar further comprises an odor containment device for containing objects containing boar odor information. the head driver drives the head assembly to rotate relative to the body assembly for achieving actions similar to those of boar matching to induce oestrus behavior of the sow;
the limb assembly comprises a hindlimb assembly arranged below the rear part of the body assembly, and the hindlimb driver drives the body assembly to rotate relative to the hindlimb assembly; the intelligent sow control system is used for controlling the machine boar to make a climbing action so as to identify oestrus of the sow;
