As shown in fig. 8A and 8B, the present embodiment is different from the third embodiment in that: the shape of the bass box body 1 of the embodiment is cylindrical, that is, in practical application, the shape of the bass box body adapted to different installation environments, such as installation physical structure environments of a car body or a car door, can be made into various shapes. The diaphragm cover plate 4 of this embodiment is flat plate-shaped, and both ends are arc-shaped. The rest is the same as the embodiment.
Example nine
As shown in fig. 9A and 9B, the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that: in this embodiment, the diaphragm cover plate 4 is omitted, the bass outer box cover 7 is additionally arranged on the periphery of the bass box body 1, the bass outer box cover 7 is fixed on the bass box body 1 through a plurality of connecting posts 6, the bass outlet 8 is arranged on the bass outer box cover 7, and the air gap 5 is arranged between the bass outer box cover 7 and the bass box body 1, that is, in actual use, the diaphragm cover plate 4 can be replaced by the bass outer box cover 7. The bass outer box cover 7 is realized by utilizing the installation environment of the bass gun, for example, when the bass gun is applied in a vehicle, the front wall, the rear wall and the like of the vehicle body or the vehicle door can be utilized as the diaphragm cover plate 4, so that the function of forming the air gap 5 is achieved. The remainder was the same as in example one.
Examples ten
As shown in fig. 10A and 10B, this embodiment differs from the ninth embodiment in that: in this embodiment, the number of the woofers 2 is two, the number of the woofers 3 is two, the original diaphragm cover plate 4 in the first embodiment is not omitted, but a bass outer box cover 7 is additionally arranged outside the bass box 1 with the diaphragm cover plate 4, and another air gap 5 is arranged between the bass box 1 and the bass outer box cover 7. The remainder was the same as in example nine.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when low-frequency audio power is applied to each woofer 2, the diaphragm of the woofer 2 vibrates, and electroacoustic conversion is achieved. Because the bass box body 1 where the bass loudspeaker 2 is located is a single cavity, when the vibrating diaphragm of the bass loudspeaker 2 vibrates towards the inner direction of the bass box body 1, air in the bass box body 1 is compressed, and then a spring effect is generated, so that the air pressure in the bass box body 1 is higher than the atmospheric pressure, and the vibrating diaphragms of the corresponding bass radiator units of the bass radiator group 3 are driven to vibrate towards the outer side of the bass box body 1. When the diaphragm of the woofer 2 is driven by low audio power and vibrates outside the woofer 1, the compressed air spring in the woofer 1 is released, and the restoring force generated by the air spring boosts the diaphragm of the woofer 2, so that the pressure in the woofer 1 is further reduced, and the pressure in the woofer 1 is lower than atmospheric pressure, thereby the diaphragm of the woofer unit vibrates inside the woofer 1 at the same time, thus the area of the woofer diaphragm is greatly increased (about 2 times is increased), the amplitude of the diaphragm is increased, the generated woofer sound wave is enhanced, and the volume of the casing is not depended on (the volume of the woofer of the conventional technology is generally 20-50 liters). In addition, a diaphragm cover plate 4 is arranged above the diaphragm of the bass box body 1, so that an air gap 5 is formed, bass sound waves cannot be directly radiated out as in the conventional technology, and the sound air flow needs to flow in the air gap 5, so that an aero-acoustic air cushion is formed, and bass sound is further enhanced. Thus, shocking, thick, heavy and elastic bass can be obtained by using the small box body. In addition, because the single-cavity bass box is a closed box, the air spring reaction force generated in the bass box 1 reduces the voice coil displacement of each bass loudspeaker, and the voice coil displacement is further reduced by sharing the audio power by a plurality of bass loudspeaker units, so that the electroacoustic conversion distortion is reduced while the bass power is increased. Meanwhile, as the pair of the bass radiator units of each group of the bass radiator groups 3 are correspondingly arranged, when the low-frequency electroacoustic conversion is realized, the vibration amplitude is equal, the vibration directions are opposite, the vibration force counteracts, and the vibration and displacement of the bass loudspeaker are greatly eliminated.
The invention greatly reduces 90% of the volume of the bass box body, has light weight, and can obtain the effect of the bass box of the traditional technology by using a 3 inch small-caliber common low-frequency loudspeaker and a small box body with more than 8 inches, so that bass is greatly enhanced; and is thicker, shocked, submerged deeper, distorted less, and the cost is lower, and it is easier to make, and the volume is smaller, thinner.

Claims (4)

1. A single-cavity sandwich type automobile subwoofer is characterized in that: the low-frequency loudspeaker comprises a low-frequency loudspeaker body (1), and a low-frequency loudspeaker (2) and a low-frequency radiator set (3) which are respectively arranged in the low-frequency loudspeaker body (1), wherein the number of the low-frequency loudspeaker (2) is at least one and the low-frequency loudspeaker is arranged on the wall of the low-frequency loudspeaker body (1), the low-frequency radiator set (3) is at least one and two low-frequency radiator units in each group, the two low-frequency radiator units are correspondingly arranged front and back and are respectively arranged on the wall of the low-frequency loudspeaker body (1), and the installation planes of the two low-frequency radiator units are coplanar, parallel, perpendicular or inclined with the installation plane of the low-frequency loudspeaker (2);
an air gap (5) for forming an aeroacoustic air cushion is arranged on the single-cavity sandwich type automobile subwoofer, and the bass sound wave is transmitted to a listening space through the air gap (5);
a diaphragm cover plate (4) connected with the bass box body (1) is respectively arranged on the outer side of the diaphragm of the bass loudspeaker (2) and the outer side of the diaphragm of each bass radiator unit in the bass radiator group (3), and an air gap (5) is formed between the diaphragm cover plate (4) and the diaphragm of the bass loudspeaker (2) and between the diaphragms of each bass radiator unit;
the single-cavity sandwich type automobile bass loudspeaker is characterized in that a bass outer box cover (7) is arranged at the outermost side of the single-cavity sandwich type automobile bass loudspeaker, the vibrating diaphragm cover plate (4) and the bass box (1) are both accommodated in the bass outer box cover (7), and a bass outlet (8) for transmitting bass sound waves to a listening space is formed in the bass outer box cover (7);
the woofer (2) is composed of the same woofer units which are symmetrically arranged, and all the woofer units are arranged on the same wall of the woofer body (1) and are connected in an electroacoustic and same phase;
all the bass radiator units in each bass radiator group (3) are the same, the walls of the bass boxes (1) mounted by all the bass radiator units are parallel or coplanar, and two bass radiator units in each group of bass radiator groups (3) are symmetrically mounted on the two walls of the bass boxes (1) which are parallel to each other.

The single-cavity sandwich-type car subwoofer of claim 1, wherein: the vibrating diaphragm cover plate (4) completely covers the vibrating diaphragm of the woofer (2) and the vibrating diaphragms of all the woofer units, the vibrating diaphragm cover plate (4) corresponds to the vibrating diaphragm of the woofer (2) and the vibrating diaphragm of all the woofer units, and the vibrating diaphragm cover plate corresponds to the vibrating diaphragm of the woofer (2) and the vibrating diaphragm of all the woofer units, and forms the air gap (5) with the same shape.
3. The single-cavity sandwich-type car subwoofer of claim 1, wherein: the highest point of the vibration part of the woofer unit of the woofer (2) and the highest point of the vibration part of the woofer unit of the woofer group (3) are on the same plane.
4. The single-cavity sandwich-type car subwoofer of claim 1, wherein: the minimum volume of the bass box body (1) changes along with the diaphragm area of the bass loudspeaker (2), the optimal volume of the bass box body (1) changes along with the number of the bass loudspeaker units of the bass loudspeaker (2) linearly, namely R=C×N, wherein R is the optimal volume of the bass box body (1), C is the optimal volume of the bass box body (1) of one bass loudspeaker unit, and N is the number of the bass loudspeaker units of the bass loudspeaker (2).
