一种光伏电池板的电池片的排列结构,光伏电池板包括数个尺寸相同的长条形电池片,数个尺寸相同的方形电池片,数个尺寸相同的条形电池片,数个长条形电池片排成若干行,数个条形电池片竖立等间隔排成若干行,数个尺寸相同的长条形电池片和数个尺寸相同的条形电池片构成若干尺寸相同的方孔,每个方孔中间放置一片方形电池片。这种排列的遮光区域与光照区域光强差减小,温差也减小,对作物生长发育的不利影响减小,提高经济效益。电池板阵列整体可以达到对电池板所覆盖地面部分遮光的效果。可广泛用于光伏大棚,草坪、农田,突破了制约太阳能光伏发电推广使用的瓶颈,显著降低太阳能光伏发电的发电成本,提高经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能发电、作物栽培技术领域,具体涉及一种光伏电池板的电池片的排列结构。
背景技术
太阳能发电作为清洁能源,具有极大优点,日益受到世界各国的重视。中国太阳能资源比较丰富,分布范围较广,太阳能光伏发电的发展潜力巨大。目前太阳能光伏发电技术已日趋成熟,是最具可持续发展特征的可再生能源技术之一,但是,太阳照射的能量分布密度小,太阳能发电需要占用巨大面积,为此人们开始考虑将光伏发电与农业种植结合,采用采用光伏大棚以解决太阳能发电场地瓶颈问题,使得太阳能发电与农业大棚复用。目前的太阳能发电电池板排列一般采用规则的横竖排排列方式,之间留有空隙透光,但是这种排列方式会导致遮光区域与光照区域光强差别过大,在光伏大棚中,光强差别过大会导致温度差别过大,影响作物正常生长发育。为此,提出一种光伏电池板的排列结构,使得遮光区域与光照区域光强差减小,因而温差减小,减小对作物生长发育的影响,提高经济效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为解决现有的光伏大棚用太阳能电池板的电池片排列不合理,导致遮光区域与光照区域光强差别过大,导致温度差别过大,影响作物正常生长发育的问题。
本发明涉及一种光伏电池板的电池片的排列结构,光伏电池板包括数个尺寸相同的长条形电池片,数个尺寸相同的方形电池片,数个尺寸相同的条形电池片,数个长条形电池片排成若干行,每行邻近的长条形电池片毗连,数个条形电池片竖立等间隔排成若干行而且相邻行的间隔处排列一行长条形电池片,数个尺寸相同的长条形电池片和数个尺寸相同的条形电池片构成若干尺寸相同的方孔,每个方孔中间放置一片方形电池片,每片方形电池片与周围的长条形电池片及条形电池片形成方形环状空隙。。
这种排列的遮光区域与光照区域光强差减小,因而温差减小,减小对作物生长发育的不利影响,提高经济效益
本发明可以广泛用于光伏大棚,实现场地的发电和植物栽培复用。可以在草坪、某些农田上面布置太阳能电池板,突破了制约太阳能光伏发电推广使用的瓶颈,显著降低太阳能光伏发电的发电成本,提高经济效益。
本发明的有益效果是:
光伏电池板的遮光区域与光照区域光强差减小,因而温差减小,减小对作物生长发育的不利影响,提高经济效益。

如图1所示,一种光伏电池板的电池片的排列结构,其特征在于,光伏电池板包括数个尺寸相同的长条形电池片1,数个尺寸相同的方形电池片2,数个尺寸相同的条形电池片3,数个长条形电池片1排成若干行,每行邻近的长条形电池片毗连,数个条形电池片3竖立等间隔排成若干行而且相邻行的间隔处排列一行长条形电池片1,数个尺寸相同的长条形电池片1和数个尺寸相同的条形电池片3构成若干尺寸相同的方孔,每个方孔中间放置一片方形电池片2,每片方形电池片2与周围的长条形电池片1及条形电池片3形成方形环状空隙。
本发明的电池板阵列整体可以达到对其所覆盖地面部分遮光的效果。改变电池板间隔的大小可以改变遮光率。实现了太阳能发电与植物栽培场地复用,突破了制约太阳能发电推广使用的场地瓶颈,显著降低太阳能发电的发电成本,提高经济效益,有效提高对太阳能的开发和利用效果,拓展太阳能的应用空间,使得太阳能电池发电开始在广大农村走向实用和普及。

1.一种光伏电池板的电池片的排列结构,其特征在于,光伏电池板包括数个尺寸相同的长条形电池片(1),数个尺寸相同的方形电池片(2),数个尺寸相同的条形电池片(3),数个长条形电池片(1)排成若干行,每行邻近的长条形电池片毗连,数个条形电池片(3)竖立等间隔排成若干行而且相邻行的间隔处排列一行长条形电池片(1),数个尺寸相同的长条形电池片(1)和数个尺寸相同的条形电池片(3)构成若干尺寸相同的方孔,每个方孔中间放置一片方形电池片(2),每片方形电池片(2)与周围的长条形电池片(1)及条形电池片(3)形成方形环状空隙。
