Abstract
The invention relates to the field of household appliances, and discloses a household appliance temperature measurement calibration method and a household appliance temperature measurement calibration device. The method comprises the following steps: controlling the household appliance to heat water; testing the temperature AD value of the household appliance when water is boiled; and calculating the AD value corresponding to each degree centigrade according to the temperature AD value when the water is boiled, and updating the AD value corresponding to each degree centigrade stored in the household appliance according to the AD value corresponding to each degree centigrade. The invention aims to provide a temperature measurement calibration method and a temperature measurement calibration device for a household appliance, which can calculate an AD value corresponding to every degree centigrade according to an AD value detected when water in different pots is heated and boiled and update the AD value corresponding to every degree centigrade and stored in the household appliance, so that the temperature is accurate when the household appliance heats different pots, and the constant temperature or the protection temperature is basically consistent.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for calibrating temperature measurement of a household appliance, the method comprising: controlling the household appliance to heat water; testing the temperature AD value of the household appliance when water is boiled; and calculating the AD value corresponding to each degree centigrade according to the temperature AD value when the water is boiled, and updating the AD value corresponding to each degree centigrade stored in the household appliance according to the AD value corresponding to each degree centigrade.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
The invention provides a temperature measurement calibration method and a temperature measurement calibration device for household appliances, wherein a calibration function is arranged on the household appliances, the AD value corresponding to each degree of centigrade (the temperature AD/100 ℃ of boiled water) is calculated by taking the temperature AD value when water is boiled as a reference, and then the AD value corresponding to each degree of centigrade is used for correcting the AD value corresponding to each degree of centigrade set in the original program and is stored again, so that the temperatures of different users in the temperature setting function or the protection are basically consistent when the different users use different cookers.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a temperature measurement calibration method for a household appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment, the thermometric calibration method includes the following steps:
step S10: controlling a household appliance to heat water;
step S11: testing the temperature AD value of the household appliance when water is boiled; and

Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a household appliance temperature measurement calibration method according to a second embodiment of the present invention. At present, household appliances generally have a temperature setting function or a protection function, and can heat a pot to a fixed temperature or automatically take protection measures when the temperature of the pot exceeds a certain temperature threshold. Because even if set for the same constant temperature or protection temperature when domestic appliance heats the pan of different materials, the temperature AD value that corresponds is also different, consequently need according to the different real-time update of pan material the domestic appliance in the constant temperature of storage or the AD value that the protection temperature corresponds. As shown in fig. 3, the thermometric calibration apparatus includes: the heating device 30 is used for controlling the household appliance to heat water; temperature detection means 31 for detecting a temperature AD value of the household appliance when water is boiling; and a data processing device 32 for calculating an AD value corresponding to each degree celsius from the AD value of the temperature at which the water is boiling, and updating the AD value corresponding to each degree celsius stored in the home appliance with the AD value corresponding to each degree celsius. The temperature measurement calibrating device carries out calibration work according to different AD values corresponding to each degree centigrade corresponding to pots which are made of different materials and heated by the household appliance. Taking a household appliance for heating water as an example, the heating device 30 heats water to boiling, the temperature detection device 31 detects a temperature AD value when water boils under the condition of a used pot, the data processing device 32 calculates an AD value corresponding to each degree of centigrade according to the temperature AD value when water boils, and updates the AD value corresponding to each degree of centigrade stored in the household appliance according to the AD value corresponding to each degree of centigrade, so as to ensure the accuracy of the heating temperature of the household appliance under the condition of the used pot. When the household appliance heats another type of pot, the temperature measurement calibrating device updates the AD value corresponding to each degree centigrade stored in the household appliance, so that the accuracy of the heating temperature of the pot for heating different materials by the household appliance is realized.
The temperature measurement calibrating device provided by the invention can also comprise a constant temperature calibrating device and/or a protection temperature calibrating device, wherein the constant temperature calibrating device is used for calibrating the AD value corresponding to the constant temperature according to the AD value corresponding to each degree centigrade; and the protection temperature calibration device is used for calibrating the AD value corresponding to the protection temperature according to the AD value corresponding to each degree centigrade.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a temperature measurement calibration apparatus for a household appliance according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. The difference from fig. 3 is that the temperature measurement calibration device provided in the fourth embodiment further includes a constant temperature calibration device 43 and a protection temperature calibration device 44, which can calibrate the AD value stored in the household appliance for the constant temperature and the protection temperature. The method comprises the steps that an AD value corresponding to a constant temperature or a protection temperature is set in a program in the household appliance, and in the heating process of the household appliance, when the program in the household appliance detects that the AD value corresponding to the set constant temperature or the protection temperature is reached, the temperature is set or a protection measure is taken. When the household appliance heats pots made of different materials, the AD values corresponding to the pots heated to the same temperature are different. In the embodiment, the AD values corresponding to the constant temperature and the protection temperature are updated when different materials are heated, so that the constant temperature and the protection temperature are basically consistent when the household appliance heats pots made of different materials.
In addition, the temperature measurement calibration device provided by the invention can also comprise: and the switching device is used for starting the temperature measurement calibration device. The user can judge whether to use the temperature measurement calibrating device by himself, and the device is convenient to use. The switch device can be a key switch or a touch screen switch.

6. The thermometric calibration device of claim 4, further comprising a protection temperature calibration device for calibrating the AD value corresponding to the protection temperature according to the AD value corresponding to each degree Celsius.
